- Junghurn (9/5): - 데스크 직원이 매우 친절했습니다. 지금까지 본 비슷한 급의 호텔 직원 중 가장 친절했다고 생각합니다. 일본 호텔치고 방이 꽤 넓은 편입니다. 안마의자가 있을 거라고는 상상도 못했습니다. 안마의자가 있다는 건 좀 더 홍보해도 좋을 듯 합니다. 입구가 좀 찾기 어려웠습니다. 건물 입구에서도 좀 더 명확한 표지판이 있었으면 좋겠고, 1층에서 엘리베이터를 타야 할지 옆의 좁은 통로를 이용해야 할지 고민이 되었는데 좀 더 명확하게 엘리베이터로 2층으로 올라오면 된다는 안내가 있었으면 합니다.

- M (9/5): 立地良し、部屋良し、大変満足… - 今回初めて利用しました。ホテルの立地は小倉駅のすぐ近くでミニバンも入る駐車場も設置されており利便性が大変良かったです。スタッフの方の説明も簡潔で分かりやすくよかったです。ホテル内も受付・待合室・部屋まできれいでした。ベッドサイズには余裕があり、ユニットバスも大きめでしたのでゆっくり湯船に浸かることができ運転の疲れをとることができました。また駅近で繁華街も近くにあるので飲食店探しには困りませんでしたが1階にあるお店を利用したところ美味しかったです。北九州には定期的に行きますのでこちらはまた利用したいと思います。 エレベーターが遅い。また階数表示がなく稼働中のボタン点灯もないため待ち時間がさらに長く感じられた。一緒に泊まった他の者も同様のことを言っていたので私だけではなさそう…

- Inamasu (8/5): すばらしい。 - 朝食がおいしかった。 部屋が清潔で良い。 〇朝食で食堂に入っていくとき、入り口が狭く、必ず何かスタッフから何か言われる。 何か命令されたように聞こえる。 問いただすと「テーブルを確保するのに食事中とかかれたステッカーを裏返せ」 といくこと。 ゆったりと食事したいのにせかされているような感じがする。 〇毎回、自動チェックインの機械ではチェックインできず、フロントで受付させられる。

- Minoru (10/5): 清潔感、くつろぎ感が最高でした。 - 朝食がおいしかった。 部屋が清潔で気持ち良かった。 チェックアウト11：00迄でゆっくりできた。 チェックイン時、予約番号、バーコードを機械が読み込まなかった。 ・朝食時、トレーを取って食べ物を選ぼうとしているとき、スタッフに早口で何かいわれたが、何を言われたのかわからず、 不快だった。（だぶん、ご自由にお席におつきくださいと言ったのでしょうが、言われなくてもわかることは余計だと思います。言い方も急かし、命令感があり少し気になりました。他のホテルではそんなに気になることはありません。些細なことですが、客は朝はまだ目覚めてないため、静かに気遣いして戴きたいと思います。）

The hotel staff are exceptionally courteous—every time the elevator doors open at the second-floor lobby, they greet guests inside with warm smiles and a respectful bow. The guestroom features a massage chair, which is a wonderfully thoughtful touch for travelers seeking relaxation after a long day. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, though it would benefit from a few hooks for hanging clothes.

- Chris (8/5): 快適 - ロケーションのわかりやすさ、近さがとても良かったです。また、内装も非常にキレイで満足でした。WiFiも安定していて使いやすかったです。アメニティも充実していて自分で何も持参しなくても快適に泊まれるのが良いと思います。 ベッド周辺にもう少しコンセントが欲しかったです。また、入室した際の設定温度が25℃とやや高めでした。最後に、フロントにスタッフがいて他のテナントがいないのにアシストせずにキオスク端末を利用させられたのは少々不親切だと感じました。

- Claudia (10/5): Very clean hotel near Kokura Station - The check-in was easy and the staff very friendly. The room was very clean. There was a general cleaning after 3 days. Towels could be exchanged daily and also the rubbish was removed. The hotel is located close to Kokura station, Kokura Castle and the Tanga Market. Also, department stores and other shops were very close. From our hotel room, we had a good view and could watch the Metro beneath us. Everything was fine for the pricing!
- Derrick Wong (8/5): Good location in Kokura - The location was convenient and easy to locate, about 5 minutes' walk from the station in the direction of Kokura castle. There are many restaurants on the side roads behind the hotel including the well-known Ichiran Ramen chain.

- Janice (10/5): - Friendly and welcoming staff. Triple room was relatively spacious despite being converted from a twin room. Great bathroom in particular. Location was a straightforward walk from the station, close to lots of good food. This was my first time staying in a Daiwa Roynet hotel; now I'll look out for them in other cities too!

- 俊子 (10/5): 1人で泊まるには部屋も広くて朝食も良かったです。 - 1人での宿泊なのにダブルベッドで寝ごごちがとても良かったです。朝食もサービスで洋和のバイコングでとてま良かったです。小倉に行く時は小倉駅の近くで便利なのでいつも利用したいと思います。 部屋の窓の外側が壁になっていて風景が見えなかったのが残念でした。
