- Christian (10/5): 100% recommended!! - I loved this hotel. I originally booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 10 nights. The staff were great and kind as everyone in Thailand. The hotel is 3 minutes walk to the beach in Chaweng which was my favourite. The Delish Cafe and restaurant was great. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great.. it’s also a good place if you need to sit with a laptop. N/A

- Victoria (7/5): Отличное расположение в центре, но очень шумно по ночам. - Отличное расположение в самом центре Чавенга, рядом магазины, рынок, кафе и быстрый доступ к пляжу. Хорошая уборка — персонал регулярно предлагает прибраться, поддерживают чистоту. Есть сушилка для одежды — очень удобно для купальников и вещей. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Двухкомнатный номер, было бы удобно с детьми, если бы не шум с улицы. Удобные полочки, шкафчики, есть место для хранения вещей. Рядом есть обалденное кафе с индийской кухней, обитали там постоянно, сразу справа от отеля. Сетки на окнах, хотя из-за музыки мы их не открывали на ночь. Очень шумно по ночам — громкая музыка до поздней ночи, подойдёт только тем, кто готов к ночной жизни. Курительная зона на этаже — когда идёшь в номер всегда чувствуется запах табака. Персонал не смог предложить более тихий номер, потому что сказали дословно: «во всех семейных номерах так шумно» Ресепшн не всегда доступен. Про ночь и говорить не о чем. Но нам особо и не нужно было. В кафе при отеле оплата только наличными, завтрак платный по меню.

- rachel (6/5): okay stay - good location staff friendly and helpful rooms cleaned daily and water provided was asked to move rooms due to the shower not draining correctly in original room, moved rooms and shower kept getting blocked from the water again - spoke to another guest and they had been moved x3 for this issue 2nd rooms beds were like bricks - even tho it was same room type as before. The single bed was not useable due to being so hard and the double just about manageable.

- Inna (10/5): Отличная квартира в центре! - Отличное расположение в центре города, рядом много кафе, магазинов и ресторанов. Просторные апартаменты. Одна ванная комната далековато от спальни. Также в самих апартаментах (внутри) есть лестница, чтобы в них попасть. С большими чемоданами не очень удобно.

- Ferry (7/5): Hat mir sehr gefallen, für ein paar Tage auf jeden Fall ausreichend. - Die Lage, das Café darunter zum Frühstücken, die billige Rollervermietung, jeden Tag frische Handtücher ohne Nachfrage. Die Kissen waren wie in so vielen thailändischen Hotels einfach zu hoch und zu hart.

- LUISA (8/5): RAPPORTO QUALITÀ/PREZZO IMBATTIBILE A CHAWENG - Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutto, compresa una favolosa poltrona imbottita con tanto di poggiapiedi. Pulizia quotidiana della camera senza doverlo chiedere, con fornitura di bottiglie di acqua e bustine di caffè. Posizione tranquilla e per fortuna un po' defilata rispetto alla zona più movimentata di Chaweng, che comunque si raggiunge con 15 minuti di passeggiata. Ma io ho preferito sempre cenare nei ristoranti vicino all'albergo, più tranquilli e meno cari. Spiaggia raggiungibile in 2 minuti. Considerati i prezzi degli alberghi a Chaweng, questa è una vera perla. Vicino c'è una discoteca, ma non fa musica tutte le sere. A me è capitato 2 notti rispetto alle 4 che ho dormito lì, e comunque è bastato chiudere la finestra del balcone per riuscire a dormire senza problemi (e senza tappi nelle orecchie).

Poi sistemato dal tecnico, ma fate attenzione a poggiare cose. Bagno si allaga a causa del pavimento che portava tutta l‘acqua altrove . Usate ciabatte di gomma. Asciugamani vecchi, consumati e sporchi di non so cosa… inaccettabile!

- Naomy (6/5): The location was great the stay itself just ok. - The location was very convenient and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. The beach is literally around the corner, just a short 2 min walk It was really difficult to get all our luggage to the 2nd floor room. I wish the front desk told us there was a lift for luggage but instead my kids and I had to struggle taking our heavy large luggage up trek flights of stairs. The balcony rooms are facing the wall of another building, don’t pay extra for it. The bath towels were crunchy and hard. It’s not comfortable for a family with kids.

- John (9/5): Great value at the price - Stayed last two weeks of January 2026. Super value hotel, far surpassing our expectations. Nice big rooms, cleaned (even under the bed) and serviced daily. Daily change of towels, supply of coffee and water. Effective fridge, airco, shower. Insect-free. Good room safe. Place to shower off sandy feet in the hotel entrance. Pleasant staff. Great location with easy access to beach, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Very minor negatives: rooms are on 3rd floor, up 2 flights of stairs; lift for baggage, not people. Occasional passage of noisy electioneering and boxing match loudspeaker vans. The shower hose could usefully be a bit longer. We had to 'remind' the hotel to change the bed linnen after the first week, though this was then done immediately.
