• Claudia (5/5): Eines 5-Sterne Hotels unwürdig. - Grosszügige Parkmöglichkeiten und die Lage war gut für einen Stopover. Das Hotel ist sehr heruntergekommen und hat unserer Meinung nach keine 5 Sterne verdient. Maria an der Rezeption war super. Ansonsten war das Personal eher gelangweilt.

• steven (9/5): Great for wine touring - this was our "home base" for wine touring in Ribera del Duero. Ribera is big and the location is central to many of the wineries we wanted to visit in the golden mile, making it easy to visit multiple wineries in a day. the property is almost next door to Vega Sicilia ( good luck getting in). the Arzuaga tinto reserva is fantastic! the property itself is modern and roomy. being in wine country, you are limited to the property unless you want to drive. pro tip- have your large meal mid day (we had mid day meals between winery visits- many good options). this allows you to eat lighter dinner at the property.

• Julia Weigelt (7/5): - Die Außenfassade (von der Straße aus gesehen) hat uns sehr gut gefallen, daher haben wir beschlossen dort zu übernachten, aber das ist keine 5 Sterne wert. Maria von der Rezeption des Hotels war super. Der Spa Bereich: Fliesen im Pool lagen lose am Boden, man musste aufpassen, dass man sich nicht verletzt. Der ganze Bereich vom grossen Innenpool sah vernachlässigt aus. Die Angestellten des Restaurants oder der Bar haben nicht haben nicht einmal gegrüßt.

• Sami (1/5): Dirty and unhelpful - Rooms are spacious And spa was good The room was dirty with the side chair and lounge full of stains which honestly was disturbing! You do not expect this from a 5 star hotel ! Additionally, The bathtub was stained and rusted ! We went on the high season and for the price we paid this is not worth it ! I complained the second night to the reception , but nothing was done or even acknowledged my complaint ! I did complain again the day we checked out , only this time the reception “assured” us that the chars are clean and that the stains are from cleaning products rather than what it clearly shows it is ! For a brand such as Arzuaga , its prestigious name is definitely being affected with services and rooms are like this !

Cambio de toallas diario. Personal del restaurante agradable. Los colchones exigen renovación. La TV es pequeña y no tiene canales de pago. Tiene una terraza arriba donde no se puede subir por el cliente. Desayuno no tiene cocina en directo. El spa es caro.

• Stafford (8/5): Lovely Venue and Helpful Staff - The setting for the resort was picturesque and the facility was huge. Staff was friendly and helpful and was fast to assist with all requests. The restaurant was located at the front of the facility providing nice views of the mountains and vineyard. The only issue was that for a former Michelin Star restaurant, the main course (lamb skewer) was horribly overcooked and should not have been served to us at all in its condition. The rest of the food was quite good. A disappointing main course.

El desayuno, no está mal pero no está muy bien estructurado y le falta un poco para estar de sobresaliente. Creo que para el precio y categoría del alojamiento deberían replantearse la ubicación y el servicio en sí.

• Susana (5/5): Bastante decepcionante - Lo mejor la ubicación y las habitaciones espaciosas, aunque nuestra ventana daba a unas máquinas del viñedo que sonaban durante todo el dia y la noche! El gimnasio cerrado por reformas. La terraza/chill-out area del ático cerrada solo para eventos privados. Fuera de la habitación solo se podía estar en el sofá de la recepción porque no existía ningún salón o área para sentarse y tomarse algo o leer. Muy poco acogedor. En la habitación no tenían la posibilidad de hacerse un café/te (hasta los hoteles de 4 estrellas tienen este servicio). La mampara de la ducha no tenía goma, con lo que se salía el agua por los 2cm de abertura hasta fuera del baño.

• MARIA EUGENIA (10/5): - La amplitud de la habitación, la calidad de la ropa de la cama, la comodidad de la cama y la tranquilidad de la habitación y las vistas. Como crítica constructiva si que en la estancia de los desayunos, al ser un espacio tan grande deberían darle una vuelta a la decoración y hacerlo un poco más acogedor, poner decoración en las paredes y demás ya que es superamplio y está, desde mi punto de vista, bastante desolado. Con relación a la colocación de los productos en el desayuno, deberían revisar y dejarlos todos en un lateral , frutas embutidos , cafeteras , tostadoras para tenerlos todo centrado en un sitio y luego poder irte a tu mesa con todo en orden; está un poco disperso ese asunto. Con relación al restaurante, deben ser agiles en la atención al cliente y no hacerles esperar mucho en la barra para ser atendidos y estar los clientes detrás del camarero para que escuche que necesitas , si es falta de personal que lo revisen . Con relación a hacer las camas, o puede dejarse de hacer una habitación hasta las 14:20 horas como estuvimos nosotros el puente de noviembre ( estancia del 8 al 11 noviembre ). Un hotel de 5 estrellas no se puede permitir esos fallos, si es falta de previsión de personal revisénlo ya que el precio que pagamos es elevado y esperamos recibir los máximos servicios .

• Igor (10/5): Отличный отдых для друзей, кто любит вино и винодельни, а также хорошо покушать. - Сама гостиница расположена на винодельне, рядом виноградники, свежий воздух и очень приятная мягкая вода в душе. Большой плюс также создает рядом расположенный ресторан с уникальной кухней и винами региона Рибера дель Дуэро. Вино и еда - были нашей целью, что получилось на 100%. Дополнительно мы брали вино в этом и других винодельнях и на лужайке рядом с гостиницей обедали испанскими блюдами: сыры, хамон, свежайший хлеб и, конечно, красное вино из региона Риберо дель Дуэро.

El gimnasio estaba reformándose, cuestión que no estaba avisada, el desayuno se sirve en una estancia muy amplia, pero es escaso. Las habitaciones tienen escasez de una limpieza a fondo. Hay moscas en todo el entonrno.

Nice pool area. Great restaurant on the property. One small thing: a way to stream netflix or other videos on the tv (with a chrome cast or something comparable) would be a nice addition fitting for this high quality establishment.

• Evaristo (4/5): Three stars maximum, not five - Good location by the wineries No amenities in the room, no coffee machine or to make tee. When asked the hotel, the option was to call room service and pay for it. Also, room service only available when restaurant is open (in the morning from 8:30). The hotel has Spa, but they limit the stay to 1 hour (even the hotel and spa were empty). To access the spa they charge you extra, and after you need to pay for slippers or swimming cap if you don't bring it from home. Definitely, this is more a three stars hotel than a five one.

• curtist403 (6/5): Mediocre at best - Expectations were not met. We speak little Spanish and mainly English. We booked a hotel package that included “spa access”, a wine tour (they only provide in Spanish), and a wine tasting and tapas (again, only in Spanish). When we arrived, we learned the spa access was a scheduled time that they slotted us into at 5pm for one hour. That was the only access, it isn’t available for your entire stay, only the time they give you. They send a confirmation email 2 days ahead of your stay, make sure to read it and all the details. We did not, as we were traveling, so we had to figure this all out when we got there. They were kind to accommodate our request to downgrade our reservation for a room and wine tour only after we learned of all these details. The wine tour was interesting but it is all indoors and you do not go out into the vineyards. The rooms were nice with large picture windows. The dinner at the restaurant was mediocre at best. It was a 1 star Michelin restaurant in 2019 and 2022, but we were not impressed. Very few people speak English at the hotel, so google translate was what we used to communicate. The property is beautiful and if you have the opportunity to spend some time walking it and enjoying a glass of wine, it is well worth it. We would not stay again.
