Big comfortable bed & good bathroom. Beach towels & sun umbrella a bonus. Plenty of coffee pods for the coffee machine. Friendly & helpful host, who allowed us to check in early. Very well designed & tasteful apartment with good mosquito protection. Very quiet all day but very close to centre and sea. Useful knife, fork & corkscrew found in drawer. Not a criticism but to be aware of: 58 steps up to 3rd floor, coffee machine & kettle but no tableware or cooking facilities (as per description) - no problem for short stay. It's B&B in the Italian style, i.e. coffee & cake.

Tout était très bien, mais nous avons été surprise de l’appartement car les photos que nous avions vu en fait correspondait à l’appartement suite (un lit)et pas celui de deux chambres que nous avions. Mais tout était OK aurait été appréciable. Un peu de chauffage le jour de notre arrivée mais l’appartement chauffe relativement assez vite.

• Isabelle (10/5): Appartement impeccable dans une ville magnifique - Paolo est un hôte très sympathique. La communication avec lui était facile et nous avions rapidement des réponses à nos questions. L'appartement est très confortable et situé à seulement deux pas du centre historique et de tous les attraits de Polignano a Mare. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ici!

• Donna (10/5): Overall a very positive experience and I will definitely rebook next time in town, highly recommend! - The host was very accommodating and helpful as was all the staff. She made several suggestions for everything from restaurants to tourist attractions. The location was a very short walk to several restaurants, cafes, the beach and the train station. My particular room was amazing, it had a large terrace with mini fridge, coffee bar and tea area, more than enough room for 2 people.

• Lilianna (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja, piękny duży taras. - Bardzo ładne mieszkanie z wielkim tarasem z leżakami, krzesłami. W mieszkaniu kubki, kieliszki, przekąski, ekspres do kawy (na saszetki), ręczniki, nawet parasol na plażę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, ciche mieszkanie, nie słychać nikogo, warto pamiętać że to 3 piętro i strome schody. Lokalizacja świetna, kilka minut spacerem do głównej ulicy, kawiarni, sklepów spożywczych. Ważna informacja: przy wyborze apartamentu każdy z nich jest OSOBNO opisany i ma OSOBNE zdjęcia. Osoby, które narzekają na brak zgodności - warto się skupić i wybrać odpowiedni apartament z 3 dostępnych. W mieszkaniu tylko jeden widelec i nóż, nie było ani jednego talerza. Nie było też niestety żelazka, mimo uwzględnienia go w opisie.

• Aline (7/5): Sympa pour 2/3 nuits à Polignano - Angela est très accueillante et très réactive, le logement est très propre et bien aménagé, bien situé aussi, les lits sont confortables et il est joliment décoré ! L'appartement que nous avons eu ne correspondait pas aux photos ( pas de terrasse ni de transats, seulement un petit balcon). Pas de fenêtres dans les chambres non plus. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et l'escalier est très raide ( heureusement nous étions au 1 er). La plaque à gaz ne fonctionnait pas, ni la cafetière. Nous avons réussi à déboucher 2 bruleurs sinon on pouvait même pas faire cuire des pâtes. Impossible de se garer dans la rue il faut aller a la gare à 10 mn a pieds.

• Angela (8/5): Perfect location. Has all that you need. - The location was perfect. The host responded promptly to any questions. Our stay was comfortable. Facilities were clean and easily managed. The apartment wasn't the one shown in booking.com and most of the reviews talked about the one listed with a terrace (which we were looking forward to using) It is obviously the one of the first floor. There are 3 flights of stairs to reach the 2nd floor apartment which makes it tricky lugging luggage up and down and proved challenging as I was travelling with my mother and aunt. Perhaps it needs to be listed that there is no lift so people are prepared.

The terrace was a highlight, offering a beautiful and relaxing spot to unwind in the evenings. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, providing us with great recommendations throughout our stay. We were even given a voucher for a discounted boat tour with Cave Emotions, which turned out to be one of the best experiences of our trip. Highly recommended! Nothing.

• Marcin (9/5): Basically, everything is fine. - I liked the starters for the user, i.e. towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper, which for the first time I did not run out of throughout the trip. I always missed it in Poland, because in my country they give you one or two rolls for the entire stay.. Also a nice surprise was a bottle of water in the fridge for everyone and tea and coffee, which we did not manage to use up all of. We arrived before midnight, which was no problem for the owners. They opened the apartments for us, we settled the payments and the necessary formalities. So the above amenities were very useful. On my part, I can also suggest to the owners to stock up the fridge with a carton of milk and milk flakes, which will free the tourist from the obligation to visit the store in the evening hours before arrival at the place. It is necessary to boast about such a solution in the offer on booking. This is going to be a long post but not everything I've described is a problem. So read it carefully. No parking space for your own use, but that's how this district is, so you can live with it. I had a rental car with additional full insurance, so I slept better. The streets are tight and many cars are damaged because of it. The small amount of daylight in the master suite and the lack of windows in the other two bedrooms disappointed me a bit on the first day. However, after 3 days of staying and observing the lives of Italians and us tourists, I find that this is probably acceptable and in a sense a way to survive. Here, you spend the whole day at work and on siesta. At home, you only sleep. As a tourist, I spent whole days away from home with my family. Rooms without windows are a great place for a peaceful sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the street. However, it is hard to wake up without the sun on your face. Besides, a dark apartment in the hot season is certainly a great salvation in difficult moments of heat and sweat. Photos on booking could be described, i.e. which photo belongs to which apartment. When I ordered two apartments for myself and friends, I didn't know exactly what they consisted of and what they would look like.
• Rachel (4/5): Disappointing - Clean, easy check-in The photos advertised for this apartment are for a different property. This apartment has no windows, only internal windows. This apartment is not what is advertised on Booking.com. When I highlighted this with the host and asked for a compensated boat trip (€60) they declined. Very disappointing as we would never book an apartment witb no widows.

Nice little balcony and a lot of natural light. We found everything very clean and in working condition, also close by the train station and the center of town. I want to stress out that the landlady. Angela went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She texted us spontaneously to make sure we had everything and helped us connect for a boat ride and a calesse ride and finally for a great restaurant where we ate a wonderful seafood dinner. I picked up some congestion and didn’t feel well and she provided me with medicine while the pharmacy was closed at night. We highly recommend this place and hope to return again. Nothing to say.

She referred overnight parking and the parking staff treated me extra well since everybody in town must like Angela. Great property - Large private terrace with sea view and bathroom. The place was very comfortable and in a convenient location. I recommend for a solo traveler or couple wanting to stay in a central location on the Puglia coast. Property was great, just note that the apartment is in the third floor.

• Laura (8/5): Well worth a visit for a short stay - Balcony terrace in junior suite was great sunny and spacious and came with all you need loungers , towels umbrellas .. shower nice room good size and fridge and air con there was great host very helpful attentive and friendly would recommend Stairs was torture 🤦‍♀️ I was pregnant and I felt like I was having a cardiac arrest every night coming home .. it’s not suitable for anyone with mobility issues , especially with luggage I wish it had a pool or a hot tub facility but i knew at time of booking this wasn’t optional .. I think the property should be renamed from B&B as it does imply breakfast was at least optional ( but it only had a kettle in the room) I think an English speaking channel or Netflix should be optional for tv. The town itself is very small I think 2 days is plenty ( nothing going on at night , and for pregnancy food options weren’t ideal 99% of food was soft cheeses , raw meat and shellfish).

• Orsolya (10/5): 💗💗💗🇲🇹🇭🇺 - We booked the suite but the owner was kind enough to let us change to the apartment instead,we needed more space because we were travelling with our 8month old baby. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable,you have everything you need, even baby cot and highchair! 💗 It is located 5 minutes from the main square of Polignano,and two streets up there is a nice park with playground if you are with kids! Parking could be difficult in summer as it is a residential area, but we went there off season so always found a spot nearby. We liked the moon shaped light in the room,very pretty,my son loved the blue light 🤩 Bakery, restaurants, tobacco shop nearby! We loved everything! Small note for older people: maybe a bit difficult to go up the stairs to the apartment as they are a bit steep.

• Maria (10/5): A great apt on a quiet street close to every thing - It was a clean spacious apt on the first floor. There is one flight of stairs. There is a balcony which is very important to me. We used the washing machine and then dried our clothing on the balcony. There is a grocery store a few blocks on the same road and a short walk to the center of the town. Many restaurants and places to buy gelato. Poalo met us to give us our keys and show us the apt. Angela came over to show us how to use the washing machine and show us the recycling bins. Italy is very green. A light went out and Angela came right away to replace it.

Even had a map to give us and show us the best places to go swimming and eat! Very clean and modern apartment very close to old town. Lovely bakeries and a supermarket close by. Great air conditioning through whole apartment. Will be recommending to friends who are travelling! Nothing to not like!

• Barbara (6/5): I would not choose again - Everything was close to the apartment by walk There wasn’t any breakfast, just cofee and tea despite of the introduction of the apartment. The beds were awful, both were overused with a hole in the middle. One of the rooms has a window to the staircase, it was very noisy every time when somebody entered the building.

Internet was down one day but that wasn’t the fault of the apartment owner since there were constructions taking place in town. overall it was nice. make sure to look at the pictures for the specific apartment. they have multiple apartments in that house. ours was very basic - looked nothing like the first 20 pictures.

We could chill outside on the balcony, it was peaceful and lovely. The bed was comfortable and big enough. We felt like home. The owner was helpful all the time we could check in earlier and the communication was very easy with her. In the shower there was no place for the shampoo or the shower gel it was a bit difficult to put it anywhere but the ground while you take a shower.
