• Veronika (10/5): Very pleasant stay - I had a very pleasant stay at Vienna Hostel Ruthensteiner. It’s a lovely place in a beautiful area of Vienna, with cozy rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. Great atmosphere — I would definitely recommend it 😊
• Estefania (9/5): Muy buen hostal, volvería sí o sí ! - Muy cómodo, instalaciones lindas y bien mantenidas. Ambiente acogedor y todo lo necesario para una buena estadía . El personal muy amable, tienen actividades todos los días, desayuno muy rico y toda la información que se necesite para disfrutar de esta hermosa ciudad. Si bien no queda cerca del centro y atracciones más importantes, estaba cercano a una estación de metro y parada de tranvía por lo cual estaba muy bien conectado para movilizarse. Todo me gustó, si bien la temperatura de la pieza era óptima con ventanas abiertas, quizás le agregaría aire acondicionado para regular mejor días de más calor o días de más frío.

• Daniyal (10/5): - All the staff were great - helpful and easy going. I was also fortunate in that my roommates were nice and sociable too. Kitchen, laundry, and other facilities were well maintained and clean. The hostel organises daily activities like visits to somewhere nice in Vienna and a pay what you want dinner whose suggested tip is €5 which is probably the best €5 many people would spend in the city.

It’s exactly the kind of hostel I like: a place where you can meet people, but still have your privacy. It’s not a crazy party hostel, but they host social events and activities for guests to get to know each other and they respect silent hours. Everyone who works at the hostel is super nice and friendly and they make you feel welcomed. Breakfast is good, they have a laundry and a coffee machine and a clean kitchen. Everything you need is there. I 100% recommend this place to anyone. Everything was perfect, but if I had to say something I would suggest check out at 11am instead of 10am

Es gab ausserdem sehr viele Angebote für die Reisenden, wie Abendessen oder Touren. Die Stimmung war super. Ich denke wenn man Leute kennenlernen möchte ist dieses Hostel super, man kann aber auch unter sich bleiben.

I especially appreciated the cozy common areas, the courtyard, and the well-equipped kitchen. It’s also very convenient that lockers are available, allowing you to safely store your belongings even after check-out. The rooms are beautifully designed and decorated with great attention to detail. The location is excellent as well—quietly situated on a side street, yet very well connected to public transportation. The guests are of all ages, from families with children to people enjoying their retirement, which creates a pleasant and lively atmosphere. One small downside for me was the behavior of the cleaning staff’s supervisor, which slightly affected an otherwise very positive experience. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable stay with character and a great location.

• Siaowan (9/5): 這次住在六人混宿，剛好底下三個都是男生，我是第四個、也是唯一的女生，因為沒有隔窗簾的關係，有一天大家喝酒回來很晚了沒發現我在休息，就開燈並大聲講話，雖然他們後來發現後很快道歉，不過當時突然在睡醒時意識到只有自己一個女生而且是完全沒窗簾的真的 - 方便且免費的行李寄物服務，開放使用的廚房設備包含冰箱 床位沒有獨立的窗簾可以保護隱私

• Sandra (8/5): Gerne wieder - Gute Lage, ca 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von da erreicht man alles in wien, s-bahn ist noch näher. Hab überragend ein zimmer-Upgrade bekommen. Es gibt sehr viele tolle Angebote vom Hostel, z.b. essen, fahrradverleih, kostenlose, abschließbare Spinde, aufzug. Super nettes Personal. Leider war der Mülleimer nicht geleert und es hat schon gerochen beim Öffnen.
• Barbara (9/5): Für mich die ideale Unterkunft. - Ruhig gelegen und doch gute Ausgangslage dank Tram und UBahn in der Nähe. Sauberes, schönes Studio im 3. Stock mit separatem Eingang. Lift. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.

• Yigit (10/5): - Staff is really helpful about storing the luggages and where to visit in Vienna. They are doing their own meals with pay as you wish style and it is good. Room had a really big space so it wasn't like a prison cell like other hostels. Beds were small and uncomfy

• JINGYU (10/5): 非常好，超出预期 - 早餐非常好吃，摆盘非常美丽而且味道也特别好，在维也纳这个价格吃一顿饭特别划算，推荐oat bowl, scrabbled egg, sandwich！ 地点很方便，走两分钟就到地铁站/公交车站，west bahnhof也距离非常近，是闹中取静的地点，很棒 住的豪华女生六人间，自带独立卫生间特别方便，而且非常干净宽敞，推荐 服务人员特别友善，会热情地和你聊天开玩笑，也会推荐有关维也纳的各种活动和美食 床过于软了
• Lihe (10/5): 舒适安静的优质旅馆 - 这是我在欧洲住过最优质的单人间，这里房间设施齐全，空间够用，暖气充足，隔音效果好安静，淋浴水压足，床垫舒服。 最重要的是，这里的工作人员每一位都非常友善热情和耐心，他们会耐心和细节地解答你的任何问题。特别是有一位会说中文的酷妹妹，她真的太有人格魅力了。 并且这家旅店的公共空间非常大，有完善的功能分区。这里氛围很好，每次路过大厅都可以看到人们放松地坐在沙发榻榻米或者餐厅聊天。 此外，这里还有很多别出心裁的设计，比如木制钥匙挂坠/陶瓷彩绘门牌号/手绘活动公告/绘画。 我真的希望欧洲的每一个城市都有一家ruthensteiner的分店，如此美妙的居住体验。 我不喜欢洗衣机。6欧元的使用费是可以接受的，但它不干净。里面有黄色红色的旧洗衣液残留和水垢，并且其中有非常多的绒毛和头发。我的上帝啊，它看起来像一个混沌纳垢温床。我硬着头皮洗了我的一缸衣服，最后我的白衣服粘上了污垢，毛线帽沾满了绒毛，非常恶心。
