• Lisa (7/5): Perfect verblijf om te relaxen na je hike! - Heel mooi verblijf! Wij verbleven hier na onze hike op Rinjani en konden hier goed relaxen! Eten vonden wij niet wauw maar is ook zeker geen afknapper!

Lit très confortable et la vu INCROYABLE ainsi que les piscine. Cuisine décevante: goût manquant, portions petites. Les demandes spéciales n’ont jamais été respectées (demande sans parmesan → on en a reçu, demande pas épicé → très épicé). Les Warung à côté était moins cher et meilleur Personnel assez froid et semblant fake ( pas tous ) C’est dommage.. Aucune information ni conseil sur les excursions et alentours.

The food is excellent with a broad menu, and the cashew chicken was a standout. Service is friendly and helpful. Hygiene needs improvement: the bathroom, especially the toilet, wasn’t fully clean at check-in, and restaurant tables weren’t always wiped between guests. Water pressure was extremely low on the sink. Ok for the shower.

Slechtste "massage" die we in heel Indonesië hebben gehad

Enige minpuntje voor ons was dat we kamer hadden geboekt met een bad maar deze niet konden vullen want de tank had maar 50L warm water. Niet genoeg voor een bad. Dit zouden ze beter vermelden bij de check-in.

• Luna (10/5): Geweldig, voor herhaling vatbaar! - Geweldig en prachtig verblijf voor een goede prijs. Het uitzicht vanaf dit verblijf is ongelooflijk mooi. De bungalows zijn heel fijn, ruim en ook erg mooi. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en het eten (zowel ontbijt als avondeten) vonden wij heerlijk. Er zijn meerdere zwembaden inclusief een infinity pool bij het verblijf. Het verblijf ligt ook op een hele fijne locatie: op loopafstand van de 2 bekende watervallen. Wij huurden alsnog een scooter (ook via het verblijf) zodat we lekker konden rondtoeren door het dorp van Senaru, wat zeker aan aanrader is. -

• kate (10/5): Excellent and stunning - The location off this property is stunning, the staff are so kind and our room was gorgeous. I really wasn’t expecting it to be so good. We did a walking trip booked through the hotel, to rice fields local village and waterfalls with karni, highly recommend. The food is ok, had some very overcooked fish, which is a shame.

• Heike (10/5): Paradies auf Lombok - Alles, ich weiß nicht , warum diese Anlage nur 3 Sterne hat, sie müsste 5 bekommen. Das ist das Paradies auf Lombok. Einfach ein Traum. Die gesamte Anlage, schöne Bungalows , ein traumhafter Garten , wundervolle Poolanlagen, das gesamte Personal alle lieb und nett und hilfsbereit. Das super leckere Essen, der tolle Ausblick auf den Rinjani und den Regenwald 😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩. Wir waren 6 Tage dort und haben jeden Tag genossen, wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Wenn man im Bereich des Rinjani ist, dann nur hier, besser geht es nicht. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Uns hat alles gefallen.

Super sofas outside the room to take in the scenery. Beautiful location and worth doing sunrise. Infinity pool was great for cooling down. We just did the waterfall trip which was great, and not many monkeys (which was a relief). Hotel booked our onward trip to the Ferry port. Very friendly staff and lovely cocktails. Great food. Location is perfect as the village is quite small. You could relax here for a few days easily. It was cloudy every afternoon, but that's hardly the hotels doing!

• Marcus (9/5): Quiet and beautiful. - This property is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views and extensive gardens full of flowers and butterflies. I stayed here and relaxed for three nights while my travel partner trekked to the nearby summit. I had ample opportunity to enjoy both local and western food from their menu, and was never let down. Sitting in the pool provided continuous views from the mountain peaks to the ocean. Our room was quite large and very clean. It included a big, shaded patio with views of the gardens and distant jungle. Wifi in the room was reliable. Management was very helpful in resolving a communications mixup with the front desk staff. There were some communication difficulties with some of the staff... I recommend using your phone translator to confirm important things like ferry transfers, using the local language rather than depending on them to understand your own language.

Superbe végétation dans l'hôtel et magnifiques piscines. Bon petit déjeuner. Manque de chaleur, tant au niveau de l'architecture que du personnel. Un peu vétuste et pourrait être mieux entretenu (nettoyage, infrastructures). Nous n'avons pas beaucoup apprécié la nourriture du restaurant à la carte. Douche sans pression, impossible de l'utiliser.

The views were great and we loved the pool, big enough to do laps in. We ate dinner and breakfast here and the food was excellent. Very friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Nothing !
• LitoBonito (9/5): Suupertjes - De prachtige tuin, balkon met fenomenaal uitzicht (zelfs zwarte aapjes gespot vanuit het balkon. De tour met Wadi naar een lokale Sasak Village was zeer informatief. Het ontbijt heeft goed gesmaakt en de lunch en diner opties zijn uitstekend. Ook ligt het heel praktisch voor een bezoek aan de lokale watervallen en kan gemakkelijk geregeld worden vanuit de accommodatie. Voor gezinnen echt een topper! De badkamer was wat gedateerd maar wel functioneel en bruikbaar. Geen kluisje op de kamer.

• Ekaterina (10/5): - Очень красивая территория отеля, множество цветов и зелени. Несколько панорамных бассейнов - часть общедоступна, часть только для жителей отеля. Потрясающие виды на рассветы. Очень инстаграмно. Ванная комната в саду, но при этом в номере нет посторонней живности. Бельё чистое и свежее, кровать удобная. Полотенца нормальные, есть отдельные для бассейна. Есть кондиционер, который не требует электронного ключа — в номере всегда можно поддерживать сухую и прохладную атмосферу. Завтрак нормальный, не слишком разнообразный. Еда в целом в основном традиционная, но такова специфика региона и отличающихся альтернатив рядом нет. Персонал приветлив. В непосредственной близости вход на водопады. Гид не обязателен. Дорожка нормальная, обезьян немного. Если некому фотографировать, то можно взять гида прям у входа - цена дешевле, чем предлагает отель. На закат можно пешком дойти до Villa Bamboo — там приятная атмосфера и небольшой бар.

• Olga (10/5): - Rinjani Lodge was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect — a comfortable and beautiful room, excellent food at the restaurant, and truly great staff. The views from the hotel are simply magical, and the panoramic infinity pool makes the experience even more special. A peaceful, unforgettable place that stays in your heart long after you leave.
• Sally (10/5): - A lovely hotel in a spectacular setting. The reality of the grounds and views were even better than the photos. Gardens were immaculately kept, and the rooms were large and very comfortable. It was nice to have wardrobes. The bathroom with outside Vista was gorgeous. Our terrace was comfortable and we loved relaxing, enjoying the views, and swimming in the pool. Staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional. Food and drink were good and reasonably priced. This is supposedly a 3-star hotel, but it warrants a higher rating. If you come to Senaru, you must stay here. In fact, we met a couple who were booked in and paid for a hotel up the road but moved because this hotel was so much nicer. Great hotel, great value. we were sorry to leave. Two minor things the hot water ran out before I has filled the bath and the doors to the bathroom jammed and creaked so rather noisy at night

Sehr schöne Pools mit tollem Blick ins Grüne. Wir hatten dauerhaft das Gefühl, das wird das Personal mit unserer Anwesenheit stören. Das Restaurant hat mit der Lage eigentlich die perfekten Vorraussetzungen etwas richtig Gutes daraus zu machen. Dies wurde aber aus unserer Sicht verpasst / Qualität und Geschmack der Speisen. Wir sind lieber außerhalb Essen gegangen.

• Angela (9/5): Een heerlijke plek om te onthaasten - Het prachtige uitzicht, de rust, het vriendelijke personeel, de locatie op loopafstand van de watervallen, de ruime kamer, de fijne douche, de uitgebreide menukaart. Het is echt een geweldige plek om even tot rust te komen. Het is een persoonlijke voorkeur, maar als ontbijt zou ik nog graag een keuze met cornflakes of muesli willen. En ik ben helaas doodsbang voor kikkers en die zaten er HEEL in de vijver bij het restaurant.

• Santhanam Kasinathan (10/5): Experience and service - Peaceful and calm. Beautiful place and safe. The staff was superd especially the waiter who served us. Can't recall his good name even the gardener Pak Molly so friendly. We leave with a good experience and a memorable experience. All was fine.

• Paul (5/5): great location sharing room with 1,000s of moths not ideal - great location near waterfalls room has open bathroom windows which lets in 1,000 moths every night. a simple bit of fly screen would keep moths out.
