- Michael (10/5): VERY VERY IMPRESSED - Hotel was very pleasant, for the price it was very impressive. Parking had a security patrol, which made me feel a little safer for my company vehicle. Did charge for breakfast but charge was minimal, selection of food was great. They even had chocolate milk. What really did it for me was they used eco friendly flatware for the breakfast buffet. I wish this hotel had more locations, I will definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area.

After a long, delayed flight, I was exhausted, but he checked me in within 10 minutes and made the process so easy. The room was very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast the next morning was filling and satisfying. On 09/26, another gentleman was working the morning shift—I didn’t catch his name, but he was also such a sweetheart. I’ll definitely be staying here more often. Thank you for an amazing stay!

- Paul (8/5): - In the past I’ve found below standard hotels lifted up by great service. This is the opposite. Even without taking the very reasonable room rate into account, the room was excellent and the hotel itself seemed lovely, although it was a brief one night stopover so we didn’t explore it. However, the transfer of information between Hotels/Expedia and the hotel itself didn’t link the two rooms in any way, and the lady checking us in couldn’t find the second room. We eventually resolved things, but not until after the employee had tried every possible way to blame me for the situation, this despite me twice showing her the booking confirmation which had everything correct in black and white. The only other issue was that our room had a coffee machine that uses pods and room service had left us only coffee bags, which aren’t compatible and there was no kettle to boil water to use them. We chose not to go to reception to try to resolve this because we were still so disappointed by the poor attitude of the lady as she had checked us in.

It's 20mins from Bush airport. Normal checkout 11am but you can extend it to 12noon. Don't stay later. They will charge you extra. Great value for money. No airport shuttle

- Shawanda (2/5): - Kozy Hotel North Houston – Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Unprofessional” I stayed here from Thursday–Monday with a large group, and this was the worst hotel experience of my life. Roaches in the bathroom and fridge Staff caught sleeping on the lobby sofa, then rude when I tried to enter Broken lamps and blinds in the room Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional front desk (especially Karla) Constant belittling and disrespectful treatment The only decent staff were Mr. Demetri, Mr. Q, and Ms. Bernadette, who at least tried to help. Everyone else made the stay miserable. This place is unsafe, unclean, and completely unprofessional. I would never stay here again, and I strongly urge Expedia to reconsider hosting this property.

Also front desk staff were rude/dismissive when asking for housekeeping and extra washcloths (gave us 2 for 2 people for 7 days of showers). The dryer was broken but had no sign so our clothes reeked of mildew the rest of the trip. When we asked for our change back on the dryer they shrugged and said they are going to be removing the laundry option anyway soon. The only thing saving this hotel was that it was once a Hilton and has all the nice Hilton rooms.

- A (2/5): - AREA MANAGER DIMITRI IS IGNORANT NOT A LEADER, DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO Deescalate a situation nor how to handle customers who are upset instead he gets upset back with the customer AS IF HES A VISITOR/OWNER OF THE HOTEL I ASKED FOR MANAGER ABOVE HIM CONTACT FOR Complaint, I was given front desk email and have yet received upper management above him contact to make this complaint Hotel also had mold. I brought it to his attention, instead of him saying, just get my money back he instead said why didn’t I tell him it was mold in the room ahead of time as if I placed the mold there. Manager also went around the front desk to go back back-and-forth and argue with me and call my mother a female dog instead of being professional and remaining professional. I am STILL A MONTH LATER ALMOST CHASING THIS MANAGER DOWN FOR THE CORRECT CORPORATE EMAIL.
