Mika at the front desk delivered the best customer service and Ashley in restaurant was golden! The hotel felt safe and secure which is what we look for when traveling.

- Diaa (1/5): - They double charged me for the night, they also charged me $ 250 for smoking in the room which I didn't. so I had to argue with the manager on the phone for like 20 minutes cause she wasn't there, first they didn't believe me till I told them to prove that I smoked in the room cause I'm not leaving without my refunds which was $ 460. Worth experience ever

The perfect personality for guest services. He deserves a raise. You'd be surprised at how many people shouldn't be working nor have a front desk position. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn near the airport in Greensboro!! A special thank you to Mr. Solomon!!!

Beware of this one, although this brand is known for its amazing cook to order breakfast you won’t be getting that here breakfast sandwiches only McDonald’s put on a better spread.

Dinner and Breakfast staff was very helpful and professional. The food was good as well. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was not working properly but it wasn’t a major problem once you figured out exactly how the knob wanted to turn.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Thermostat in the room wouldn’t adjust though. Was a window unit controlled by a wall monitor that would let you change it, but it kept going back to the preset temperature. AC at the indoor pool was broken. There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer. The dryer was broken.

They offered us dinner at the restaurant which was a very nice touch and the food was amazing. Eden at the front desk was great as well as Elisha at the restaurant. All staff we encountered were bee accommodating. Masons food at the restaurant was also great! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Greensboro.

The service time was a bit slow, but simply due to the amount of people working. Otherwise, after a long drive, we didn't want to go out and the food hit the spot. The waitress (also the bartender) was wonderful.

- Duane (9/5): Very good stay even though it was just for one night. - This property was clean and comfortable. The room was very well maintained and the bathroom was in great shape. The bed was comfortable and everything worked (outlet plugs, USB plugs, TV, refrigerator, etc.) This property was much better than your average hotel of the same quality. Nothing...perfectly happy with this property as-is which is why I give it such a high rating. This property was notably better than most others of the same quality.
