Mario (7/5): In general quite pleasent with the agent quite helpfull on small request we made during our stay. - The apartment is quite comfortable and has a cozy opening on the back to chill, read newspapers, and have breakfast. It is advised for a couple only, maybe one kid, as the space and cutting of the apartment is very small. Marina di Ragusa is strategically positioned in the middle of nice areas (Punta Secca for Sunset & Montalbano house, Scicli and Modica) to visit when you are not soaking into the clean and calm sea. The reception was not done in time and one of the cleaners (I think, not sure about the exact role of the person at the door) went into arguing about waiting for a "second" (at least 10min of waiting time) while the agent was coming over from another house booking. There was no communication from the agent about any delay. We went according to the booking time of release, despite several messages to try to understand the exact time. This is a minor seatback and I hope their management can improve from a situation like this.
