• NaQueisha (6/5): - It was okay! Bathroom needed some TLC especially in the shower. I had to wear my sandals because I didn’t have shower shoes and of course they were ruined. I spent most of my time away so I only slept there at night it was pretty quiet. I came in one night and spotted a roach on the nightstand. Even though it was the only one I’m sure it was others I had to make sure my clothes and bags were thoroughly inspected before I left. We could have had more towels.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Hot and Uncomfortable! - Not what’s was expected like the photo. The room was hot even with the AC on. No dark out curtains and super brights during the day which make it super hot. My shower was leaking the whole trip they could not fix until after my stay if that was their plan. I also did not like that they sent someone over to my room without notifying me first, a day into my trip and they were trying to get into the room lucky I was there at the time. It felt unsafe for me. I had lost trust at that moment as in who know when someone was in my room without my knowledge. Won’t be staying here again.

• Selena (2/5): Third world country accommodation - This was probably the worst place I have ever stood at in my life. Was completely neglected through out my stay with all the issues. Elevator broke and they don’t change their filters at all and I sick as a dog cause of it. Very unsafe

• alicia (4/5): - The property is located conveniently a few blocks away from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants that fits all budgets. The room itself came with a huge kitchen and seating area. The property manager was really responsive. The only thing We did not like was the little white bugs on the mattress. I was itchy all over. Booked two nights but left early due to being uncomfortable.

• Savannah (2/5): - There was multiple roaches in the home. The bed frame literally broke apart when I sat on the bed. When I reached out to the property owner I was ignored completely. Disgusting I don’t not recommend anyone stay here.
• Jitesh (8/5): - Great place to stay. 6 mins to beach amd outdoor gym. 5 mins to Ocean Ave. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Room had a kichen. Parking in residential area was paid. Allows for Zone 2 residential parking up to Lincoln Mall.
• Howard (6/5): Conveniently located properly that needs TLC. - Convenient location in South Beach, close to the ocean and F&B options. Easy to get around with Uber/Lyft and also the free MB trolley. The property needs to be updated - unusable hall closet, blinds that were damaged, many damaged or cracked tiles on the floor, and general cleanliness of the bathroom and shower areas. The shower pressure was non existent. For the building, it is basically a condo/apt type of building with the usual smells in the hallway and well worn carpeting. You only get the passcodes to the building and apt the day of check in, which may cause a bit stress. Also, you only get these codes after making calls to the management office - you do not get an email proactively, even when you have prepaid for the stay.

• Spencer (8/5): - It's no Hilton Hotel but its a nice, pleasant apartment for a solo or couple enjoying a 7 day vacation. Kitchen facilities good, wifi excellent. The location is perfect for dining, beach, bars or general sightseeing. Communication before check in could be a little better but all in all you wont regret booking this place!

• Devon (2/5): - upon arrival of the hotel I had trouble getting the Wi-Fi to work, in which I then tried contacting the owner of the property for some assistance and got no response back the entire 4 nights I stayed there. Also the room i so happen to get was infested with roaches even in the bathroom which through me off guard. Half of the outlets in the room also we’re broken and the ac brew out hot air. So if your looking for a cheap hotel this is the place for it but I definitely DONT recommend it, one of the WORSE hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

• Claudia (4/5): Don’t bother. - The property is in a great location. The highlight was that there was a washer and dryer in the apartment. However, the communication was awful. The sink didn’t work, the internet also did not work and the tv didn’t work. When I reached out to the property manager to address the issues he only addressed 1. With the lack of communication from the beginning with me asking for information and details to the end. It was not worth the headache to continue reaching out when it would only be ignored. Let me not forget about the flies that kept coming out of the shower and the moldy smell that was present. I had to buy an air freshener to be somewhat comfortable with it. And the day of check out…my check out time was 11. Why was there someone trying to come in at 1027am to clean? I’m extremely disappointed by the stay and lack of communication for the money I paid.

• Kaylee Aliya (2/5): - There were bugs all around the apartment. There was no bathroom sink at all. The toilet was linking. The tub was clearly painted over by someone who was not a professional. There is no front desk and good luck finding where to check in as the host doesn’t respond!
• Jose (6/5): - The property it was okay for the prices the i pay. At the time the qe arrived it eas vwry difficult to find the entrance seem the was a lot of commercial around in the same building. We have the code to open the apartment door but not the front door. Unfortunately the was a person cone out and let get in. The apartment was looks nice. But when we when to get a shower the shower fossil was broken spread water everywhere inside the restroom. We call the property manager and never here from them. We tie a towel around the fossil. And that was way we finally can take a shower. Was very disappointed. It not the prices the i pay to get a good vacation. It more. It the dignity and the satisfaction the present to yours guess.. Thanks anyway for everything

It was dirty, looked nothing like any of the pictures, had bugs, unfiltered air, unable to open windows, broken cabinets, insufficient utensils, and was not legally up to code due to a broken smoke detector that they refused to fix during our stay. Horrible and should be reported

• Sofia (4/5): - The apartment being relatively inexpensive, we did not expect luxury, but did expect the furniture to look as depicted in the pictures, and in basic working condition. Also expected some very basic service from the property management in case of a problem. We were wrong. The appt is "Sleeps 3, 1 king bed, 1 double sofa bed". The "double sofa bed" did not look like any ot the couches in the pictures: it was old, dirty and sagging. It was not a configuration. We could not unfold it. Called the management number from my husband's phone - the one the instructions text was sent to - no response. It was late, so my son slept on the unfolded sofa. Next day, called the management from my phone - somebody picked up, said maintenance will be over, and if the couch is broken, will move us to another unit. When we came back, the couch was "unfolded": There was an extra piece next to the couch, the width of the couch unfolded. I suspect at some point it was on the level with the rest of the couch but not anymore: the rest of the couch was sagging, so the extra piece was 2 inches taller than the rest. What's worse, it was unattached to the rest of the couch, and was moving freely with very little effort, my son was falling in the middle in his sleep. The next day I called the management from my phone, my husbands phone - no response. I left a very detailed message about the problem - nobody called back. My son slept on the unfolded couch for the rest of our stay.

• Sandy (4/5): Not as advertised - Air conditioner was not working well , tv was not working , room advertised was not what we got. Changed to a different location after 2 days .
• Ariana (10/5): - Even though we were right above the cars and restaurants; we still had peace and quiet in our room. The room itself felt welcoming and it was a comfortable bed. The only downside was the bathroom; it definitely needs a new tub! Outside of that, I will definitely stay there every time I am in Miami.

• Rebecca (2/5): Avoid this property at all costs. - So I never saw this particular property. An hour before our arrival, our reservation was “upgraded” THREE TIMES. We finally arrived and the parking situation was an absolute nightmare. The rep we dealt with didn’t explain anything. We ended up having to park an actual mile away and carry our things. Then we were locked out of the reservation. We had to wait for someone to come let us in. The place was modern and nice but not what I booked. In the hallway, the ceiling had been cut open and wires were hanging out. The only tv didn’t work, despite putting in a work order, it was never fixed. Half the lights didn’t work. We paid for another night of terrible parking but was told we couldn’t park there again, but never got a refund for it and still had to pay for garage parking another 2 miles away. And the wifi only works for about 10 minutes at a time. Literally the worst experience ever. When I messaged that we had checked out, no one responded at all. Do NOT stay with this company’s properties.
• Lori (2/5): - Messaged several times asking if we could check in late as our plane landed after midnight and wouldnt be getting in until 130-2am. got a one word response of "yes", called several times to confirm and no one answered, and had prepaid for 2 nights. When we arrived no one answered any phone or message. We went down the street and found another hotel that had rooms. No one contacted me the next day. I had to contact expedia to get a refund. For a property on expedia this was the worst service possible.

No one answered the phone to give me the code 2 the building and apartment. so i went to the office which is 100 collins the guy there never heard of the prpoperty so that was scary. they had to make calls. the building stinks. the room has a 25 inch tv no cable just 5 channels. the tv and ac is in the living room area. no ac in the bed area the outlets in the bedroom didnt work. the bedroom area didnt even have a door. the stove didnt work. oh and they had roaches. and i couldnt call anyone to change or cancel. because no one answered any calls or texts from all the numbers i recieved. this is the worse place to stay. its 2 blocks from the beach but they dont come clean the room or give u extra towels or sheets. and there wasnt even a blanket on the bed just a bunch of sheets.

The couch was filthy. Didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on it. No tv in the bedroom. Gnats in the room. It gave off an overall dirty feel. Nothing was done about my complaints. I told them I had no hot water in the shower. No response. Told them I didn’t know how to lock the door to leave, no response. Just overall a bad experience. Do not book.

When entering the unit it looks decent, but is actually very rundown. Every towel was stained, when I requested more toilet paper no one came so I had to walk to Walgreens and purchase it myself, there was large dust bunnies all on the ceiling and lastly a layer of sand on the floor. The only good item was the location, being about a 6min walk to the beach.

I contacted owner and was told we wouldn’t be charged for the first night - but I prepaid for room and haven’t seen a credit. Their was blonde hair on pillows in bed.

I expected the place to be cleaned, but the bathroom needs a better cleaning job. The AC water was leaking in the room on the floor. The first night my hot water wasn't working in the shower. The manager says "Run the hot water from the bathroom pipe then turn on the shower hot water". I did that and the water became hot. I said no way, lol. Still bad though. One half of the 5th floor smells like pee, so disgusting. I wont be back.

Our flight was delayed 8 hours and when we arrived close to 5 am, someone was there to help us which was amazing ! Both locations given were close to everything in the south beach area (walking distance)

• Ciera (8/5): Art Deco Stay - Great location. Safe. The place wasn’t in the best shape, but for the most part comfortable.
• Hadi (6/5): - The apartment was good however two points I wasn't happy with: 1. The entrance to the apartments building is very weird. Instead of get in to the apartment from the main entrance at street (Washington Ave), the entrance was the other street behind. The problem is when you get in, you will find yourself in a garage of cars and bikes and you will face very hot air comes from the air-conditions of other apartments and it looks like a sauna. Leaving and getting through that entrance was my nightmare. 2. The staff at the reception who are sitting in another place wasn't very helpful when I asked them to fix the TV, which wasn't working since I occupied the apartment.
