- Ingrid (5/5): Très bien placé mais manque d’entretien - L’emplacement Il faudrait qu’il soit entretenu et révisé. Il y avait que 4 cuillères et 4 couteaux pour 8 personnes. Il manquait une partie du percolateur donc la cafetière était inutilisable. La douche était cassée donc nous ne pouvions pas sélectionner le pommeau de douche ou la douchette. Il manquait un store occultant dans le séjour dommage pour ceux qui dormaient dans le salon. Et 4 chaises sur 6 sont des balançoires. La cour extérieur est envahie de rats…
- anne (9/5): très bon séjour - l'appartement est idéalement situé en plein coeur du centre historique de Cracovie le rapport qualité prix est parfait les 3 chambres avec 3 lits double sont très bien . produits de douche, savon et liquide vaisselle sont fournis en bonne quantité,c'est très appréciable quand on voyage juste quelques jours0 il manquait un peu de vaisselles. dans l'espace salon, il y a juste une tables et des chaises, il manque un petit canapé ou fauteuil pour pouvoir se détendre un peu après les visites.

- Jose Luis (9/5): Apartamento para dos (o 3) personas muy limpio y cómodo, cerca del centro. Zona tranquila y sin ruidos. - Muy bien situado y equipado, muy limpio y nuevo/reformado. El portal huele un poco, pero bueno, por poner algo malo. En booking no se indica que hay que hacer un depósito por desperfectos, si bien es cierto que en el mismo día del check out nos lo devolvieron, muy buena experiencia en ese sentido.

- Gergana (9/5): Няколко дни в Краков - Апартаментът е много близо до хълма Вавел и до Стария град. Има достатъчно пространство за трима/ четирима човека. Кухнята е в общо помещение с дневната, но ние не използвахме котлоните и съдовете, които бяха в апартамента. Банята е голяма, чиста и светла. И да - апартаментът е достатъчно топъл, благодарение на централното отопление в него Единственото, което ми липсваше беше голяма купа за салата, но това е пренебрежимо малко на фона на всички останали екстри в жилището.

- Emily (9/5): Great apartment, good value for money. - Clean large apartment, communication excellent. Location great. All appliances you would need. One of the beds very uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor. Need labels on light switches there's that many. A lot of steep bending stairs, not an issue but dont remember seeing this in the description. Apartment needs some minor improvements, nothing substantial but some flickering lights etc.
- Mattia (7/5): Nel complesso tutto bene - L’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione con le cose essenziali a qualche passo e l’aspetto è identico alle foto. Veramente molto comodo il taxi offerto che ci ha portati proprio davanti alla struttura. Doccia funzionante e shampo/bagnoschiuma già in dotazione, termostato funzionante, disponibili anche piatti e bicchieri. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato un po’ di capelli/peli che non ci appartenevano, ora io non sono troppo schizzinoso ma non è il massimo. Inoltre non è molto insonorizzato quindi di notte c’è capitato di sentire i vicini di sopra fare un po’ di rumore, ovviamente questo dipende anche dall’educazione e dal rispetto delle persone presenti, la struttura comunque ricorda di non fare chiasso dopo le 22. La TV non è smart; se posso dare un consiglio alla struttura, suggerirei di sostituirla con una smart TV, così da poter collegare facilmente telefono o PC anche senza cavi e guardare ciò che si desidera. Detto questo ci ritornerei nell’appartamento, con la speranza che i capelli e peli trovati siano stata una semplice svista.

- Valentin (9/5): Foarte frumos. - Locație bună, camera curată, proprietarii ne au pus la dispoziție o cutie cu cafea și ceaiuri, am avut capsule pentru mașinile de spălat rufe/vase Singurul lucru care nu mi-a plăcut este ca cealaltă cameră de lângă noi are geam direct spre balconul camerei pe care am avut-o.
- Adrianna (8/5): - Pobyt w apartamencie oceniam ogólnie bardzo pozytywnie, głównie dzięki świetnej lokalizacji – w pobliżu znajduje się wiele sklepów, piekarni oraz Żabka, a spacer do Starego Miasta i Wawelu zajmuje tylko kilka minut. To zdecydowanie duży atut tego miejsca. Pokój był czysty, duży i przestronny, co zapewniało komfortowy pobyt. Niestety, pojawiły się też minusy – przede wszystkim bardzo skrzypiące łóżko/materac w środkowym pokoju oraz drzwi, które sprawiały wrażenie mało stabilnych. Największym problemem była jednak obecność licznych szczurów na podwórku. Choć nie wchodziły do mieszkania, ich widok wieczorami był bardzo nieprzyjemny i obniżał komfort pobytu. Podsumowując – miejsce ma duży potencjał dzięki lokalizacji i standardowi pokoju, jednak kilka kwestii zdecydowanie wymaga poprawy.

- Kinga (3/5): Nie polecam tego miejsca - Dość duży apartament. Dobrze wyposażony Koszmarne otoczenie budynku, śmieci na podwórku. Ciągłe buczenie jakiegoś urządzenia za oknem nie dawało zasnąć. Za mała lodówka. Uwaga na drzwi! Jeśli nie przekręcisz klucza dwa razy - otwierają się. Szpary w drzwiach, słychać wszystko, co dzieje się na klatce schodowej. Słychać lokatorów piętro wyżej. Wąska, brzydka klatka schodowa. Gdy ktoś wchodzi używając domofonu, zawsze odzywa się dzwonek w apartamencie, to niepokojące. I zaskoczyła mnie prośba o wpłacenie kaucji na wypadek zniszczeń. Pierwszy raz się z tym spotykam, a wynajmuję apartamenty w Krakowie, przez booking, od prawie roku.

- Rubén (1/5): Fraude en Cracovia - Absolutamente nada. Definitivamente, este alojamiento arruinó mi estancia en Cracovia. Tenía una reserva en un apartamento en la calle Zwierzyniecka, pero por sobreventa me enviaron a otro en la calle Sandomierska, a 30 minutos del centro, por lo que estuve moviéndome todos los días en taxi. Aparte del cambio de última hora, el alojamiento estaba sucio, las toallas llenas de manchas y el internet no funcionaba. Ya he notificado a Booking para que nadie más caiga en el engaño.

- Liam (8/5): Lovely short stay met all of our needs - Perfect location, very clean and had all the facilities we needed for a short stay. Hosts communicated very well and quickly and it was a great price for 3 couples. Difficult to control the room temperature.

- Sławomir (7/5): - Apartament sam w sobie był w porządku – czysty, dobrze wyposażony i adekwatny do ceny. Standard nie odbiegał od opisu, a stosunek jakości do ceny oceniam pozytywnie. Chciałbym jednak zwrócić uwagę przyszłych gości na bardzo istotną kwestię dotyczącą lokalizacji. Na pierwszej stronie oferty widnieje adres przy ul. Zwierzynieckiej, natomiast dopiero w dodatkowych informacjach można znaleźć zapis, że część apartamentów (w tym ten, w którym przebywaliśmy) znajduje się przy ul. Sandomierskiej. Dla nas, jako rodziny z małymi dziećmi, miało to znaczenie, ponieważ wybieraliśmy apartament przede wszystkim ze względu na konkretną lokalizację. Warto również dokładnie sprawdzić informacje dotyczące depozytu – nie jest to jasno wyeksponowane w głównej części oferty i można to łatwo przeoczyć. Podsumowując: pobyt był udany i cena bardzo korzystna, jednak sposób prezentowania lokalizacji oraz informacji o depozycie powinien być bardziej przejrzysty, aby uniknąć nieporozumień w przyszłości.

I was informed I won’t be staying at the location where I booked. Unfortunately I didn’t realise this until just before I arrived so it meant I was unable to cancel and book an alternative in a suitable location. There was a deposit in case of damages which even though stated on booking.com isn’t very clear. The beauty of this service is the ease so most people like me won’t bother reading the small print - the idea is to book in 4 clicks. The state of the apartament made me nervous considering they took a deposit for damages. It was in a very bad state of repair and this made my stay uncomfortable but I was also nervous they would blame some of it on me so I took a considerable amount of time taking photos as evidence just in case which isn’t exactly a leisurely way to spend my time

- aimee (7/5): Bargain for what we paid, beautiful apartment and very comfy. - Super clean and warm. Very nice decor throughout. The main door to the building is broken, we came home late one night to find homeless people in the stairwell, this was super scary to walk over, literally. You have to come through an arch in the main high street to get to the block of apartments and it is a bit messy and dingy, not feeling too nice to get to the apartment but once inside it was fine.
- Marta Z. (9/5): - Bardzo wygodny apartament dla pary lub rodzica z 2 dzieci. Lokalizacja jest świetna - blisko Rynku Głównego i Wawelu. Prawie wszystko co trzeba było na miejscu. Bardzo czysto, a to było dla mnie najważniejsze. Niestety drzwi wejściowe nie mają wygłuszenia. Słychać gości z sąsiednich apartamentów, którzy niekoniecznie zachowują ciszę w godzinach nocnych (przesiadują na wąskiej klatce schodowej). Ponieważ byłam sama z 2 małych dzieci, było to dla mnie niekomfortowe. Jeśli miałabym coś jeszcze zasugerować, to może żeby była chociaż 1 kapsułka do prania (niestety nie było), bo przy 7 dobach jednak pralka, która jest w apartamencie, się przydaje 🙂

Great communication with provider. Easy check in and check out. No sofa at the property which was unfortunate as no where to sit and relax together.

The building, the stairs etc were also quite dirty Several small damages around the house and stained/dirty walls Although it is on a main road, the entrance is through a dark and sketchy arcade with no lighting, which can feel unsafe, especially for women Kitchen equipment was very basic and not well equipped for cooking
