• Nélia (10/5): Beautiful and quiet stay close to the beach - Quiet, clean, comfortable, close to the beach, great activities. The mosquitos but they don’t bother you in your sleep if you use the mosquito net around the bed.

Super Lage, man kommt überall mit dem Scooter gut hin und sehr gutes Essen gibt es gleich vor der Tür. Frühstück ist auch gut. Toller Pool mit Jogamatten und Hanteln, mehr braucht man nicht. Da hätten wir es rückblickend noch viel länger als 3 Nächte ausgehalten. Nichts.
• MEIFENG (9/5): 推薦 - 運氣不錯，12:00就入住，有迎賓飲料：西瓜汁。房價很便宜，還含早餐，早餐就在旁邊Sambali 餐廳，早餐可以選擇，其中有Poached egg水波蛋，很美味。有每天打掃。房間寬敞，一面是落地窗，一面是窗戶，其實採光不錯。有漱口杯。有書桌、長條沙發躺椅。空調、吊扇都可以。游泳池乾淨、很深，約170cm ，很棒 。洗澡熱水量可以。走五分鐘也有其他餐廳。附近有按摩店、雜貨店。走路2分鐘就到沙灘，有快船出發去沙努港。有問題時WhatsApp 聯絡staff，要參加活動、浮潛、一日遊、船票、包車…等，都可以跟staff訂。 WiFi 有時很卡。

• Michelle (9/5): - Super mooie, ruime kamers. Perfect geschikt voor families. Rustige omgeving. Mooi zwembad met ligbedjes. Het hotel ging al vroeg dicht en er was niet verteld hoe wij dan het beste binnen hadden kunnen komen, uiteindelijk is het wel gelukt.

Really big room with massive comfy bed and also a sofa which was great, everything was cleaned daily. Breakfast at the restaurant was good too. Some things were looking a bit old and faded/frayed (sofa, sunbed cushions) but that’s just cosmetic.

Nara - Loved the privacy, lush gardens, and that it was set back a bit from the beach. We enjoyed the pool everyday. We were served an ice cold orange juice upon arrival which was delicious and refreshing after the walk from the dock. The door lock on our family room bungalow was broken and not very secure. There is an arch over the doorway that is a hazard for taller people.

• Andreia Filipa (4/5): - Hotel employees and breakfast The bed linen had many stains, and so many mites that I had never seen in my life. The hammock on the bed was full of holes. The shower had so much limestone that I don't know how it was possible to open the tap. The photos that are here in the booking are very very old because there is no comparison, unfortunately. I don't recommend it at all!

• Anaïs (8/5): - La proximité avec la plage de Mushroom bay Équipe réactive via whatsap pour l’organisation d’activités, location de scooter, transfert… Ménage fait tous les jours Le restaurant attenant Chambre sombre. Il a beaucoup plu pendant mon séjour, ce qui n’est pas de la faute de l’hôtel, mais le peu de luminosité dans la chambre (lumière naturelle ou éclairage de la chambre) ne donnait pas envie d’y rester. Pas d’anti moustiques en terrasse alors qu’il y en avait pas mal, en plus du peu d’éclairage, encore un point qui n’invitait pas à y rester en attendant que la météo soit meilleure Équipement fatigué : toilettes et battant oxydés, mitigeur de douche rongé par l’oxydation. Tissus de la banquette qui mériterait d’être changé ou nettoyé Housses et mousses des transats usés

La plecare ne au ajutat să ducem bagajele în port.Le multumim mult pentru șederea foarte plăcută pe care am avut-o. A fost cea mai buna calitate-preț pe care am avut-o de 2 luni de când suntem plecați.

• Rose-Marie (7/5): Bra läge nära stranden och färjan. - Bra läge nära stranden och färjan. Tyst och lugnt. Stort rum med bekväm säng, rent och fräscht. Poolen var också mysig att hänga vid. Väldigt enkel frukost. Man kunde bara välja mellan ägg och toast, eller pannkaka. Juice, the eller kaffe. Paret i restaurangen var inte speciellt trevliga. Hälsade inte på en och besvarade inte när jag sa Godmorgon/Godnatt osv. När de tog upp beställningen ställde de sig bara vid bordet och sa surt: -Yes..? eller så sa de inget alls. Jag var ensam gäst på hotellet under flera dagar, men de bemödade sig inte alls om att jag skulle trivas där. Killen i receptionen var däremot trevlig och hjälpsam, ( men receptionen är inte bemannad så ofta ). Städerskan hälsade glatt varje gång hon såg mig. Hade gjort min vistelse så mycket trevligare om även paret i restaurangen gjort likadant. Ett leende kostar inget.
• Anne Marie (9/5): Oasis in Mushroom Bay - The swimming pool and the location (near to the beach but away from all the traffic) were perfect. The bed mattress were super comfortable and the staff great. The propriety with garden with beautiful flowers and fruit trees were very well maintained. The only recommendation: to have a table inside of the unit to sit down on the couch instead of being on the bed.
• Sophie (7/5): Clean, comfortable, good location. Restaurant staff need to learn customer service ! - Amazing location, room was lovely very clean, good air conditioning and pool area was nice. You get exactly what you pay for, so not luxury accomodation but very comfortable. We organised a snorkelling tour through the hotel and got our taxis through the hotel too and that was really useful. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the cleaners were nice. However unfortunately what let the hotel down, were the two staff members at the restaurant. At first we thought there may be a language barrier but throughout our hotel stay they were consistently rude to us. We saw the lady speaking English and smiling at another guest. We were told by the reception we could request an early breakfast before our snorkelling tour, that we organised through the hotel. Upon request to the restaurant this was a flat no. The lady kept speaking Indonesian towards us, at what we can only assume were offensive comments and her mannerisms towards us were quite uncomfortable. Every time we walked past the restaurant we would not even get a hello. On another note I wouldn’t let this put you off booking, but please be warned. They are not accommodating.

• Esther (10/5): - Ha estado todo perfecto, las instalaciones están muy bien y muy limpias. El personal encantador y en el restaurante que tiene se come de maravilla y a buen precio. El desayuno espectacular La zona es perfecta, tranquila lejos del estrés de otras zonas de la isla que tienen mucho tráfico de motos. Un lugar familiar y tranquilo donde pasé un a semana entera, volvería a repetir si dudarlo.

• Florencia (10/5): Amazing place - Location is perfect just 2 minutes walking from the ferry and the beach. They clean the room everyday and you have a pool, restaurant, scooter rental and everything on hand. Breakfast included. The service was also excellent.
• Raquel (6/5): No está mal porque es económico, pero no repetiría - Me gustó la tranquilidad y la ubicación, está a 1 minuto caminando de la playa. El personal es amable. La piscina, aunque tenía demasiado cloro, estaba limpia y es tranquila también. Buena presión de la ducha. Debo reconocer que la primera sensación fue decepcionante, porque no era lo esperado. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad, por lo menos las de las habitaciones standard (reservé 2 habitaciones). El alojamiento está muy envejecido, paredes desconchadas, grifos totalmente comidos por la cal. Probé el desayuno solo una vez porque no me gustó, el resto de veces me fui a un café cercano que hacen un café muy rico y desayunos buenísimos.

• Willem (7/5): Relaxed verblijf gehad met aanvaardbare minpunten voor de prijs van het verblijf - De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is voor deze prijs natuurlijk geweldig en dat telt. Het zwembad was ook een bonus voor dit geld, het ontbijt was daarbij oke. De scooter was goed geregeld en daar hebben we goed gebruik van kunnen maken, maar denk eraan; je huurt een motorfiets, geen brommertje!! Het bed was dramatisch, het had voor mij net zo goed een plank kunnen zijn en de mensen liepen niet over van vrolijkheid, maar die dingen Kunnen natuurlijk met omstandigheden te maken hebben? De spinraggen in de badkamer (buitenlucht) zouden wel eens verwijderd mogen worden af en toe

• Hans (6/5): Het was basic. - Op het eerste gezicht heeft deze accommodatie veel re bieden: leuk huisje, zitje, groot bed, zwembad, hulp bij trips. De prijs is erg laag. De locatie, enkele minuten van Mushroom Beach is prettig. De huisjes zijn toe aan onderhoud. Het geheel vraagt om investering. Gedurende de 5 dagen dat wij er waren viel 3 keer de stroom uit. Doordat de airco niet werkte werd het gelijk bloedheet in het huisje. Twee keer was er geen personeel aanwezig (en niet breikbaar) en wetd pas na enkele uren de aggregaat aangezet.

• Saskia (9/5): Highly recommend - Amazing place. The location was perfect, the room was huge, and breakfast was amazing. The choice of eggs or pancake or toast with juice and coffee or tea for breakfast. The pool was nice to refresh. The room and bed were huge, and the mosquito net was appreciated. The bathroom was also massive. Highly recommend this place, and renting a scooter from them. The shower could have been better and appeared to output slightly salty water? The pool had some small debris in it. As with seemingly all accommodation in Bali, the bathroom door needed a bit of a trick to close. The positives massively outweigh the negatives though.
• Kristina (8/5): - Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows sind groß und haben eine Terasse mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Garten mit Pool. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht benutzen, da es Probleme mit der Pumpe gab. Wir wurden aber zwei Tage vor unserer Ankunft darüber informiert, was wir sehr nett fanden. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super. Nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Mushroom Bay, wo man ein Speedboot nach Bali nehmen kann. Einige nette Restaurants gab es auch dort. Das Waschbecken und Wasserhahn im Badezimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

• Rumen (7/5): - The location is nice - near a shop, food and Mushroom beach. It is also very quiet. Staff is nice and helpful. Bed is okay for one person but wobbly for two people. Cleanliness is not great but it's fine - applies for the room, bathroom and the pool. Biggest problem was that the AC fan speed and blow direction could not be adjusted which resulted in quite a bit of back pain for me. Note: AC problem may be room specific and as we stay for only one nights we didn't have the change to report the problem to the staff. If it was more comfortable I would have liked to stay for longer here.

They just need to replace it and everything will be fine. Also, they should use proper cleaning products for the toilet bowl, as it was yellow.

La chambre est grande et confortable, le lit est top même si le reste est un peu vétuste ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’établissement, un restaurant plutôt bon mais un peu cher, le personnel a été super arrangeant concernant le scooter et l’excursion Salle de bain vétuste

The price we paid was extremely reasonable so we weren’t expecting a great deal. However we were very much surprised! Nice big room, ceiling fan as well as airconditioning. Lovely sized bathroom. Mozzie net over the bed. Short walk to the beach, but away from the sand which was nice. Having to leave.

Les chambres sont propres mais la salle de bain mérite un gros rafraîchissement , les draps et les serviettes devraient être remplacés (trous dedans) . La piscine est top et le restaurant très bon. L’accueil de la réception très bien et propose des activités de snorkelling. Salle de bain à refaire , draps et serviettes à changer : trous et taches même s’ils sont propres.

• Michel (7/5): Goede en mooie locatie dichtbij strand! - Prachtige accomodatie met heerlijk zwembad! We hadden de achterste huisjes die met elkaar verbonden waren middels een tussendeur. Perfect voor ons gezin van 4. 5 minuten lopen maar het strand. Lekker ontbijt en goede menukaart. Het restaurant was niet heel gezellig aangekleed en de bediening daar zou iets meer mogen lachen. Daarom (naast het ontbijt) maar 1x daar gezeten om te lunchen. Wat overigens wel heel lekker was.

• Benny C (7/5): Great value for money. Comfortable stay in great location. Helpful, friendly staff. - Great pool. Good size. Good temperature. Comfortable lounges. Good sized room, sufficient air-conditioning, nice outlook onto pool and gardens. Good beach very close. Foyer, dining room and bathroom could do with an update.
• Shayne (7/5): Short & sweet - A small property with a great pool & nice staff. A basic breakfast was good enough for us for the 2 nights we were there. Close enough to walk to Mushroom Beach. The roads are very poor & had a sore back from the jarring drive in & out. No bins in rooms. Very basic breakfast but ok for 2 days. Beds extremely firm.
• Fatih (7/5): Goede prijs- kwaliteit verhouding - Goede locatie en vriendelijk hotelpersoneel Service in het restaurant waar hotelgasten ontbijten is te beperkt maar dat staat los van het hotelpersoneel.
• Henk-Jan (7/5): Fijne maar basic locatie dicht bij het strand en lekker zwembad - Fijn zwembad. Nieuwe huisjes waren comfortabel, schoon en koel. Vriendelijke eigenaren Oudste huisje met twee kamers was outdated. Hier veel muggen en beesten in de kamer. Badkamer zonder dak. Niet in verhouding met de nieuwe huisjes en moet worden geüpgraded. Restaurant erg basic.
• cookiewp (9/5): Great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants - The location was great being close to the beach and walking distance to the restaurants. It appeared I had double booked two rooms, whereas Booking.com only showed me one booking which was a cottage. I did not check my records on arrival, and was put into a standard room for the first night which was not great. So I asked to be moved to the cottage that was not occupied for the rest of the stay when I was told that I already had that room booked in my name. The booking showed Zeena Lobo for the standard room; and Lobo Zeena for the cottage. I was put in the standard room! At no time did Reception or the owners advise that they had two rooms in my name! This should have been done at the time of checking in. The staff were fine though one man who served us drinks and food appeared quite grumpy whereas the lady serving us on the first day was very friendly. Maybe it was just his personality but in the hospitality industry, a smile gets you further!
