• Jesica (7/5): Great location - Great location across from the bus terminal with lots os bus stations near by. Cs 25 down the street and multiple cafes nearby. Only issue I had was with the staff and how a few of us who came by to drop our stuff off were treated. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but it was kind of rude.

Best. I stay in private room and dorm (separate day). In private, the bed is very comfortable. In the dorm : it's a bit hard. And in the dorm no lamp for each bed

• Geena Anni (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at Jeju Masil Guesthouse. The location is absolutely exceptional — peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated to enjoy the natural beauty of Jeju. Waking up to such a calming atmosphere made the experience even more special. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and the overall stay very smooth. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, creating a homey and relaxing environment. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, from the common areas to the room itself. Overall, Jeju Masil GH offers great value for money, especially considering its outstanding location and cozy ambiance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable stay in Jeju 🌿

• Aloyse (10/5): Amazing and with a staff who’s now a close friend. - The friendliest environment and strategic location! I think it not the guest house issue but it a common issue in Korea ( their toilet seat design ) feels strange seating on a toilet while you feels the water on your skin😩.

Parking can be a bit challenging as there is no dedicated parking area for guests, and parking on the side of the road may pose some risks. Additionally, the dining area is quite small, which could lead to longer wait times when many people are present.

Location near bus terminal and convenience stores. Taxi also easy to find even very early in the morning to go to the airport. Love the little balcony in the front where you can hang out. Checking in and out was easy. Weighing scale at the entrance for your bags. Can't eat in the room. But I understand the owner is trying to maintain cleanliness of the rooms.

• Nur (10/5): I truly ❤️ staying in this guesthouse. Not only it is comfortable, affordable and spacious, it is also located in near t - 1. The location is at the center of the city. It is only 5 minutes walk for the jeju terminal bus station and 2 stops away from airport using the bus 2. It provides great facilities such as free washing machine and cooking area. It also has a dryer that cost 3,000 won per use. 3. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The shampoo and body wash provided are good to use. The floor has heating system, so it keeps warm up during cold seasons. 4. The staff was really friendly and helpful, she offered to store our bag / luggage since we came earlier than the checkin time. 5. For muslim travellers, the guesthouse is located near several muslim friendly restaurants. It is around 5 - 10 km away. Nothings, everything is perfect.

Additionally, the guesthouse is Muslim-friendly one downside is that the rooms are located up a flight of stairs. This may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or those who have mobility issues.

The rooms are clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, and the hosts are warm and incredibly welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, parking is limited the room was located up a flight of stairs, which could be a bit challenging, especially when carrying luggage. It might not be ideal for those with heavy bags or mobility issues.

• Stephen (8/5): A good place to stay for an early flight. - Good location near the Jeju Intercity bus terminal and many busses to the airport or can walk in 35 minutes. The Hostel was clean and the dormitory big, only 3 of us sharing a 6 bed so we each had a bottom bunk. En-suite toilet and shower. Privacy curtain and electric sockets. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen on the ground floor. Good value for money. Security locker provided. All good.

• Nurul (7/5): Good - 1. Location is good. Only 2 minues walk to bust station. Near the airport. 2. Room and bathroom is spacious. 3. Heated floor. 4. Comfortable bed and pillow. 5. Big dining area at lobby with microwave, fridge, and so on. 1. They did not allow us to use air conditioner. Even the temperature outside is cold, there is no ventilation in the room. When i complaint about it, they ask us to open the window. Still not solving the problem. 2. The water heater is takes too long to be heated. So freezing to use the toilet in the morning. Plus, the pressure is not stable. Suddenly no water. 3. Not allowed to eat in the room. Even snacking. 4. No bath towel provided. Just 2 small towel per day.
• Jov (10/5): Exceptional - Room was spacious and comfortable. Well cleaned and also has warm water to shower. bed is comfortable & room has a heater. In the lobby there is a fridge and kitchenware to use.

Helpful staff There’s a kitchen with some muslim friendly utensils and washing machine & dryer There’s a prayer room for muslim. Also in the room, there’s a sign of qibla’s direction. Security, the door will be lock after 10pm The building doesn’t have elevators. It will be inconvenient if you have big and heavy luggage.

• Djmsb (8/5): 3 min walk to Jeju Bus Terminal - Very near bus terminal and convenience stores. Near airport, taxi @ KRW 4000 (I left very early so I had to take the taxi) Has weighing scale for your luggage before leaving for the airport. Bunk bed was a bit hard for me.
• Vanessa (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect for taking public transport and getting back to the airport as the meet up spot for group tours. Room and bathroom were very big. Bathrooms could use a deep clean. No eating or drinking inside rooms.
