- Jennifer (10/5): It was an unplanned stay in Pasadena and it went smoothly and overall very well. - It was an unplanned stay in Pasadena and it went smoothly and overall very well. Did find 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom upon check-in but I took care of it and everything else appeared clean and in place.

- Leanna (6/5): Pretty okay - The front office guy was super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we didn't have to pay for parking or a security deposit. The motel was also in a convenient area for our plans with easy freeway access. Good for short stays if you need somewhere to rest your head and only that. This was not a $110 dollar a night room. Maybe $70 and under. It looked and felt questionable. The shower had "body" hair, and toilet wasn't very clean. Reaked of weed even though the room was non smoking. There was no microwave, iron, or hairdryer.
- Janice (10/5): - Thank YOU.
Recommend bringing a blanket.
- Natalie (2/5): - I electrocuted myself in the bathroom bc the switch plate was missing. The shower had hair from previous guests. The bed cover had cigarette burns even though it was a non-smoking room. Pool was not included in stays price NOR disclosed at booking. We couldn't even sit in the patio area to chat outside. The staff did not change my room or even offer a discount after I told him I was electrocuted. He didn't give a shit about my injury or their own liability, simply bc I addressed the pool not being disclosed as not available for guests. I am extremely upset, as I use booking.com often.
- Derek (2/5): - Terrible. Crack heads and prostitutes
- David (7/5): It was in a good location and it seems safe - I like the free parking the room was pretty cool it was clean It didn't have the microwave like it said it did and the room had a bit of a musty smell
- Raúl (7/5): Pasadena - Atención 24/7, estacionamiento, cerca de un supermercado. Olor a cigarro dentro de la habitación, cubrecama con huecos.
- Lia (1/5): Couldn’t sleep they had roaches crawling around - Nothing It has roaches
- Estrada (10/5): -
- Carlos (5/5): -
- Jordan (2/5): Refund request - I need to request a full refund of $379.08. This room was filthy and was infested with bed bugs. We left after the first night because of the bed bug infestation. The mattress covers were torn and covered in stains. I have two bites on my hand. Please let me know what the next steps are.
- Lisa (1/5): Six-hour drive, confirmed room cancelled, stranded at 1 AM — Booking.con turned a biblical Oasis nig - Booking.CON is a disgrace — they strand paying customers.
I drove six hours on a Saturday to see Oasis, only to arrive at my confirmed hotel and be told my booking was cancelled — with no notice, no email, no explanation. My friend’s confirmed room? Also cancelled.
Booking.CON’s solution? Let us “park” at a motel near the Rose Bowl (nice for the concert, useless for sleeping) and then dump us in another motel 25 minutes away in the wrong direction. At 1 AM, after a sold-out show, we were left stranded with surge-priced Ubers costing $183 just to reach a place we never booked.
Customer service? Utterly worthless. Over an hour on hold, hung up on four times, no help, no accountability. While sitting in the lobby, at least five other people showed up with the exact same problem — all with “confirmed” bookings wiped out. Clearly, they cancelled cheaper reservations to resell at higher rates.
Booking.CON doesn’t honor bookings, doesn’t protect customers, and doesn’t care if you’re stranded in the middle of the night after hours of travel. Never again.
- Nadia (8/5): - They should have a microwave in the room instead you have to walk to the microwave near the office from the room. Inconvenient.
- Ashot (6/5): - Didn’t know about the deposit! Disappointed!
- Alonso Huitzacua (8/5): Cool -
- Cynthia (9/5): -
- Nicholas (10/5): - The people were friendly and accommodating especially to my dog
- Genesis (4/5): - La habitación olía demasiado cigarro. Las cobijas estaban manchadas y la luz del baño no funcionaba.

- Cynthia (10/5): Convenient, economical and clean…. - This is a great place, for the price, it’s a good deal location wise, the property is clean, the rooms are spacious, the rooms are clean and tidy and the staff is friendly especially the gentlemen in the front office that checks you in.. Not much to comment on but it would be nice if the bathrooms would have a set of wash cloths and another set of hand towels to go along with the set of bath towels.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Timily service the nosey people around PEOPLE
- Jordan (1/5): Bad -
- Bruce (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - The room was spacious and clean Everything was good
- Ynocencio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Cynthia (7/5): Good - Rooms are simple, comfortable and clean. The house cleaning leaves only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap.
Shampoo doesn’t feel like shampoo
1 Bar of soap hotel complimentary size is not sufficient…
- Love (10/5): I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS MOTEL - Down to Earth
- Stephanie (5/5): The freaks come out at night - Wifi and good cable They offer complimentary coffee from 7am-9am and it's never available.
- Capstar1 (6/5): Pleasant - Clean Did not like bathroom
- Love (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luvdandblessd (2/5): Very poor - Not much No microwave, or coffee maker in room, as said.
Loud drilling and loud workers, right in vicinity of room I was.
Alot of druggies, and other unmentionable people.
Very uncomfortable stay.
- Karla (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean comfortable the management are really nice Large parking spaces clean
- Lila (1/5): Warning!!! Never book a hotel like this! It is unclean w/ greedy managers,& nasty, dishonest staff. - The location The staff at the hotel was demanding and rude..only caring about money. We lost our home in the recent LA wildfires and booked the hotel for a week. We found out that we paid almost 20% more than the person next door and were constantly being badgered about money. The hotel had been remodeled cheaply ( we stayed there before under previous owners) and although the plastic blinds came loose we were able to easily fix them. My daughter became suicidal due to losing our home in the fire and was taken to the hospital so we had to check out early. We left the hotel room very clean and in excellent condition. It was checked by the on-site hotel representative and we were told we could apply for a 3-day refund even though we left on our 3rd day and had paid for 7 days plus an extra deposit which was not returned at checkout. Booking.com contacted the hotel for the refund request and the hotel never responded but when I called they said they were keeping the remaining $400 because there was minor damage which they had already repaired. They were unwilling to provide invoices, pictures or even a clear rationale or valid reasons for keeping our $. The hotel management is greedy, disrespectful and only cares about $ not people. I would recommend anyone stay far, far away from this motel because they are very dishonest and disreputable people... You've been warned!
- Erica (8/5): Very good -
- Victor (1/5): Bad -
- Norma (10/5): - Excellent service
- Jennifer (1/5): Bad decision - Nothing Everything
- T (2/5): Horrible Experience (dirty, unsafe, uncomfortable) - probably one of the worst hotels I have been too... hard mattress... dirty room... crappy pillows... can hear people in next room and upstairs walking... drug dealing all over the complex... no ice... no service... no furniture in room... no microwave... lots of permeant residents... no vending machines... no room service... all around horrible experience
- Gilberta (8/5): - The room was clean. The personnel were helpful. Easy parking.
- Zakariae (8/5): - Windows were taped with paper, instead of curtains. Clean bathroom. The bedding sheets and blanket were inadequate.
- Monay (1/5): Bad -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Noisy, no night service, the house keeping only speaks Spanish, homeless people lived there.
- Douglas (6/5): - Staff one night was very inconvenient I didn’t even get to stay because I had to have a cash deposit and I literally stayed there the 2 nights before and I didn’t get to
- Debbie (1/5): Never again - It was dirty. Only one bed had a blanket and it had holes in it. Mattress's were old and creaky. There was a plastic cover over the smoke detector (what the heck). Had to ask for towels which were only one size. No hand towels or wash cloths. You could see daylight around the entire door. Not enough parking. Loud heavy construction started at 7 am. No dresser, no table, no chair, no lamp, harsh lighting and very loud and inefficient heat unit.
- Javier (10/5): . - Price was $25 less
Then increased few minutes later Service
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jan (5/5): Good value for cost, but I was expecting a fully furnished room - The location is good and there is plenty of free parking. The size of the room is good for the amount I was paying and the bathroom was spacious and clean. My room had no drapes/curtains and instead had an opaque plastic sheeting covering the windows, similar to masking used while painting a room. It was fine for privacy, but it did nothing to keep the light out, and the room happened to have a very bright light outside of it. Fortunately, I'm one of the people who can sleep with the lights on, but that didn't make it any less odd. Also, my room had no furnishing aside from the bed and a refrigerator. No bedside table meant I had to put my alarm clock on the bed next to me along with my phone and charger. I would rather have had the bed to myself and not be concerned all night long that I might knock my clock and phone to the floor in my sleep.
- sherylm714 (4/5): Jail cell vibes - They seem to be redoing their rooms, but they shouldn't let them out until they're finished. We had no mirror in our room, although there was a hole over the sink where the last light fixture was. We also had no blanket until we asked for one and then it was old and raggedy. Someone made the decision to not have washcloths at all. We stayed for 5 days and had no housekeeping even knock on our door. 5 days without offering fresh towels or emptying trash. Microwave is in a cage by the office up front.
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicholas (9/5): Superb -
- Dianne (8/5): Very good -
- Solis (5/5): Under construction - The location. The room was clean They are remodeling rooma so we were put in a room with a new windows which still had tape and no blinds so it was bright in the am. No furniture but the bed. No dressers, nightstands, microwave, refrigerator, phone, only 2 towels no shower mat or wash cloths, no cups, coffee, hangers.
- Mayorga (7/5): Good -
- Tran (9/5): Superb -
- Serhan (1/5): Bad - I absolutely did not like it. If you want to take a shower in a tub full of body hair, this hotel is just for you!
If you’re tired of fresh air and want to stay in a hotel with bad odors, this is a great choice!
Tired of modern life and looking for a slum - style experience? This is the place for you!
- Monica (1/5): Worst place i have ever stayed at - The restroom was remodeled I hate to have to write this review. But its my experience. What I didn't like: EVERYTHING!! walls were paper thin, i mean toilet paper thin. Very dirty room, from floors to walls and bed. Comforter had burn stains & other stains. Bed was rock hard and pillows were almost nothing. Room looked nothing like the pictures.
Lots of druggies & homeless, very sketchy place!! I didn't sleep at all due to a VERY loud crack head upstairs who didn't got to sleep til after 4am. Heard his stomping all night and blaring rap music at 2:30 am. Do not get a downstairs room.
Room only had a TV and beds no drawers or lamps. Very below basic room. Room 109
I would never recommend this place to anyone. I felt very unsafe staying here with kids. The kid in the office tried to get us to pay when we had already pre-paid. We have stayed a low budget motels but nothing ever like this one. Just the absolute wort place never ever again! For being Pasadena it was a true disappointment!
- Ramos (8/5): Very good -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Jim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thrash (8/5): Very good - Room was clean Couple fighting and slamming doors all night. Very thin walls so you could hear all noises
- Jean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jean (8/5): Very good -
- Juan (2/5): Sleep with one eye open. - This location is meant for the wandering riff rafts at best. I did not like the atmosphere and the occasional tweaker wandering acting weird.
- John (3/5): Cheap hot shower - Price location hot shower clean No tv no comforter just thin sheet, no heating, I was cold, slept in my clothes.
- Melonie (10/5): i was satisfied. they made me feel safe. -
- Capstar1 (5/5): Passable - Quiet Bed not comfortable. Bed tiny. Non-functional microwave. Had to use microwave in laundry room. Staff made no attempt to help. Needed room darkening curtain. Hard to sleep at night. Lights bright over room.
- Francisco (1/5): Not good experience. - No breakfast Pillows with hairs from other guess i belive, only about 30 minutes after i arrived a homeless started to knockout my door, when i woke up to open the door the man was shirtless. I my feel unsafe, i tryit to sleep little bit and courtine came down and the lights came direct to my face
I desided to leave the location due to aɔl the situation, when i told the lady about that she showed careless and just checked me out. I wasted my money and I should have a reinburse for it.
- Jovan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jim (9/5): Superb - Location was great. The motel itself was in a great location. It was clean unfortunately. They're doing work on this place right now and first thing in the morning there was a five-man crew that started banging and hammering and making all sorts of noise. I didn't have a blanket. The bed did not come with a blanket. I could not find a remote for the TV and the bathroom light did not work the whole time. I was there until about an hour before I left. So other than that it was a great motel. It really was. Location was great. It was clean. They remodeled it all good but it's just quite not there yet. They said it was a coffee maker in the room. There was no coffee maker. Luckily I brought my own so that wasn't a problem. There was no refrigerator as they said there was a microwave. There was a TV but I didn't have the remote for the TV and I didn't bring anything to cook in the microwave so it didn't help me. But overall scale of 1 to 10 I'd give it a seven for my happiness I already mentioned what I didn't like in the message above but I'll go over it again. Five-man crew showed up first thing in the morning. Making way way way too much noise for a motel. They should not be doing that till at least 10:00. They started at 6:30 in the morning. I didn't have a blanket for the bed by the time I realized it was too late about 1:00 in the morning so I just sleep without a blanket. I woke up freezing but they did have a brand new heater so that took care of that. They did not have a remote for the TV. They didn't have a light in the bathroom that worked for some reason it was out all night so I had to take a shower in the dark
- Stacy (5/5): Passable -
- Leonardo (1/5): Bad -
- Reynoso (1/5): Bad - Nothing No television did not work sockets didn't work no smoke detectors dirty no hot water no shower curtains no curtains on windows walls dirty smells bad
- David (1/5): Bad -
- Derrick (1/5): Horrible - N/a Room was disgusting, tv not working, holes in wall , shower curtains as window curtains , n sink n shower water was different color
- Isabel (1/5): very uncomfortable - I was very disappointed by the condition of the room, the odor in the room, the light bulb went out in the bathroom, overall condition was awful. the whole place needs to be overhauled
- Kenia (10/5): Homeless at theoment - Goog very cute and comfort for me and partner Price
- Fernando (1/5): Felt unsafe, checked into my room, 15-20 minutes later checked out. - Just the staff Rooms felt unsafe, windows didn’t lock
- Capstar1 (5/5): Quality not as good as before. - Quiet. Not clean. No blanket on the bed.
