• MERYEM (4/5): - Je n’ai pas l’habitude de faire ça mais dans cette situation je me dois de vous écrire car tous les commentaires que j’ai lu et qui m’ont fait réserver cet hôtel sont faux ou très obsolètes En effet le staff est serviable l’hôtel est très bien situé mais la propreté reste à désirer le petit déjeuner est sans variété ni choix il n’y a aucune animation dans l’hôtel les chambres sont minuscules la salle de bain est à refaire l’armoire de ma première chambre était cassée bref ce n’était pas ma meilleure expérience et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel soit il est très peu cher mais tout de même

Odalar temiz, çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyolar. 7/24 ücretsiz sıcak ve soğuk içecek ikramları var (çay , kahve, meyve suyu vb). Otel çok sakin , genel olarak çiftler ve aileler var. Biz kaldığımızda çok sessizdi. Havuz otele çok yeterli, 10-19 arası açık. Biraz daha uzun süre açık olabilirdi ama erken ve geç saatlerde ses olmaması açısından mantıklı. Otel sahile yakın konumda. Ay ışığı plajında beach park ile anlaşmaları var daha uygun fiyat sağlıyorlar. Aynı zamanda plaja servis ayarlıyorlar sizin için. Kahvaltı yeterli, temel şeyler var yalnızca. Fiyat performası çok iyi , kesinlikle tercih edillir. Kemer için mantıklı bi seçim.

• nataliazO7911MY (10/5): Cozy city hotel with pool 10 minutes walk to the beach - Wonderful small hotel in the city center ( 1 minute walk to the main shopping street but no crowds and noise), just 10 minutes walk to the sea side. Very clean and cozy. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Very tasty breakfasts - every meal they make themselves (including bakery) with love. Booked it for 4 nights but extended for 18 nights. Cannot ask for more for very reasonable price. Swimming pool area is also very nice. Will definitely come back again. Special thanks to Nermin hanim, Faruk, Ayda, Lokman, Samet (sorry if I spell wrong). Great job.

• Tracy (10/5): Top-class hotel with wonderful staff - I have just spent 6 wonderful days at the Elegance Hotel in Kemer. I originally booked for 5 nights, but decided to extend my stay instead of returning to Antalya. This hotel is advertised as 2 star, however, it feels more like a 4 star hotel with a beautiful pool, spa and wellness facility. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious and the breakfast is wonderful. Above all, it has the kindest and most accommodating staff that I have ever met. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay easy and relaxing. Any problem is dealt with promptly and a special thanks goes to the lovely Nika, Nermin and Fasuk who are simply a complete credit to the hotel. İki tekli yatağı birleştirip arasına sünger koyulmuş olduğundan gece iki yatağın kayması sebebiyle arasına düşüp durduk, bu sebeple yatakları eşimle ayırmak zorunda kaldık. Buzdolabı oldukça eski olduğundan çalıştığında inanılmaz bir ses çıkıyor ve bazen uyanıyorsunuz.

• Escape52531282899 (10/5): Our Stay at Elegance hotel - I, my sister & her friend stayed at Elegance hotel Kemer from Sunday 28th August to Saturday 3rd September. It was a fantastic stay. We want to thank Suheyla, Ebru & Cumhur for taking the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Its immaculately clean, quiet, with nice dinner buffet at the swimming pool. Guests can use the Qualista private beach with a shuttle within 5 minutes. Beach towels are given at the reception. The staff are very friendly and helful. There was nothing to complaint about. We will surely come back next summer and enjoy our stay there. A big thank you to all staff of Elegance Hotel Kemer! Raja Wehbe

• Ravnina8 (10/5): Marvellous cosy hotel - We really enjoyed our holiday thanks to very special attention of the whole staff, cosy friendly atmosphere, no fuss and crowd. The variety of food is not as much as in big hotels but everything is very fresh and tasty. There were always fruits and vegetables. The hotel is located just in the centre of Kemer (5 minutes from the clock tower) but in the very quite street. The guests of the hotel have the rlght to use luxurious private beach in the Moonlight bay (15 min walk from the hotel).

She talked to me with loud voice like if I'm employee not a guest. I found it very strange when she is actually working hospitality with no skills about hospitality. • jaycockp (10/5): Double Birthday Celebration - Second visit to this hotel to celebrate a birthday. For us this time it was a Double Birthday of friends (10 of us) celebrating 70 years. In particular because of the age group we were apprehensive due to Covid but all precautions were taken both in the hotel and in Kemer. I will add if alcohol kills the virus we definitely worked on that! The staff in the hotel were so friendly and accommodating and we had lots of laughs. For the birthday they set up decorations, drinks, cake etc. and put a lot of effort into making it an occasion for us. The hotel is extremely clean and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is small and very conveniently located to the town and provides a shuttle to the beach but it is only 10 minutes walk. We would not hesitate about returning and hope to do so for the next celebration.

• kpreston2019 (10/5): Exceeded expectations on every level. - When we first booked we were a bit worried about booking a 2 star hotel in Turkey. But we were so pleasantly surprised. This should be a 3 star without doubt. The service and the staff simply couldn't have been any more helpful. We had all sorts of enquiries which the owner fully assisted with and would not rest until they were all solved. I would without doubt visit again. We really enjoyed our stay and wish all the staff and owners a massive thank you!

• havachatkiwi (10/5): 10/10 by far the best boutique hotel I have stayed in within Turkey - From the warm welcome at reception on arrival to the tie that we departed this hotel had nothing wrong with it at all for us to complain. It exceeded our (all 4 of us travelling) expectations and we were almost sad to be leaving after 4 days. The receptionists speak good English, the hotel is classy, the beds super comfortable, rooms with air conditioning, a small fridge and great shower water pressure. Each balcony has racks on it so that you can hang your wet or washed clothes to dry. Location is great - a 3 minute walk to all the noise and yet because it is one street back from that - very quiet at night. The pool snack bar food was delicious and reasonably priced. I had a toasted sandwich and a couple of pizzas while there. The morning breakfast buffet was quality food with a huge selection and at least one dish changed each day. If any traveller is not happy with that selection then I don't know what they are expecting? It was one of the best and freshest selections I have seen in Turkey. Tea, coffee (by espresso machine), juice and iced water with fresh fruit pieces in it is available FREE 24/7 which makes this hotel stand out from other places that I have stayed at in Turkey and I've stayed in a lot. I have never seen a coffee machine before so it's a very nice touch. Thank you to management and all staff. You have done an amazing job and should be very proud of what you have built to provide for world travellers. I'll definitely be back.
• storm_fan1998 (10/5): Top Class Hotel with great staff - I stayed here for four nights and this hotel is fantastic !. Modern and very clean with great large rooms and the swimming pool is one of the best I have seen in a hotel. The staff are really helpful and accommodating and the food you can order from the bar is tasty for a snack and at good prices. Breakfast has both fresh food and is very tasty such as olives, fruit, bread and cheese as well as cooked eggs and chips, calamari and other things. You can get coffee and tea any time you want as well. Nothing is a problem for the staff and they are happy to help with anything you need. We also got advice from staff and where to travel for a day out in Kemer. The hotel is in a quiet street and is only 5 mins walk from the town centre. You feel relaxed in this quiet hotel which is perfect for those who just want to relax, swim or sleep in their comfortable soft beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Amma velakin 500 TL farkla 7 kişilik akşam yemeğini 2 gece için dahil etmek varken pakete, çok daha fazla fiyata hemde birbirinden iğrenç şeylerle dışarıda karnımızı doyuramadık orası ayrı.. Aracımızı karşısındaki otoparka bırakıp, ilk olarak otele dışarıdan baktığımızda bile 7 kişilik ailemin tamamında bir tebessüm vardı ki içeri girip Resepsiyonda görevli Çağla Hanımla (bir insanın yüzü hiç mi asılmaz) gerçekleştirdiğimiz giriş işlemlerinin ardından tüm otel personeli ile ilerleyen saatlerde aramızda oluşan samimiyet sonrası inanın müşteri-satıcı ilişkisinden öte dostane bir duygusallık oluştu. Temizliğe eleştiri yapmak için uğraştık ama başaramadık. • 797ebrua (8/5): A Calm and Clean Hotel - The Elegance Hotel is a recently renovated hotel. You can have an easy access to the beach by 5 -7 minute walk. It has its own beach services. If you wish you can go to the beach by its shuttle service. It has a swimming pool and some spa facilities, too. It offers bed and breakfast. In addition to that, you can have cold/hot water, tea, and coffee in the breakfast hall. If you wish, you can have lunch and dinner at the hotel, too. If you have a car, you can park your car at a free parking place vis a vis the hotel.

• saleem247 (10/5): Gem of a Hotel... - Booked a last minute break to Kemer & chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. Was definitely worth it. What a beautiful hotel. In a great location. We had a lovely room overlooking the bar/swimming pool. Hotel was kept immaculate at all times. Tea/Coffee facilities provided in room but also in the dining area (free of charge). Free use of Turkish Bath, Sauna & Steam room which we, regretfully, didn't make the most of! Couldn't have asked for better staff/management. Nothing was too much trouble. The gentleman in reception also recommended local buses & went out of his way to find us the bus number to Olymos Telefrik. Definitely worth using the local buses. So cheap, clean & reliable. Hotel close to local amenities/restaurants & only a 10 minute walk to the beach or you can get free transport from the hotel to beach. Tesekkur ederim to all those at the Elegance Hotel for making our visit to Kemer a memorable one. Gule gule until next time.
• Dawn (10/5): lovely bright and airy hotel - we relocated here from another hotel which was awful , we found this little haven to be just perfect for us small but bright and airy rooms were spotless as was the rest of the hotel including the lovely pool and the area around it
• Bobbie (10/5): Second Stay - Checkin was super quick and friendly, they had our details from previous stay. Clean and comfy room, so close to good shopping and short stroll to beach. We used the free steam room and they have a really nice little pool area.
• Bobbie (10/5): Overnight Elegance - Friendly prompt check in, clean, cosy rooms and ideally situated with quick stroll to town and beach. Meals were good and the pool area was lovely.

• Wenche (4/5): Meget lytt og bråkete - Dette hotellet kommer vi ikke tilbake til. Rommet var ikke klargjort for 4 personer. Hver dag manglet det enten dopapir, håndklær eller andre ting. Rommet var så lytt at vi kunne like gjerne ligget på gangen. Når folk pratet, gikk forbi, nøs, var på do osv hørtes det ut som det var inne på vårt rom. Vi sov ikke en hel natt på Di 18 nettene vi var der. Lite utvalg på frokosten. Eneste positive var nyoppusset bad og perfekt beliggenhet iforhold til shopping og strand.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Både bra och dåliga rum - Bokade familjerum med pool view - fick rum i källaren med mögelskador och uteplats under mark bredvid hotellets tvättstuga. Inte OK! Vårt sällskap fick ett vanligt dubbelrum fast de bokat familjerum. Hotellet hänvisade till sista minuten bokning!?! Gjorde en deal så vi fick en extra natt i ett familjerum på vån 4 som var mycket fräschare och bättre. Inga rum på detta hotell har pool view så det borde ändras i hotell beskrivningen. Annars ett helt ok 2-stjärnigt hotell men börjar få problem med mögel.
• Rebecca (10/5): - My husband and I both loved our stay here and highly recommend it to others! We stayed four weeks and extended our stay here twice! We have no complaints; great pool, sauna, steam room, restaurant, wifi, and the room was in excellent condition. The location is great as well. The entire staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and they were always quick and happy to help us and resolve issues. We want to say a special thank you to the manager Güler, Sultana at the front desk, and Hussein at the pool bar and restaurant, for making our stay that much more special. :)
• Елена (10/5): Лучший бюджетный отель в Кемере - Это был наш седьмой отель в путешествие по Турции и он был лучшим! Прекрасно абсолютно все! Дизайн комнат уютный, светлый. Много места в комнате. Номер на четвертом этаже 405. Ванная комната на пятерку. Красивая, просторная, чистая. Напор воды хороший. Большой чистый бассейн. Много мест, где можно посидеть отдохнуть - три террасы плюс зона у бассейна. Чай, кофе, горячий шоколад, сок из автомата бесплатно в любом количестве и в любое время. При отеле есть кафе, где можно покушать. Завтраки хорошие. Ужинали тоже в отеле - шведский стол, тоже вкусно и недорого 35 лир на человека. Матрас в комнате очень удобный, мягкий, подушки тоже. Белье белоснежное. Небольшой балкончик с двумя стульями и столиком. Единственный минус - рядом мечеть и слышимость колоссальная. Просыпалась два раза - в полночь и в пять утра. В самом отеле тоже иногда слышно соседей, но не сильно. А так расположение отеля прекрасное. Недfлеко от туристической улицы, где можно провести весело вечер, но в тихом месте. Практически в центре Кемера. До пляжа пешком минут 10-15, есть трансфер на пляж Мунлайт по вашему запросу. Персонал отзывчивый, говорит по-русски. На ресепшене очень красивая и добродушная девушка нас покорила, отлично располагает к себе и говорит на русском. Интернет быстрый. Ловит и в комнате, и на всех террасах, и у бассейна. Есть бесплатный хамам и сауна.

• onuryurdakull (10/5): Great holiday - We stayed in the Elegance Hotel one week in July. Hotel is located close to the center. The beach is in a walking distance from hotel but they also offer transfer to the beach. Restaurant area, pool area and rooms are all very clean. The staff is taking care of the hotel very well. Ahmet the manager will advise you what to do and give you tips about the city and places to visit around Kemer. Hüseyin is taking care of restaurant and pool area and is very careful to provide customers with wonderful service. Hotel owner was also around making sure you enjoy your stay. Food was very good too. Breakfasts usually consisted of fresh vegetables and big variety of cheese, jams and ham. Dinners were also very tasty and various - every day we tried something new. In general we highly recommend staying in Elegance Hotel and we are sure we will be back :)

• Theadventuring2 (10/5): Clean, friendly and chilled out - Was a really lovely hotel with massive rooms and an airy feel. Totally chilled out vibe and we relaxed by the pool most days. Only thing I would recommend is for the bar/food to be available. It’s a small place, but not having someone there means you have no idea how to get a drink.. We’d definitely stay again if we were in Kemer! Hayirli isler!!
• majad564 (10/5): Best value for your money! - Professional, helpful and friendly stuff, very clean hotel, cozy rooms have all you need for stay and enjoy, very good service! Location nr.1! Right after the corner is downtown area, but still located in quiet environment. No doubt, the best value for money!
• vdmitrevskaya (8/5): Nice and comfortable hotel with good service - The hotel has a nice design, very light and modern. Everything is clean and was kept this way during our stay - cleaning was conducted every day. There is safe, fridge with complimentary water, and shower necessities in the room. And the bed is very comfortable. There are some broken things in the rooms. It didn't affect our staying much though. I think they just can't keep up with tourists breaking things all the time :) The hotel is situated near the central walking street, but not at the first line, in a very quiet location. It's 5-10 minutes of walking to any restaurants and shops and 15-20 minutes to the beach. They also provide comfortable transfer to the beach. The stuff is very nice and helpful, we stayed in full comfort all the time :) Breakfast is good and the menu changes a bit every day. They provide dinner too - also different menu every day for 30 lira per person. And there is some hot tea in the dining area at any time. The territory of the hotel is very small, but quite nice. The pool is pleasant and large enough. There is a terrace where you can drink some tea in the evening and also a place to sunbathe on the roof. Oh, and you can see the magnificent mountains from there too :)

• ogulshekerm (10/5): Clean professional staff delicious food friendly staff amazing pool quiet romantic atmosphere - Frankly, I am sad to leave this hotel, because it has become a second home for me. Elegance hotel is very clean, beautiful and super friendly. The staff is very professional. They are efficiently working to make your vacation memorable and pleasurable. We had a family room in the hotel, and it was very clean. The cleaning lady came everyday to clean our room, change the bathroom floor towel and body towels. The room has a small fridge, air conditioning system and a TV. If you are a Russian speaker, the TV has three Russian channels. The room is renovated, has a modern style and I will emphasize it again, it is super clean, which is very important. The hotel itself is very clean as well. The hotel also has a pool, in which we swam everyday. Water was clear and clean. If you prefer a quite vacation, then this hotel is definitely for you. There are no drinking parties, discos or loud music. We enjoyed a quit romantic atmosphere. The hotel also has a patio on the second floor. It has a beautiful view. The food is also delicious. We were served breakfast and dinner everyday. It is a buffet breakfast and dinner. Coffee, cappuccino, turkish tea, iced tea, water is served 24/7. Plates, silverware, cups are always shining clean. The servers are caring and attentive. I would especially emphasize Ilhan's service since he was very friendly and always positive. Furthermore, I would like to thank the receptionist Shadiye for her everyday help, tips and positivity. She always smiled, made sure we were happy and always wished us a good day. A positive attitude is extremely important, and Shadiye has it all :) Additionally, the hotel manager Onur was friendly and made our vacation very enjoyable. The owner and receptionist speak English and basic Russian. The hotel is very close to the main shopping square, numerous restaurants and a few grocery shops. There also an old dog "Shansly" living in the hotel. The dog always smiles. :))) I am very happy with my stay in this hotel!!! Excellent Job! Мы в восторге отеля "Elegance"!!!в отеле очень дружеская благоприятная атмосфера.обслуживание на высшем уровне.особенно хочется отметить девушку,которая сидит на ресепшене, и менеджера отеля Онура!номера очеееееень чистые и уютные!убираются каждый день! Каждый день белоснежное чистое белье.а из бассейна вообще выходить не хочется,так как он очень чистый!еда всегда свежая и вкусная!пасуда всегда чистая!все сразу убирается моется!Отель очень семейно-тихий,никакого шума и гама!

• ShortVisitors (10/5): Excellent! - It was our first time in Elegance and i think it won't be our last time! It was very clean in the hotel, the room was beautiful and bright. They recently renovated the hotel so everything was very new. The location is good (close to the boulevard and just 5 minutes to the beach) the staff was very helpful and friendly.
