Je prenais le bus à 22h et la propriétaire m'a ouvert une chambre pour que je puisse me doucher avant de partir et m'a commandé un taxi pour rejoindre ma station de départ sans que je lui demande. Très serviable. Tout est très bien avec un tarif très bien placé même pour la location des scooters sur place

• VLADISLAV BEREZKIN (7/5): - На недолгий срок сойдёт. За недостатки в виде запаха плесени из-за капающего и в следствии этого действующего на нервы кондиционера который за стеной номера (проблему эту я помог устранить и сказал хозяйке, что надо с этим сделать в дальнейшем) мне сделали справедливую скидку, это меня устроило. В целом не плохо, нормальные и вменяемые владельцы, но номера и дворик в слегка запущенном состоянии, не сказать что ужас, но можно и нужно делать ремонт и хорощо ухаживать за территорией.

• Enya (10/5): Amazing stay! - We absolutely loved our stay here - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the amenities were all great. The place is really pretty and nicely decorated and the pool area is lovely, we spent a lot of afternoons relaxing there. The location is good, we stayed 12 nights & everywhere is walkable took about 20 mins to the busier area and 40 to Old Town but they have bikes you can use and there are also restaurants nearby & grab if you don’t want to walk. The housekeeping was amazing and the room was always spotless and the staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming & helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and would definitely recommend.

Sæbe og kildevand blev ofte genopfyldt. Små portioner til morgenmad, men de var frisklavet, og altid en tallerken med frisk frugt til morgenmaden. Gratis cykeludlejning. 10-15 minutters cykling til Old Town & Night Market. 10-15 minutter til nærmeste strand, Vegetable Village og Coconut Boats. 20 minutter til An Bang Beach og seafood-hypen omkring stranden. Hyggeligt og hjemligt miljø. Det var slidt, men holdt godt. Kan stærkt anbefales.

• Lucille (10/5): - I had a lovely stay at this property. Although it’s located a little outside the main area, that’s actually what makes it so peaceful and relaxing. The place is beautiful — modern, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The staff were also incredibly kind and understanding, which truly enhanced the overall experience.

• Anouk (10/5): Heerlijk vertoeven! - Wij vonden de locatie echt helemaal super! Juist dat stukje fietsen naar de stad was top en wij zouden niet in old town willen zitten, dit voelt veel authentieker. Wij hebben heel veel gebruik gemaakt van de fietsen! De plek is super mooi opgezet en je krijgt helemaal vakantie vibes hier. De kamer zelf ook goed, ruim en heerlijke bedden. Ga zeker een keer eten bij Old Rice Field en Firefly, in de buurt en mega aanraders. Er was wat schimmelvorming op het plafond en dat rook je een beetje.

• Barnabás (10/5): All in all, it’s almost unbeatable in price to value, and we highly recommend it! 😎 - Herbal Tea Homestay is a very nice and clean place to stay at - far enough from the city center not to be loud, but within a 10-minute scooter ride. The breakfast is amazing, our host was lovely and helpful, and we rented here the best scooter during our stay in Vietnam (for a very reasonable price). We also got help with taxi ride back to Da Nang at a great price. The only downside is the smell of the room (a bit pale) but opening the window for a few minutes takes it away.

• Lucie (10/5): Top ! - Très beau Homestay, entretenu avec soin! Le petit déjeuner est un réel plus, les jus de fruits sont incroyables! Notre chambre était très propre et sentait la cannelle à notre arrivée (très agréable). Lors de notre arrivée, nous avais été accueilli avec un boisson, des fruits et un Ban Mi. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et disponible ! L’homestay est à 10 minutes de la vieille ville et 10 minutes de la plage en vélo. Les vélos sont mis à dispositions gratuitement (un gros + ). De nombreuses activités et services transports sont à dispositions dans un livret a l’Homestay. Je recommande ++ Rien

They also have bicycles you can borrow if you need to visit Hoi An. And the pool is also really nice for families. They also have a restaurant and a cafe so it's easier to get your morning coffee and meals. Nothing much.

The pool area is lovely and the grounds are lush with fruit trees. Awesome location a 15 min ride to ancient town. Mr. Binh also drove us to My Son Unesco Site and Danang for a very good price! There's an incredible market for food, groceries, merchandise and 10 minutes away - we walked there each morning for breakfast and coffee. Beautiful beaches are 15 min ride away.The beds are comfortable! Our daughters had a lovely room overlooking the garden. Our room was on the ground floor and perhaps needs a bit of freshening up with sone cosmetic renovations.

The pool was refreshing . The beds and aircon were comfortable . Reccomend the coffee we had it on the last day and regretted not having it earlier That i had to leave for the next part of my trip 😂

Thee location was good and my room was perfectly adequate given the price that I paid for my five nights. The breakfast was great and substantial. Theere was a problem with a leaky basin in the bathroom, however, that was resolved quickly.

The pool outside was also really nice in this hot weather so I can recommend this place. We also got snacks for our long trip after our stay.

They claimed the taxi fare was includ - The room had a beautiful view from the window, and the people were very friendly and welcoming. The air in the room was very damp and moldy, which made it hard to sleep. They didn’t change the bed sheets, even when I asked, and the sheets became damp too. The room key didn’t work properly, which is a serious safety concern—especially when leaving the room for the day, since you can't lock it securely. The pool area felt sticky, and the water didn’t look very clean.
• Marta (9/5): Lovely Homestay - The house has a very pretty garden full of plants, making a beautiful atmosphere. Also the swimming pool area is very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. It is a bit far from the old town, but it wasn't a big deal since the Homestay provides bycicles for free so you can reach the center in about 10-15 min.

The room is spotless, spacious, and has everything you need. The facilities are fantastic too - quiet, peaceful. The pool was an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable! The room temperature was alright, but a fan would've been great.

Extremely accommodating. Morning breakfast in the garden setting was a real treat. The location was terrific surrounded by a comfortable neighborhood within a healthy walking distance to the Old Town in Hoi An or the Hoi An Beach area. Internet (wifi) was weak and unstable. Linens had some age to them.

• Jenna (10/5): Cosy, welcoming and quiet home stay - This homestay was so cosy & well thought out. All the decorations and lights gave it such a welcoming feel. The staff were so so lovely and helped us to organise a transfer to Hue on motorbikes which was a highlight of our time in Vietnam. Such a bonus to have a pool and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. We loved the location close to the beach, rice paddies and Hoi a township. So great to have free bikes to explore.

• Claire (10/5): The perfect place to relax and unwind, only a short bike ride to the beach or in to the old town. - The owners and staff we so lovely and made every effort to make us feel welcome and looked after us beautifully, being able to use the bikes as and when was amazing and we explored the area so much more because of it. The pool area was ideal and very relaxing, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if we were in Hoi An
• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - That’s my favorite hotel in Vietnam so far. The hosts are so nice and helpful, you feel at home with them. You can take a bike for free in the hotel, to go around the rice culture as well. I really had a great time And they provide many service like breakfast, laundry taxi etc…
