He welcomed us and explained everything and also told us things we could do in the city. Bed linens has blood stains and the bathrooms were pretty dirty and shower was a bit disgusting.

Many options available around west pe - Location, staff at reception, Room 203 sink had cracks in it. Toilet exhaust was not working or it was not taking in the air properly so the room had a weird smell for a while after using the toilet. water from the shower area was coming outside towards the commode. rooms were very dark, very less light in the room at night. Lastly, the cleaning staff didn’t wear any gloves and she took out bins and after changing the bin liners didnt wash the hands. Straight on to our bedsheet and quilt which was kind of dirty.

Position of hotel re public transport was ok but did a lot of walking anyway. Breakfast was not included, was good value. Tasty Kids menu was used for adult. More than enough. Staff helpful. Undecided re the value for money. But .... would stay again. Problem transport location . Mini bar was empty, no basics like soft drinks or water. Only basic tv channels unless join the APPS.
• OLGA (10/5): Home away from home - Our room and all hotel was so clean! Like Japanese level clean. Location is great and of course staff is so welcoming and friendly. Room is spacious and bed was comfy! Especially I would like to give my appreciation to one particular staff member named Richard. He goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. And he really cares about guests. Also water refill station is a nice touch! My next trip to Perth I’m definitely choosing Holiday Inn again everything was perfect

I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness, and the room was what I can only describe as impeccably clean. The bathroom was definitely a highlight — beautiful, modern, and extremely well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast was also delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would absolutely come back again. Nothing to complain about. Everything was wonderful.

• Claire (2/5): Save your money and stay in Perth City or Crown - We cancelled our stay as there was no value for money Air con was very noisy which was our main reason not to stay, we were offered another room but was still not suitable. We had only chosen this hotel for its proximity to a show at Perth Modern. Checked in at 3pm on a Saturday and found there was nowhere open to have something to eat, not even in the hotel restaurant which didn’t open for food until 5pm. With a late dinner booking we had hoped to have a light meal prior to the show. The whole area felt like a ghost town and felt that the hotel should offer more comprehensive services considering there were no other options in the vicinity.

The beds were super comfortable and all the complimentary items like toiletries and pen and paper were a lovely surprise. Staff were lovely and it was nice to have a decent restaurant there to save going into town for a meal. Coffee and pods in the room were amazing and the soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom were sublime. There was a leak in the shower and the towel rail came off the wall. The parking on the road was a bit of a down fall.

Shower setup could have been better as water gets all over the bathroom floor. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so mirrors fog up after a shower and take a long time to clear, which can be a pain when getting ready for a night out.
• Rebecca1810 (8/5): Good base from which to explore Perth - the room was spacious, bed very comfortable. We hadnt included meals in the package but we ended up having a breakfast and two dinners at the hotel. Nothing was dislikeable - the hotel room needs some maintenance in the shower area. It is a long walk from the city centre but a short walk to the main park. Overall a good location for us.

• Mandii (8/5): Overall enjoyed staying at the hotel. - Staff were very good, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We ordered room service twice; the food was cold by the time we got it and was a little overpriced for the amount you received.

• SARAH (10/5): - Great location close to Charlie Gairdner hospital. All staff were friendly and attentive. Spacious clean rooms with the most comfortable pillows I have ever had from a hotel stay. Would definitely stay here again.
