Iris (7/5): Nice - Big apartment in a nice place, large terasse, owner’s daughter was very nice. Very little light, water are not hot enough, kitchen and dining room are poorly maintained with broken chairs, no Moka or espresso machine (in Italy!) and hardly any light.

Lyn (10/5): Exceptional - Just a beautiful spot in the country fully recommend to Just chill out we were from New Zealand and our host was so accommodating even though we had no Italian and she no English a gem so restful and a beautiful pool to cool off in a great kitchen which I cooked with great local ingredients can't wait to come back .Google maps get it a little wrong finding but you can work out a gem in the country.
István (9/5): A friendly, simple rural accommodation close to Spello - We had an apartment on the first floor with a nice, very intimate terrace overlooking the pool. The place was fine for a family of four, the pool access and the air conditioning were essential on some very hot summer days. The location was very quiet and secluded, but very convenient to reach Spello, Assisi and even Perugia, Spoleto and Bevagna within half an hour and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Overall everything was fine and we enjoyed ourselves. Normally an Agriturismo is on a hill among vineyards and olive groves, but this one is in a less romantic setting, on flat land in the middle of arable lands, which implies some barnyard smell (depending on the day and the winds) and less opportunity for romantic wanderings, so be prepared for that. The kitchen of our apartment would benefit from some upgrade and modernisation, but for simple meals it was OK.

The location is excellent being in the country about 10 minutes from Spello. The pool is excellent. Our room had a lovely patio out side for our personal use. the owners are very friendly nothing

The pool is great and everything is highly maintained.the owner is a warm and friendly person who is attentive to the visitors needs. The shower is a bit small The beds are not too comfortable People who like to organise their clothes in a closet will miss one in the room.
