mariapia nolli (8/5): Un gradevole weekend a chioggia - Abbiamo preso la camera deluxe vista mare . L hotel era accogliente, pulito, il personale attento e cortese. Si trova sul lungomare di sottomarina e in 15 minuti a piedi si arriva a chioggia. Siamo arrivati in piena notte e ci hanno gentilmente aspettato per il check-in. Al nostro arrivo in camera c'era un'accoglienza per il ns cane ( ciotola e Tappetino x dormire) che abbiamo gradito molto. In bagno, oltre al phon, persino una piccola piastra per l acconciatura . Abbiamo provato anche la spa e anche qui una bella sorpresa. Sia il bagno turco che la sauna erano degni di chiamarsi tali. Le temperature più che corrette . Non sempre evidente in hotel.che non sono dei veri e propri centri di benessere. Devo dire molto bravi a gestire questo hotel Di sicuro ci torneremo Nulla solo due consigli. Bisogna mettere al phon una schuko perchè le spine del bagno non lo sono Personalmente nel bagno turco metterei un'essenza. Respirare un profumo fresco renderebbe ancora più gradevole il momento
AB (10/5): Super Lage, schöne Suite, toller Ausblick, klasse Spa - Super Lage, super Suite mit bestem Ausblick auf Strand und Meer, breiter Balkon, Badewanne mit Seeblick, super Spa welches man für sich alleine für 2 Stunden nutzt. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 min in der Altstadt oder in 1 min am Strand Der Kaffee zum Frühstück aus der Kapsel passte so gar nicht in den ansonsten sehr guten Gesamteindruck.

Maleńki parking i do tego płatny przy hotelu. Drugi parking miejski w odległości ok. 400 m. również płatny. Korzystaliśmy z miejsca na ulicy. Pokój mały i widokiem na ścianę sąsiedniego budynku. Śniadanie poprawne ale bez wyrazu.

Georg (4/5): Grauenhafter Besuch!! - Das Frühstück sollte es eigentlich ab 0730 geben aber bei unseren Besuch wurde für eine Reisegrupp eine halbe stunde vorher geöffnet. Diese Personen verhielten sich nicht nach den Hygiene Regeln . Das Obst wurde mit den Händen angriff und wieder zurück legte genauso war es bei den Croissant und bei anderen Frühstücks Beilagen. Das Personal sah zu und durfte oder konnte nicht eingreifen. Für mich ein NoGo! Vielen Dank das sie mir meinen Geburtstag so "versaut" haben. Am zweiten Tag war es fast gleich!! Wollten eigentlich im Sommer wieder kommen. Aber bei solchen Hygienezustände werden wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen. Werden dieses Hotel meiden.
Friedrich (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt. Hotelparkplatz sollte für Rollstuhlfahrer billiger sein. - Hervorragendes Frühstück! Freundliches Personal. Im sehr schönen Bad war die ebenerdige Glasdusche mit modernen Armaturen sehr ausrutschgefährlich,weil ganz glatt.Geriffelter Boden oder Einlagen und wenigstens ein Haltegriff wären ratsam (vor allem für ältere Menschen).
Andreas (9/5): Lovely - Very Pleasant Stay At the end of March, we spent three nights at the hotel as a group of 14 people, and overall everything worked very well. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member (if I remember correctly here name was Alissa?), check-in and parking were quick and uncomplicated, and we were even welcomed with a Prosecco, which was a lovely gesture. Our stay was very pleasant overall. The receptionist in particular made a great effort to ensure we received good service, which we truly appreciated. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff throughout. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would be happy to return. Thank you very much for the lovely days! Guest brought there dogs into the restaurant at breakfast. One point worth reconsidering is how animals are handled in the restaurant. I understand that dog owners want to bring their beloved pets along, but a barking dog can quickly become disruptive to other guests. Additionally, some people are allergic to dog hair, which can cause significant discomfort. It would have been nice if the staff had addressed the situation with the owner of the barking dog, but it felt like no action was taken. There were only two minor issues during our stay. On Saturday around 10:00 am, some breakfast items such as bread and ham were no longer available, even though breakfast is served until 11:00 am. On Sunday, after a youth group had breakfast, the breakfast room was quite untidy, and a few members of our group initially struggled to find a clean table and dishes. We mentioned this both on site and at reception and were assured that it would be addressed. Despite these small points, the hotel itself is excellent:

Chiara Stella Gabusi (10/5): Un soggiorno superior, per ogni cosa. - Fantastica la disponibilità, l'accoglienza e il supporto di tutto lo staff, compresa la titolare. Viaggiando con due cagnolini è sempre apprezzato il coinvolgimento e la comprensione dei bisogni dei nostri pet. Ottima la zona, ottimo ogni servizio offerto (bici, parcheggio, colazione, kit accoglienza pet e molto altro).

Petra (9/5): Ich komme gerne wieder nach Sottomarina! - Das Hotel ist in einer sehr schönen Lage direkt beim Strand, die Geschäfte und Essensmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar, waren sogar in Ghiotta Bummeln, 14.370 Schritte gemacht 😅 Die Busverbindung nach Venedig war auch sehr gut!

Stefania (7/5): Carino ma opterei per altre soluzioni - La posizione è perfetta. Le stanze sono piccole ma molto accoglienti e i cuscini morbidissimi. Pulizia ottima e ambiente silenzioso. Nella colazione sono previste parecchie alternative per gli intolleranti al lattosio. La struttura è pet friendly e per me questo è un grande valore aggiunto. Al di là delle opzioni senza lattosio la colazione è di scarsa qualità. La pecca più grande rimane la questione del parcheggio. Ci viene comunicato che non è prenotabile ma a nostro arrivo nonostante ci fossero posti liberi ci viene detto di spostare la macchina perché i parcheggi sono per ospiti in arrivo. Questo ci ha costretti a cercare parcheggio in strada (che non si trova ) e quindi pagare profumatamente un parcheggio custodito. Mettete in conto questo aspetto al momento della prenotazione.

A pochi minuti il centro di Chioggia e l'accesso alle linee dei traghetti che ti portano in laguna.L L'offerta della colazione salata era ridotta.
