Muy mal servicio y cuando llego el recepcionista no tuvo ni la consideracion de pedir disculpas. La ducha no tiene mampara. La cama es muy blanda. Podrian renovar el suelo, esta desgastado.

Keine Komplikationen ... einfach Top :) Die Hellhörigkeit des Flures ... war morgens ziemlich unruhig, sowie Zimmertüren aufgeschlossen wurden, aber dies ist kein großer Kritikpunkt.

• Rainer (5/5): Zwei S-Bahnstationen in Laufnähe - Hatte ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon, das Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig. Lage trotz Gewerbe ruhig. Das Frühstück bot reichliche Abwechslung. Man erreicht zwei S-Bahnstationen in Laufnähe. An der Station Rödelheim Bahnhof in Richtung Frankfurt gibt es auf dem Fußweg einen Supermarkt, Bäcker und vieles mehr. An der anderen Station Eschborn Süd befindet sich auch ein P+R Parkplatz, welcher aber wegen vieler Pendler von Eschborn schon sehr früh vollständig belegt ist. Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Pizzeria mit verschiedenen Angeboten. Diese Rubrik benutze ich eigentlich mehr als Hinweis. Ich bewerte das Hotel für Übernachtungen für Konzerte in Frankfurt, Monteur-zimmer und Geschäftsreisen als geeignet. Sollte den Reisenden etwas nicht gefallen dann einfach in der Rezeption Bescheid geben nur so kann das Hotel Team ergebnisorientiert Arbeiten.

• Remukath (7/5): - Das Personal hat sehr schnell reagiert als ich direkt beim Eingang zum Rödelheimerhof (Rezeption) gestürzt bin und mir Kopf/Nase direkt an der Glastüre angeschlagen habe. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben auch gleich die Ambulanz angerufen, damit die sehr starke Blutung im Notfallzentrum gestillt werden konnte.

• Holger (8/5): Als Handwerkerhotel empfehlbar. - Es ist ein Handwerkerhotel und als solches auch empfehlbar. Die Sauberkeit geht voll in Ordnung, auch wenn die Parkettzwischenräume etwas anderes vermuten lassen. Hier wurde öfters repariert, aber Holz ist ein Naturstoff. ERs ist ein "Doppelhotel", d.h. zwei Hotels nebeneinander mit einer gemeinsamen Rezeption und Frühstücksraum. Warum weiß ich nicht. Ich musste ins Freie und ins Nachbarhotel wieder rein um zu frühstücken. Die Ausstattung der Räume ist spartanisch aber zweckmäßig. Das Bad ebenfalls. Mein Nachttisch hatte eine gebrochene Platte

• Márk (7/5): Ennyi pénzért simán jó! - Nem reggeliztem ott arról nem tudok írni. Tetszett, hogy az autópálya közelében van, hogy nagyon gyors és egyszerű volt a check in és check out. Szaros volt a wc. Másik épületbe volt a recepció és a szoba. Este 8kor már nagyon nehéz volt parkolot találni.

• Oliver (1/5): Absolut unzumutbar - Das Personal war freundlich. Ehrlicherweise war es auch sauber im Sinne von kein offensichtlicher Dreck wie z.B. Haare vom Vorgast. Allerdings hat Reinigung auch Ihre Grenzen und irgendwann wir es auch mit putzen nicht mehr schön. Zimmer hatte das Feeling einer Jugendherberge mit Sperrmüll-Möbeln. Das Bett ist schon mindestens einmal geflickt gewesen und auch der Schrank war notdürftig repariert. Dazu ein billiger Ikea-Tisch. Nichtmal einen Nachtisch mit Lampe gab es, da stand wohl keiner an der Straße. Das Bad war etwas besser, ist wohl zwischendurch mal renoviert worden. Überhaupt sah man diesem Hotel an, dass nur saniert wird, wenn nötig. Jede Etage im Treppenhaus (der Aufzug war natürlich defekt) hatte ein anderes Alter. Sauberkeit war OK, dennoch wirkte alles schmuddelig. Wenn jegliches Plastik vergilbt ist und die komplette Versiegelung des Holzbodens weg ist, bringt Putzen irgendwann auch nichts mehr. Nun zum Highlight: Das Bett stand unter zwei Dachschrägen-Fenster. Das am Kopfteil wurde zum Glück mal erneut. Das am Fußende war jedoch so verrottet, dass es nicht mehr komplett schloss. Wie gesagt, Dachschräge. Es war kalt und regnerisch. Den Schwarzschimmel am Rahmen musste man dann auch nicht lange suchen. Ich habe wenig von diesem Hotel erwartet und würde trotzdem noch enttäuscht. Dafür dann auch noch Messepreise zu verlangen (200€ pro Nacht) setzt dem ganzen die Krone auf. Meiner Meinung nach sollte dieser Absteige die Betriebserlaubnis entzogen werden.

• Belgiovane (5/5): Anstrengend - Es wurde beide Tage um 6 Uhr geklopft. Mitten in der Nacht ist jemand an die Tür gekommen und hat versucht reinzukommen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein gewesen was man nicht gesehen hat. Es war kalt und das Kissen war die Hölle. Als hätte man kein Kissen.

• ICT (7/5): Decent stay. Served the purpose. Very friendly staff. - Room was quiet, big enough. Mattress was firm, the pillow fit for a side-sleeper. Bath is simple but clean. The water nice and hot. I did not experience temperature changes while showering. Wifi is available. Breakfast was available, and offered a selection. Coffee is served in thermos cans at the buffet. The room had several power outlets to charge devices. Parking is free of charge. Non-critical remarks: The reception is managed by the hotel next door: It would be clearer if this was mentioned up front. At check-in, it could have been mentioned that the wifi password is mentioned on the room-key. Reception is staffed until 23h. It was requested I call for later arrival. I did. I spoke with the receptionist. we made arrangements. Despite this, I received a call asking about my arrival time - as if we had not made the arrangements... The room had two windows. Only one had curtains: It was not possible to darken the room. The shower was clean. The shower head has several options. But only one worked. A few coat hangers would come in handy, especially in winter (several jackets, hat, mittens, etc). Breakfast was a buffet offering a selection. It could be a consequence of time (08:00) but whole wheat bread options were no longer available. At late arrival, parking at the street was a challenge. The area is very busy. - Only after check-in was I informed that - besides parking on the street - options included the court behind the building, This could be communicated up front. The elevator did not seem to work, either in the evening, not in the morning. The hotel has at least 3 floors. This may pose a challenge with heavy luggage and/or walking aids.

• Obrad (1/5): Nie wieder!!! - Nichts. Ich habe 185€ für ein Loch. Schlimm schlimm schlimm Regenrinne war neben meinem Kopf und die geräusche von tropfen haben mein Schlaf zerstört. Briefkasten auf der Anderen seite der Wand, beim aufmachen und zumachen das geklapper - unmöglich

I would sum up under only two points, this is not what I dislike, this is just pure observation driven feedback if you find it of value. 1. Safety Hazard Potential in the Bathroom The power outlet and the hairdryer are installed right next to the sink faucet, where hands and face are washed. The hairdryer cord is permanently plugged in and constantly hangs over or falls into the sink area. Because of the sink’s design and faucet's type, water splashes in all directions — including toward the outlet and the hairdryer cable.  Unless you consciously put the hairdryer cord aside/push it outside the sink, it would remain there. Many people, no matter their age and education, can even fail to notice that or may not react to that.  (In the end, the PVC insulation layer of that hairdryer cable might not let the water inside, and let the water come into contact with the copper wire inside the cord. But the sink is splashing water in such a way that the water particles can reach the power outlet...) This is an imminent electrical hazard that can result in loss of life. Water can easily reach the outlet, and anyone using the sink is at serious risk of electrocution. I do not know if the situation is the same in all other rooms, I stayed in room 3. The hotel should immediately fix this by either "changing the location of the outlet and hair dryer setup", or by "replacing the sink and faucet with a different design". I can imagine only these two options. 2. The building needs some night supervision I do not know if Hotel Eschborner Hof can afford an employee for night supervision, but the building needs night supervision. The nights I stayed were completely loud and did not feel safe at all, to be honest. Someone needs to watch out for the safety of other tenants. Other than these two, everything else was reasonable and in accordance with the cost of stay.

• Lou A. (7/5): Für zwei Nächte super .... - Trotz Frankfurter Buchmesse hat es keine absurden Aufschläge im Preis gegeben. Und das Frühstücksbuffet äußerst schmackhaft. Merci.
• Verena (2/5): Hellhörige Monteurzimmer ohne jeglichen Komfort - Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal Heruntergekommenes Gebäude, bereits von außen äußerst abschreckend. Ich wäre am liebsten gleich wieder umgekehrt. Auch drinnen setzte sich dieser Eindruck fort. Es handelt sich um eine Monteurunterkunft, die ich nicht als Hotel bezeichnen würde. Alles absolut Basic und zusammen gewürfelt. Im Bad nur Licht im Spiegel integriert. Die eine Lampe auf dem Nachttisch funktionierte nicht, die andere war eine grelle Schreibtischlampe. Keine Jalousien, Vorhang war zum Abdunkeln unbrauchbar, zumal am Stoff gespart wurde und er nicht breit genug war. Die Balkontüre konnte nicht ganz geöffnet werden, weil ein Schrank davor stand. Deren Griff klemmte. Das Fluchtweg Schild war an der Balkontür angebracht. Soll man im Notfall vom Balkon im 1.Stock springen? Nachts wegen Hellhörigkeit mehrere Male aufgeweckt worden. Nachdem mich um 5 Uhr die Toilettenspülung von nebenan wieder hochschrecken ließ, bin ich gleich wach geblieben und habe gerädert früher als eigentlich notwendig die Flucht ergriffen.
