- Tanya (1/5): Scammers ! Beware ! Do not stay here ! - Nothing ! The staff were rude and dishonest Extremely disappointed with our experience at Athena Apartments. After our stay, we were informed that a large amount of our bond would be withheld for alleged damages that we did not cause. Despite requesting evidence, no proof has been provided that the damage was caused by us, or even that it was located in the room we stayed in. What has been most frustrating is the lack of willingness to properly discuss the matter or escalate it beyond the reservation manager. As paying guests, we expected transparency, professionalism, and fair treatment. We are now pursuing the matter further through Fair Trading. I would strongly encourage future guests to carefully document the condition of their room upon arrival and departure

The pool was a bonus and we enjoyed our meal at the onsite restaurant. The lock up car accommodation with a doorway to our unit was good for security and simplified load in and out of our luggage. The bed was super comfy, the staff were lovely and welcoming, and the studio kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. I was pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful extras like measuring cups and utensils I hadn’t expected, which was such a help since I’d forgotten mine. It really showed that the property goes the extra mile for guests! The pool area is absolutely gorgeous - so cute, inviting, and incredibly welcoming. It was such a lovely space to relax and added even more charm to the stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the location was perfect - close to everything I needed. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend Athena Motel Apartments to anyone staying in the area.

It is really well located if you are visiting the hospital but less so if you are interested in being right in the centre of town
