• Einat (5/5): - החדר היה יחסית ליפן. המלון מיושן. ריח לא נעים. פקיד הקבלה לא היה נחמד. קיבלנו חדר בקומה 3 ללא מעלית. אנחנו בני 68. הוא לא הסכים לתת לנו קומה נמוכה. המיטות היו גדולות אך מתנדנדות. זה המלון הכי יקר מכל המלונות שהיינו בהם במשך 20 יום עם התמורה הכי גרועה. שמחנו שהיינו רק לילה אחד. הדוש במקלחת היה גרוע. והיו כמה הפסקות חשמל.

• Yumiko (10/5): - 朝食付の宿泊でしたが、食事がとても美味しかったです！ 給仕のスタッフの方が、一流ホテルの様にとても丁寧な対応をされていて、驚きました。ありがとうございました。 部屋も広々として、清掃も行き届いていました。 コンパクトながら、使い勝手よく作られたホテルでした。 立地は駅も近くて便利な所でした。 ロケーション的には少し木々の多い街中と言う感じで、見える空は小さかったです。

• Audrey (10/5): A hotel close to nature - The location of the hotel was exceptional. On one side of the hotel, there's a forest road lined with fir trees. Truly beautiful. On the other side, there's a main road filled with cafes and shops, that leads to Karuizawa Station. The station is a 10-minute walk away, so very easy to get to. The staff were all friendly and helpful, despite the communication gap. The hotel breakfast was good too. A bonus was the coffee machine on our floor. You get to choose from a variety of coffee and tea, all for free. When I go back to Karuizawa, I'll be staying again at Hotel Elegance. There was nothing to dislike.
