• Verified traveler (4/5): - The wifi did not work, there were ants in the kitchen, and the room was either always too hot or cold. It was very uncomfortable, but luckily you don't spend your day there when there's so much to do.

• P (4/5): Lex doesn't mean the same thing in Spanish - The outside of microwave and coffee maker had never been cleaned. The cabinets were falling apart. They contained a few mismatched plates, glasses, and silverware. Refrigerator had not been started so nothing could be kept cold until it hit and run for several hours. The air conditioner was not adequate for one room, let alone the whole place. The photos did not match the room. Light fixtures were rusty. the tile in the bathroom had holes in it. The cheap towels left lint balls on everything they touch. There was only one washcloth for the whole place, including the kitchen. I'm not sure if the razor wire around the place was intended to comfort us, but it didn't. For what we paid, we could have had a nice two bedroom suite near the beach. On the upside, the location is pretty convenient, even if the neighborhood is scary.
• Stine Thorup (6/5): Ikke det værd. - OBS: tjek det med småt mht. rengøring. Lejligheden var meget mindre end vist på billederne og så var der rimelig slidt. Ikke det værd til prisen. Der var noget bøvl med mail frem og tilbage for at få kode og nøgler. Og vi skulle fremsende billed id. Billedet er taget fra hoveddøren, sengen kom ikke med desværre, det er under billedet.
• Wei (2/5): Horrible experience - The staff is unreachable and we waited 1+ hour and was told they couldn’t find our booking. Apparently, they overbooked and sent us to another flat. All flats they have are not in good environments. The flat is old, dirty. And I was shocked when they said they will charge $60 cleaning fee for such dirty flat. While other motel only charge $5. I refused their offer to stay in another place. Please cancel this booking ASAP. I can’t image Expedia offering such kinds of hotel/flat. The total cost of such flat is more expensive than motel in SJ. Those motels have much better offering. Stay away!
• abu (6/5): Not a luxury - It’s ok but they have described stuffs that are not available in the rooms for the nightly rate.
• D Lou (4/5): Not great, hurricane damage in area. Not cheap. - Had to rebook the night before leaving and was not given punch code as they needed our street address for processing. They tried to get ahold of us but we were not home. Landed there with suitcases and no front desk. Called number and gave street address at home so they could process and we were given punch code to get key. Box would not open. Tried 10 times and finally opened but is rusted. Opened gate. Open area washer and dryer and filthy. Found apartment and was not filthy but not great. Fans covered in dust. Apartment very small. New wall mount TV. Big bolt for the door and all windows have bars. Adaquate. We walked to the local store for food and beverages, pretty scary. A lot of tough locals hanging around. I am a women with a handicapped husband and I was a bit scared walking. We got what we needed and hurried back to apartment before it started getting dark. Wires down on the sidewalks and open garbage everywhere. Trees down and branches down. A lot of other people we talked to had sumilar problems. We had a hard time finding accommodations in San juan because of the hurrican recovery efforts to fix hotels. We found our accommodations expensive for what we received but many people literally paid a fortune for one night with poor accommodations.

• Jonathan (2/5): My worst traveling experience ever!!! - I couldn't stay because the place was a dump not fit for a raccoon. The first apartment looked like someone had just left then the second apartment had filthy towels, disgusting floors food in the frig so I got a different hotel but they had the nerve to say that I stayed there one night. after countless text messages and phone calls I got a full refund. save yourself a lot of headaches and stay far away from this place. Please take this property off of this website. brings down your brand and up to this point good reputation

• Verified traveler (2/5): AWFUL! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! - I booked this hotel in Feb 2016 for a family vacation in July 2016. They took my deposit. I called the hotel the morning of Sunday July 24, paid the balance and got the email telling me how to enter the property. We arrived around 5:30 pm, no key in the lockbox. We called the property manager and were told oh sorry, we overbooked, there is no room for you. REALLY? You just took our money 8 hours ago.. You didn't know then you overbooked? I had to call back several times about the refund of our money and the staff I spoke to were RUDE and not helpful at all.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Cute and Clean! - It was great! Everything, just make sure you only use one spot for your car or you'll hear it from the lady upstairs ;). But regardless we loved it. And its in a convenient neighboorhood, close to everything; quiet area safe area. Try it!
• Leah (10/5): Great but hidden surprises.. - I thought I was paying one price but got charged an additional $35 for what I do not know. There was no mention of "Fees". Internet was spotty at best but it did work sometimes. The area had quite a few indigents residing at a nearby park so walking so sketchy. The room was a small studio apartment, but was big enough for one person. Kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave and stove. Dishes and silverware were available. In all I was pleased with the room just not the additional fees.
• Diana (8/5): - We had a great time. The owner was very nice and helpful as was the cleaning service. It was close to the beaches and other attractions near by.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - En general el sitio es Bueno, tranquilo, limpio y cerca de area turistica Viejo San Juan y lugares de compra. Sin embargo, deben coordinar con anticipacion que realmente este equipada pues aunque la dueña es muy amable nosotros tuvimos que esperar al Segundo dia para que nos llevaran ollas para poder utilizar la cocina porque el primer dia no habia nadie cerca que nos pudiera resolver. El televisor es Smart tv, no tiene cable tv.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The apartment is ok, but nothing more than that! While we stayed there we tried to contact the owner several times, but he never answered. It took 3 days til we got a working wi-fi. One of the neighbors helped us out in the end...
