• Volkmar (9/5): Tolle Lage, super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - Hervorragende Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr sauber, neu renoviert. Sehr sicher. Sehr gute Betreuung von Marcello(?). Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hört den Nachbarn reden. Parkplatz: öffentlich, in der Nähe aber schwer einen freien Platz zu finden.

• Kateřina (10/5): - Příjemní a sympatičtí ubytovatelé, krásný čistý byt, skvělá lokalita a výborná dostupnost veřejné dopravy, památek a restaurací. V tomto chladnějším období byla v bytě cítit trochu vlhkost na oblečení a mokré ručníky v koupelně neuschly.
• Sascha (9/5): Schönes Zimmer in der guter Lage mit freundlichem Gastgeber - Sehr gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Restaurants, Cafes und Supermärkte in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle ein paar Meter entfernt. Auf dem kleinen Balkon konnte man am Abend noch draußen sitzen. Das Frühstück typisch italienisch, wer mehr Auswahl haben möchte findet in den Straßen der Umgebung viele Cafes und Bistros. Aber für den Start in den Tag war das Frühstück absolut ausreichend. Zwei kleine Klappstühle auf dem Balkon wären noch eine schöne Ergänzung, sonst alles perfekt

Bon petit déjeuner avec des pâtisseries locales et un bon café. Proche de tout( restaurants,bars, monuments, magasins...) à pied. Une petite table dans la chambre pourrait être un plus.

• Lodi (8/5): - Posizione ottima, tutto pulito e ottimo il letto. Colazione ottima. Il box doccia è assolutamente troppo stretto e non chiude bene, andrebbe proprio cambiato con uno di dimensioni adeguate. Un problema anche l'aria condizionata che spara sui letti... sarebbe meglio poterla direzionare diversamente. Infine, l'assenza di un balconcino ha costretto il fumatore a vestirsi completamente e scendere due scale e andar fuori in strada se voleva una sigaretta... un po' scomodo. Ultimo : la colazione è solo alle 8:30, e può essere tardi per tante attività.

• chris (10/5): - Right in the old part of town, no outside cars. Great city, walkable, awesome sicillian streetfood during day. B&b very nice. Marcelle is very helpful and only gets frustrated when i help and clean up after myself as my mother told me at a young age.😀 we stayed for two days but it is worth staying longer as we could not cover a lot of things.

Svarade på alla mina turistiga frågor och gav massa fint tips. Alla som vi kom i kontakt med gällande boendet var super trevliga, men Marcello ska ha en stor eloge! Och läget var jätte bra, vi var verkligen mitten av allt.

The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel right at home. The location was perfect – peaceful and quiet, but still close to the main attractions and public transport. I truly enjoyed the warm atmosphere and personal touch that you don’t often get in larger hotels. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again.

The bed is comfortable and the room offers good space. The shower is clean, with ample hot water. The street is close to many sights and restaurants. There is a little traffic noise but nothing that will interfere with sleep!

We even got welcomed personally by him 😊 The location was amazing since we could park our car right in front of our room and we just needed 5 minutes to walk to the city center or ocean. • Amire (10/5): - B&B Teatro is located in a very good place. It’s a smaller street next to the big street Via Roma. It’s walking distance from the main attractions and plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I travelled solo as a female and I felt save in the area.

In this room there weren’t any table or any chair, there was no tea kettle or coffeemaker and we were not welcome to use any of these items (teakettle, coffeemaker, chair, table, cups, napkins, anything) in the common area. We felt like staying in the sell. The breakfast consists of yogurt, croissant and coffee. There is no ON SITE parking (as saying on the descriptions)! After all, for some reason, we’ve been charged €10 instead of €6 for some tax or fee.

• Mohammed (8/5): Excellent stay and for sure will be there again - Location is just perfect at the beginning of the historical center of Palermo , 2 minutes walk to Teatro massimo and close to a bus station Marcelo " The host " is very friendly, helpful and always available ( physically or through phone ) The Room size is quite perfect and it has a balcony The apartment is easy to access from the city Bed mattress is not so comfortable. The shower room is a bit tight Smell of the adjacent restaurants may bother you in case you keep the windows open
• Susie (10/5): 6 star at 2 star prices. - 3 bedded typical private B&B. Host comms were great. Arrived late so Marcello collected us from Bus terminus for a small fee. Lovely room with balcony. Double glazed and shuttered french doors so very quiet from street noise. Very comfy bed - huge tempur mattress and pillows. Spotlessly clean. Good sized room for 2. Large shower with ample towels and good water pressure. The location is FABULOUS. Turn right out of hotel door and you stroll to the lanes off the main street lined with bars, restaurants, shops and all the atmosphere of Palermo Old town. Umbrellas on loan were a nice touch and the vouchers for breakfast just around the corner at a popular cafe were brill. Highly recommend if you want to experience this beautiful city as a traveller Not a tourist. We two 60+ sisters felt safe and had the most lovely 3 nights in mid May. We didn't need the A/C but bet it’s handy in the summer months.

• kinggail15 (10/5): Very nice B&B next to the museum, theatre, & restaurants. - Very nice B&B the owners I believe were extremely nice and contacting them via cell phone was no problem at all. I want to make a point of this because it can be scary worrying about this but “what’s app” works great. My room had a nice little balcony. Breakfast may be served now but when I was there it wasn’t but I got a voucher for every morning and it was not far away it was actually next to the Teatro Massimo which was wonderful and most of my tours began there. There is a night club close by and I was there for 8 nights and only one night they where kind of loud but I slept well. I am a very light sleeper, I didn’t need any ear plugs. My room was cleaned daily and I never saw another person, so quiet. There is a full kitchen which was great because I could buy food and alcohol there are dishes and glasses which is very nice! If you are into having a restaurant and room service this is not your place. If you are a seasoned traveler and like to explore this is definitely the place for you!

Viel tolle Restaurants im Umkreis. Frühstück in einem süßen Café ganz in der Nähe (italienisches Frühstück). Gastgeber sehr nett. Tolles Erlebnis 👌
• Szymon (4/5): Rather not - The B&B is placed in a very busy street. There was noise from the restaurants downstairs up till 3 am, which kept me awake. The breakfast was in a bar around 300 meters away. I ordered juice, coffee and a panini. I gave them the card I got from the B&B over and left. No one mentioned anything about the panini. A few hours later I got the message from the B&B owner that the panini was not on the breakfast menu and I should go and pay 5 euros. Which I did not. Overall, rather unpleasant experience. But, I have to say, the location is good and If you planning to stay out till the morning and you find this place relatively cheap, then maybe it is OK.

• Donna (10/5): A wonderful choice! - This B&B is a pure delight. Beautifully designed and restored, the accommodation is a delightful retreat. Our room was a good size, with a charming bathroom - plenty of hot water! We were served a very nice continental breakfast in the common area. Our host was very detail oriented and made our stay quite pleasant. He even had a supply of umbrellas for us to use when the weather turned rainy. I recommend this spot, which is conveniently located in the heart of the historic district.

• Hélène (10/5): B&B au top ! - Le quartier où se situe B&B Teatro est vraiment bien placé ! De plus Marcello (qui parle un peu français) nous a très bien accueilli et était disponible. La chambre est très propre, spacieuse, climatisée et offre un accès sur un balcon. La douche est un peu petite mais très bien. Ayant des bars / restaurants au pied de l'immeuble où donne le balcon pour les oreilles sensible cela peut être génant (ce qui n'a pas été notre cas :) ) Quand au petit déjeuner, rien à dire, la propriétaire préparait des gâteaux maison excellent, le café digne d'un café italien. merci à B&B Teatro pour ce super séjour !

Beliggenheten kunne ikke vært bedre. Mitt i sentrum av Palermo. Små koselige utesteder rett utenfor døren. Dette stedet kan varmt anbefales.

• carolfA1255RY (8/5): Highly recommended - Centrally located and easy to find, this B and B is clean, comfortable and ideal for a short stay although our room at the front was a little noisy due to a loud bar 3 or 4 doors away. Breakfast is typical continental with good coffee, fruit juice,cheese, cold meat and lovely pastries/cakes. Neither Luigi nor Irene speak much english but that was never a problem and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everywhere is within easy walking distance and there are several bus stops across the road. Piazza Olivella and several tourist restaurants are less than 50 yards away.
• sarahgB5034WY (10/5): Great place to stay to explore Palermo - My mom and I stayed here for two nights. The b&b was easily located in the old town. We took the airport shuttle bus and got off at a bus stop close to the hotel (stops I or J on the shuttle bus map), and walked approx 5-10 minutes to the b&b. The rooms were very cosy and clean. The location is a bit noisy since the room is facing the street but hey! The owner thought of that and provided ear plugs in the room! The couple that owns the place is very hospitable and helpful with suggestions. Breakfast is good with home baked cakes! Recommended!

Accoglienza ottima, il proprietario e sua moglie sono di una gentilezza e una disponibilità uniche. La struttura è molto molto carina, ben tenuta e soprattutto confortevole e pulitissima,forse bisognerebbe migliorare la climatizzazione del bagno. Consigliatissimo!

Un' ottima posizione permette di godersi la città girando a piedi e utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. Il B&B Teatro ha soddisfatto le mie esigenze. La semplice colazione veniva accompagnata, ogni mattina, dai preziosi consigli dei proprietari del B&B persone molto gentili.

Apartment itself was very clean, new and fresh, and very nicely furnished. The owners of the apartments are extremely helpful and kind. Our trip to Sicily was our honeymoon and staying in the B&B Teatro was the best decision.
• mikep_05 (10/5): Nice stay! - I have been prompted before our arrival along with my booking preference (phone call - this case, in order to confirm arrival time which can't always be provided ahead for a number of good reasons).As many B&B owners are living nearby they might need some time to get there.On my end waiting time was just about 5 mins. Rooms are clean and fully equipped with all the required amenities (international TV channels too). Strategically located in downtown few mins walk from everything.Delicious food/wine around if you know what to choose and where to eat.Also great monuments are waiting for you although some of them might need some maintenance.Owners are full of suggestions on everything at needs. Pay and display car parking available nearby.Bit noisy overnight as centrally located.Owners will leave you room and main door keys hence you'll get all the freedom you need. Right value for money.I would stay there again.
