• Debs Nogueira (10/5): 100% recommended - The view, location, facilities were lovely. The hotel is big, organized, very very good. Close to the ski station, but either way you have to walk a bit. It's not at the door, there a hill to go down and catch the ski lift. Not that this an issue, but maybe should be highlighted. Not the hotel fault, but I just recommend if you are arriving late by train, to book in advance with the hotel or someone else a pick up. We didn't do that, we arrived late, and had to wait a couple of hours to get a lift to the hotel. We could have walked, but it was dark, cold, uphill and we didn't know how the journey would be, so we didn't do it, (40min walk). So just organize it better than we did.

• Kris (5/5): Fantastisch restaurant, de rest is om snel te vergeten... - Het restaurant en vooral het avondeten was van zeer goede kwaliteit Comfort in het algemeen. Zeer oubollige, kleine kamers. Bar/Speelruimte was erg zwak. het hotel is duidelijk op zijn retrour en vereist absuluut een upgrade om aan moderne comforteisen te voldoen.

A másik dolog, amit kiemelnék, a különleges 4 fogásos vacsora, amely a Michelin-csillagos éttermekben tanult séfet és csapatát dícséri. Kár kihagyni. Volt néhány apróság, amit meg lehetne itt említeni (pl. nem volt ventillátor a fürdőszobában, ill. a berendezés egy picit talán retro, bár jól karbantartott), ám ez a néhány apróság nem zavaró. Összeségében a szálloda minden ésszerűen elvárható igényt kielégített, ezért én 10 pontot adtam nekik.

Wir wussten nicht, dass es gratis Shuttlebusse vom Bahnhof weg gab. Um 8 Uhr wurde geklopft und sofort das Zummer betreten. Das Houskeeping sollte wissen, wer wann abreist, hätte auch noch gerne länger geschlafen. Das Kalbsschnitzel im Restaurant war leider nix. Flach geklopft bis an den Tellerrand. Schade um das Kalb. Saufparty der Zimmernachbarn bis in die Nacht. Da kann das Hotel aber nix dafür.

Близость к подъемнику и курорту Штулек Странно, но в номере не было стаканов для воды, ни штопора, ничего. Хотя был минибар. В минибаре тоже ничего не было. Стаканы были в ванной комнате, на стеклянной полке рядом с зеркалом. Это удивило...
• Wolfgang (8/5): Habe ein Hotel entdeckt, wo ich mich freue, wieder einmal Gast zu sein, Sommer wie Winter. - Die Vielfalt der Möglichkeiten etwas für das persönliche Wohlbefinden zu tun, hat mich überrascht. Konnte nur leider außer dem Hotelpool nichts nutzen. Könnte mir gut vorstellen einmal mehr als eine Nacht zu bleiben und die Angebote des Hotels und die Lage auf knapp tausend Meter plus dem, was der Zauberberg hergibt für die eigene Erholung auszukosten. Wenn sich die Rezeptionistin ab und zu ein Lächeln abringen könnte, hätte der Aufenthalt schon gewonnen.
• Mervi (8/5): Mountain vistas and great skiing at a good price. - The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good for sleeping. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna , cold plunge and the spa shower. The views were lovely and the staff helpful and friendly. The hotels shuttle bus was also handy. The food was al a carte and variable and the morning buffet was plentiful. The slopes were reasonably quiet and very good value, especially as the resort provides a 50% off voucher for each guest. Due to the condition of the snow, it was a 200m or so walk to the ski lift whereas the original advertising indicated a much shorter distance. The shuttle bus was available sometimes to ferry to the lift but otherwise the walk, particularly uphill after several hours on the slopes was a bit tiring. Although the food was good and beautifully presented I would have preferred a simple meal option as well as I never ate all of the 4 courses on offer.

• Georg (5/5): Restaurant perfekt - Hotel hat viel Luft nach oben - Das Restaurant ist einfach unglaublich. Ein wahrer Stern am Gastrohimmel. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber. Hallenbad trotz mehrere Gäste ohne Licht, erst nach Anruf bei der Rezeption wurde me mehr aufgedreht. Löcher in der Duschwanne wurden so ekelhaft versucht abzudichten. Falsche Farbe, rissiges Silikon - peinlich und unhygienisch Die ganze Nacht hat das Hotel aussen Festbeleuchtung aufgedreht, welches die Zimmer so hell machen dass auch die dunkle Vorhänge es nicht schaffen das Zimmer abzudunkeln. Schlaflos am Semmering - für wen genau das Licht brennt ist ein Rätsel. Siehe Foto - 02:30 Nachts - das helle Licht sind weder Sonne noch Mond sondern die Hotelbeleuchtung. Warum?

• Natascha (5/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön. Das Abendessen war sehr gut (gehobene Küche). Das Personal war auch freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr veraltet. Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbecken sind auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Preis hätten wir uns mehr erwartet.

• Lilla (7/5): A csodás kilátás mindent visz, a többi kevésbé emlékezetes - A kilátás a szálloda teraszáról csodálatos, még szebb is, mint a képeken. Nagyon jó volt ott délután üldögélni, iszogatni. Egyszer vacsoráztunk az étteremben, ami összességében kellemes volt. A reggeli is választékos, finom volt. A személyzettel kapcsolatban az volt a benyomásunk, hogy már valószínű elfáradhattak így a szezon vége felé. Nem érzetük különösebben, hogy szívesen látnának minket. Alig lehetett levadászni egy-egy embert, akitől a bárba rendelni tudtunk volna, mi éreztük magunkat kellemetlenül, ha szerettünk volna valamilyen szolgáltatást igénybe venni. A wellness részlegen elég hűvös volt a medence vize és nagyon kevés férőhely volt körülötte, ahova le lehetett volna pihenni.

• Ana (4/5): Lugar para ficar muito perto para esquiar é mesmo a poucos metros. Dormir e ter uma experiência gastronômica - A alimentação jantar/ café da manhã, atendimento dos funcionários. Quarto muito antigo, janelas sem cortinas blackout, colchões apenas com lençol sem capa higiênica nos colchões, hotel visivelmente com poucos hóspedes e nos colocaram no apartamento 135, janela para o estacionamento, movimentação de carros dia e noite.

• LIndy (4/5): Wouldn’t stay there again. - When messaging the hotel the staff were quite helpful The sauna room was freezing, the facilities were not as expected and the one lady at reception was very unfriendly this morning. Considering we pay such a high rate there’s no flexibility to all us to use the facilities after check out like the pool. The kids just wanted a couple more hours and it was not possible unless we paid a day pass. Little ridiculous considering check in after 3pm and checkout at 11am which didn’t give them much time for what we paid. Also there was so much noise in the hotel when trying to sleep and the beds were uncomfortable.

Apesar de ter confirmado o transporte pelo contato do hotel não estava agendado. A piscina gelada para um resort ponto muito fraco. • Sebastian (6/5): - Frühstück war sehr gut. Sauber war das Zimmer auch Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt leider gar nicht. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wird größtenteils von Osteuropäern besucht. Ein Preis rd. um 90€ pro Nacht wäre angebrachter gewesen
