Beim Frühstück war es nicht ganz so sauber, Tische wurden viel zu spät abgeräumt, Personal morgens eher gelangweilt, Kaffeemaschine nicht sauber. Zimmerkarten funktionierten trotz bekanntem late-checkout nicht mehr (unnötiges Rauffahren und wieder Runterfahren). Wir hatten extra ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer gebucht, mussten aber beim Checkin umziehen, das das Zimmer extrem nach Rauch gestunken hat. Dies ging dann problemlos (nur etwas lästig) um wir bekamen ein kleines Upgrade mit Balkon, danke dafür. Fazit: Keine 5 Sterne (wird manchmal so angeboten, aber gute 4 Sterne).

S (8/5): - Die Terrasse mit Aussicht ist schön und ideal für einen guten Kaffee. Die Lage ist ebenfalls okay, allerdings gibt es in der Umgebung kaum Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen oder Restaurants zu besuchen. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr sauberen und schönen Zimmer, die sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand befinden. Der hoteleigene Friseur ist zwar gut, jedoch hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht überzeugt und die Erwartungen wurden nicht vollständig erfüllt.

Inka (10/5): - Jezdím do Istanbulu pravidelně a toto byl asi nejlepší servis v hotelu, ve kterým jsem tam kdy byla. Každý den chodí od personálu zpráva na watsup, zda by mohl být s něčím nápomocný. Každodenní úklid v pokoji byl ještě kontrolován hlavním pracovníkem. U vchodu do hotelu se vždy personál a ptá se, zda by mohl být něčím nápomocný a přivolává výtah. Restaurace byla taky skvělá, jídlo vynikající a servis naprosto špičkový. Lokalita je dobrá, 2min od autobusové zastávky, kde jezdí každych 8 min autobus do Eminonu (55E) nebo Taksim (55N). Slibovaný výhled z pokoje na moře splnil také očekávání. Postel byla extrémně pohodlná. Potěšila také v pokoji čokoláda a mísa s ovocem na přivítanou a osobní uvítací dopis. Nemám téměr co vytknout - možná jen nepokládat jídlo vedle televize nad minibar (vyzařuje tam teplo z lednice) - položila jsem tam baklavu a roztekla se mi v krabičce. Ale to je má chyba.

L’hôtel est moderne, les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien entretenues. Le personnel a toujours été accueillant et disponible, avec un excellent service tout au long du séjour. La vue et l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel rendent l’expérience encore plus appréciable. Rien, tout était très bien.

Per citare un paio di esempi: siamo arrivate dopo la mezzanotte e una volta fatto il checkin abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile avere una stanza ad un piano più altro - ovviamente non era possibile sul momento ma il giorno dopo siamo state trasferite dal 3 al 7 piano (in una camera ancora più grande, e gratuitamente!) La mia amica un giorno ha perso il caricatore dell'iphone e quando a chiesto alla reception loro si sono attivati e nonostante all'inizio sembrava non ne avessero di disponibili dopo 30 minuti si sono presentati alla nostra porta perchè sono riusciti a trovarlo. Sempre la mia amica ha preso un brutto raffreddore e dalla reception se ne sono accorti, ci hanno fatto arrivare un te in omaggio in camera. L'ultimo giorno il vallet all'ingresso - un signore elegante, molto educato e disponibile - ci ha procurato un passaggio per 2000 lire tutto compreso assicurandosi che il tassista non ci chiedesse sovrapprezzi. L'hotel è stupendo, ma la gentilezza dello staff è sempre ciò che fa la differenza. Per me 10+ ! NIENTE

Mario (10/5): Amazing - The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Not only did they help with parking my car, but they helped with the luggage to my room. They offer a free shuttle to key locations in the city as well as amazing restaurant on the top floor with a great view. It’s great value for your money. I definitely would come back and stay here. Nothing except maybe they need a bigger gym and spa.

Krystyna (10/5): Polecam ten hotel na pobyt w Istambule. Jest bez zarzutu. - Śniadanie z bardzo dużym wyborem potraw, pyszna kawa i znakomita, prawdziwa herbata turecka. Piękny widok z restauracji , podczas śniadań. Bardzo luksusowy hotel, w bardzo przystępnej cenie. Przestronne, czyste i świetnie wyposażone pokoje. Bardzo miły i bardzo pomocny personel. Trochę daleko do centrum i głównych atrakcji, ale hotel oferuje kilka razy dziennie bezpłatny transfer w różne miejsca, w tym na lotnisko. Poza tym-za pośrednictwem recepcji-można zamówić taksówkę.
