Guest Reviews
- marni (10/5): - It was so comfy and relaxing.
The hosts were amazing and friendly.
Great cup of coffee in the morning.
Will be back
- Angelina (6/5): Reasonable - Staff were so nice and had no problems with our very late check in. The tv didn’t work. But staff were trying to find a way to fix it.
- Andrei (4/5): Disappointed. - Location, stuff, reception. Bathroom, toilet was leaking, wet floor,
Didn't like beds, pillows, sheets.
Everything is very old and in very used condition.
Heating system is very dusty, noisy and outdated.
- Lynda (5/5): Staff was friendly & gave great customer service - The bathroom had rust in the bath tub & around the drain.
Also smelt like urine in the bathroom.
The rug was not vacuumed as there was a few thing's on the floor.
- Chris (7/5): - Staff very friendly and accommodating. Needs an updated clean.
- Maria (7/5): - Was super convenient, and they allowed dogs. We are extremely grateful for the stay and comfort. Everything was lovely.
- Leverne (8/5): - Wonderful Christmas decorations in the lobby. Floors very cold.
- Avery (6/5): Dated Establishment - Convient location. Entering the suite we discovered the toilet hadn't been flushed b the previous guest or housekeeping and we found leftover food in the refrigerator.
Another family member booked later and was able to secure a room for two nights for thev price l paid for one night.
- Estelle (1/5): -
- Yvonne (5/5): -
- Shauna (1/5): Don’t book here - Room had not been cleaned properly from last guest. Garbage left behind, including dirty socks in the furniture Everything, Carpet was gross and wet under the a/c unit
- Ronald (4/5): - Beds were very hard. Shower head sprayed water everywhere. Not enough pillows when we checked. Had to ask for more. Comforter was stained. Will not stay here again.
- Kevin (8/5): - Good but basic
- Wendy (6/5): - Door jambs/ light switches were noticeably dirty - price could have been lower considering no coffeemaker- no continental breakfast - it was just ok
- Gwen (6/5): - Staff was great very accommodating. Property needs to be updated, carpets need a cleaning. I would definitely stay again. Wonderful staff and comfortable rooms
- Lennie (10/5): - Good 1 night stay
- alexis (6/5): - there was a musty/moldy smell in room.
woke up all stuffed up in nasals.
- Michel (4/5): - This is a budget friendly hotel and is in serious need of a renovation ... with that comes yellow pillow covers, lumpy bed, a TV that was a challenge to operate (but im a technophob and it could of been just me) plus there was a musky smell in the room. The upside were good water pressure and a fridge that actually worked, including the freezer.
It has a decent location but the area was, in my opinion, a little 'sketchy' ... overall its bearable for one night stay.
- Brian (4/5): -
- Abraham (2/5): - Rooms are very disgusting floors are very, very dirty. The bed looked like it was very dirty, not made no pillows look like a sponge is put in the bag. That’s what it looked like disgusting.
- Timothy (8/5): -
- Ryan (8/5): - Easy quick check in and friendly staff
- EDITH (6/5): - Tight quarters. No elevator to second floor.
Hair dryer was broken.
Narrow hallways. A bit claustraphobic!
- Edmund (6/5): - Location suited our needs … a place to sleep. Room was tired. No breakfast.
- Courtney (8/5): - Was easy to get to, clean, staff were nice, good price, quiet, comfortable beds and the a/c worked great!
- Bill (8/5): - Easy check in, everything as advertised.
- Andrei (8/5): - The room was quiet and very clean, providing exactly what you need for a restful night's sleep. The shower had great hot water pressure, and the overall cleanliness of the space was impressive. While the bathroom could use some attention (particularly the toilet), the room itself met all expectations for a comfortable stay. Perfect for travelers looking for a peaceful retreat after a long day.
- Jennifer (8/5): - Clean and comfortable. A great room for the price. We always stay here when we go to Rocky Mountain House.
- Nayisma (8/5): - I think they need to renew a little bit
- Mohammad Rafiul (8/5): -
- Niriha (8/5): - It was good property to stay
- Angela (10/5): - Clean, friendly and convenient.
- Christopher (8/5): - It’s a great two star hotel
- Christy (10/5): - Got in late, staff was friendly. Very clean.
- Christine (10/5): - Staff were very accommodating
- Dawn (6/5): - The room was fairly clean, but the linens weren't smellelling as fresh. Tv dont work no phone available. Bed mattress was too soft causing back spasms
- andrew (8/5): - No Deposit needed
- Christopher (8/5): - It’s okay for the price
- soungkyoung (2/5): - Room is dirty
- Darla (8/5): Easy check in, great stay! - It was im a great location and had amenities close which was nice. It was an older hotel but overall worked for what we needed. Wish it would of had a gym but not a huge deal
- Jason (8/5): -
- Trevor (8/5): - Fridge feels like it doesn’t get very cold
- Vic (6/5): - A good stay for the money. Could use a little TLC. Satisfied with stay.
- Ron (10/5): - Value for the price.
- Keltie (6/5): - The room was clean but had a stale smell to it. The bed & especially the chicklet sized pillows were very uncomfortable. Was woke at 2am to a lot of people hollering & partying outside our mainfloor window.
Would not recommend staying here.
- Megan (8/5): Not too bad if youre looking for a basic stay - The pillows were gross. They have definitely seen better days. Also the pillow cases were pretty grungy too. We had brought our own pillows so we did not use them. We liked that the air conditioner wasn't loud. And the showerhead was great!
- Bill (6/5): - No food options. Coffee only
- Heath (8/5): - Very good value, excellent staff, and very clean room. The age of the hotel is showing with parts very worn (Bathroom fixtures). Located along the highway and adjacent to an industrial areait serves well for what its intended for, 1 or 2 noghts on the road.
- Linda (6/5): - No breakfast but coffee and tea. Room very dark, just lamps for light. Fridge had no temperature control we could find. Bed okay, pillows were too soft.
- Leverne (8/5): - Great location. Older hotel, being renovated. Very comfortable room.
- Sharon (6/5): - Clean room & comfortable bed
Could use an update in rooms
No continental breakfast which would have been nice to have
- Tracy (2/5): - The hotel needs an overall on the inside. I do t see how people rated this a 8 on Expedia. I would take away stars if I could. Carpet I. Rooms were omg filthy/ big rust stain in tub/ ceiling actually falling in tub/ it was a no start for me. Clean it up dirt bags !!! I can think the money u make you can do something about the rooms ! Money grabbers
- Kaylee (6/5): - If you're looking for a cheap stay, it's perfect. However, it's in need of some updates. The beds were fine until we all woke up feeling like we got hit by a car but we saved money!
If you don't want to pay double the price to stay at one of the "nicer" hotels, it's a nice choice. We were not about pay $250 per night to stay in Rocky Mountain House. We don’t even pay that near Disneyland.
I used to stay here for work about 10 years ago and the owner grilled up beef kofta for us which was amazing! The owner was beautifying the outdoor space when we were there so it's clear they are doing what they can.
If you're used to staying in hostels, this is a decent place. If you're used to staying in top tier hotels, maybe splurge on the $250/night place.
- Sandra (8/5): - Not a bad little place to stay.
- Shawn (8/5): - It was quiet and the bed was really comfy.
- Gus (6/5): Getting a bit tired but ok - Stay was ok
- Marshall (7/5): - Location. In the middle of town. Several other hotels near by. The price was in my budget. Wish they offered basic stuff for breakfast. Like, maybe fruit, cereal, and / or toast.
- Samim (7/5): -
- Candace (6/5): - Old hotel, felt old and dark. Room was small but clean. Bring your own pillow recommended. Only cheap option in the area.
- Addie (5/5): Passable - Location It needed some tlc. Very tired looking.
- qadeer (8/5): - Good
- Raj (10/5): - Nice
- Margot (8/5): - Fine.
- Gordon (8/5): location - in a strip mall which offered food and other amenities ,on the main street of town
- Arlene (6/5): - Very old bedding/pillows/towels. No breakfast. Just felt dirty. behind the doors full of garbage and dust.
- Carolin (10/5): - Our room needed a renovation. Carpet was very dirty & tiles were laying falling off. Floor very squeaky above us.
- Ashkan (4/5): - Towels are in terrible shape. Should’ve been replaced long ago.
- Lee (2/5): - Old and Rusty sink and Bathtub and no AC.
Also had a smell do not recommend
- Don (8/5): - It needs better signage. The view from our room could have been better.
- Marcelline (6/5): - Very outdated and run down. Needs a lot of work.
- Lance (10/5): - Jasper House Bungalows burnt down, so Rocky is the place to go now.
- Brian (7/5): Suitable for an overnight stay .. would not book a vacation on this property .. - Location was fine .. bed was very comfortable .. Quite dated room .. but acceptable ..
- Douglas (6/5): - No coffee in room, but it has microwave and fridge. Room could use updating and needs maintenance . bathroom door is poor. OK for sleeping. Other hotel and restaurants within walking distance.
- Colette (8/5): - Check in was easy and efficient. Coffee available in the lobby which is a nice touch.
- Tara-Ann (8/5): - Great stay!Clean and comfortable.
- Trevor (8/5): - Staff was friendly. Ceiling in bathroom was scarred with previous water leaks.
- Susan (2/5): - Central location however i paid 2 nights but didn't stay 2nd as the bed skirt had something on it don't even want to know and dusty
- Mark (6/5): - Uncomfortable bed
- Sydney (8/5): - Good stay. Decent place for money.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Will not return - The pillows were horrible... very small so my sleep was poor.. the sink was very slow to drain to almost plugged.. ceiling in bathroom cracked from previous water damage?...Rm 102..
- Elizabeth (4/5): - You get what you pay.
- Cheryl (10/5): - N/A
- Pat (10/5): - The room and motel were very clean and quiet. Our room had a very good bed and the shower was great. We really had a good experience. The price was reasonable.
- Syed Muhammad Farrukh (8/5): - Every thing okay but at least water bottle in room should be included in price
- robert (8/5): - The hotel was away from hiway but was noticeable from hiway. No coffee machine or glasses in room.
- Jeffery (8/5): - Just a reasonable price for the area, nothing fancy just plain simple, there is a breakfast bar but never seen anything out on it except coffee
- Randall (6/5): - It’s a fair value. Disappointed that there is no elevator
- Karen (8/5): Good basic hotel. - Room was generally clean but needed some maintenance.
- Tony (8/5): Very good - easy check in - bed comfy somewhat dated place but OK for money
- Dennis (6/5): - Should maybe spend some money on new shower heads and towels
- Homer (6/5): - The property is aging. It provided a clean comfortable bed. This was a business trip, the inn provided a place to stay.
The breakfast was "continental", however the continent was Antarctica.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Uncomfortable - Tired old hotel, noisy and uncomfortable.
- Cheryl (6/5): - The hotel is a little tired but the rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant.
- Ashley (6/5): Pleasant -

- Richard (10/5): - It was a nice hotel
- Sydney (8/5): - Good motel. Good price. Nice staff.
- Steve (8/5): - This hotel is dated for sure but was very clean. The price is great. My only compliant is the very small TV. I’d stay again overall
- Harvey (10/5): - A nice quiet place to return for the night. Clean room and friendly staff. We keep returning here every year.
- Sydney (8/5): - Very good stay. Staff is nice. Room was clean.
