The front desk staff were all very friendly. A special thanks to Lily, who provided us with many helpful recommendations and assistance during our stay, making our trip even smoother. The hotel also thoughtfully prepared a honeymoon room setup for us, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast is freshly made. Although the selection is simple, it is very delicious, and the staff are all kind and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

Kate (10/5): Great location, staff and value for money! - Fantastic location in the old quarter. Reception staff were extremely helpful and said hello, using my name, every time I came and went. I even went to Ha Long Bay for the night and the next day I was still greeted by name. Very breakfast good the top floor with a view was a lovely way to start each day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. An extra couple of pillows for the bed would be good but had no impact on my stay.

J’aime avoir des fruits et c’était le cas donc r.a.s. Merci pour le Check in plutôt ça m’a permis de m’installer dans ma chambre rapidement. Si vous chercher un bon rapport qualité prix, vous pouvez réserver mais pour moi 2 nuits max salle de bain vétuste mérite un grand rafraichissement Jus d’orange pressée aurait été fort appréciable

They also give a hot breakfast, they even offered extra option for my daughter when she couldn't eat the one she chose. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had some recommendations for the restaurants around from Sofie. In short, our stay was smooth and pleasant. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Street was noisy, but that wasn't a problem at all because you'll hear the same noise wherever you go in Hanoi. You get used to it after a while

Hannah (8/5): - Kommunikation, Personal Ich hatte ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock, das nur zwei winzige Fenster hatte. Die Luft darin war demnach sehr schlecht. Die komplette Ausstattung ist alt und müsste mal erneuert werden. Es fehlten Steckdosen in Bettnähe.

Notre chambre donnant sur une petite ruelle était finalement plutôt calme et silencieuse, ce qui a été reposant après l'agitation de la ville. La réception est de qualité et le service du petit déjeuner aux petits oignons. Nous avions un départ plus tôt que les horaires du breakfast notre dernier jour et le personnel s'est adapté pour nous accueillir gentiment, merci.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Service: Ich habe meine Wäsche um 15 Uhr abgegeben und konnte sie noch am selben Abend frisch gewaschen, gebügelt und ordentlich gefaltet wieder abholen. Very close walking distance to train street, bar street, etc. All of the staff throughout the day and night were very helpful and polite. Ulrike (9/5): Super Lage in der Altstadt von Hanoi - Die Lage mitten im Old Quarter von Hanoi, die Kathedrale, der Hoan Kiem See oder auch das Wasserpuppentheater sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Morgens gibt es ein Buffett und man kann sich zusätzlich vietnamesische oder kontinentale Gerichte dazu bestellen (Suppe, Pfannkuchen, omelette etc.) Die Zimmer zur größeren Straße hin sind recht laut, das ist allerdings kaum zu vermeiden in der Altstadt von Hanoi.

Le due ragazze della reception super gentili La camera era un po piccola ed ero da sola, in due avremmo fatto fatica a girarci. Un appunto sul rifacimento della camera: rifare il letto vuol dire anche sistemare il lenzuolo nn solo tirare su la coperta ¹
Nicole (9/5): Great location - Excellent central location while still being very quiet. Good sized room with window and plenty of hot water at all times. The breakfast was good. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Chiara (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole ad Hanoi - Struttura in ottima posizione per visitare le principali attrazioni della città. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ringraziamo soprattuto Chloe per la sua gentilezza e professionalità. Tramite l’hotel abbiamo inoltre prenotato l’esperienza di due giorni e una notte a Sapa che consigliamo tantissimo!

Dieter (10/5): - Eine super Lage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Frühstück, der Frühstücksraum ist im obersten Stockwerk mit super Aussicht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die zentrale Lage sehr ruhig. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Vincape (5/5): Acceptable en dépannage - L'emplacement au sein de la vieille ville mais très bruyant. Le prix dont nous avons bénéficié parce que le tarif normal est exorbitant, 30€/nuit. Le petit déjeuner en étant matinal. Le bruit. Le fait que notre arrivée tardive vers 22h ne nous a pas donné droit au pot d'accueil ni au plan de la ville avec ses explications, pas plus que le lendemain d'ailleurs. La qualité Wifi déplorable. La qualité des cartes SIM vendues sur place qui fonctionnent très mal dans le nord.

Christelle (8/5): - L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tout à pied. Les chambres sont correctes, les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top. Le personnel est très serviable. Lors de notre séjour nous avons eu besoin de prendre 2 fois notre petit déjeuner à 6h30 et tout était prêt. On nous a même préparé des sandwichs tout frais à emporter pour nos excursions. Un peu bruyant avec le bruit des voitures et des klaxons mais on est à Hanoï...
Hanna (10/5): Aangenaam hotel in het midden van Hanoi met vriendelijk personeel. - Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. We konden pas rond 1 AM inchecken en dat was geen probleem voor hen. Ze namen ook contact met ons op via whatsapp. Ze gaven uitleg hoe alles werkte in de kamer. De kamer zelf was netjes en zuiver. Het ontbijt was ook heel lekker en je kon ook van een cool uitzicht genieten. N/A

Lu Hsia (8/5): - Very satisfied.The staff are very helpful, the location is great, right at the center of Old Quarter, walking distance to everywhere. I party love the breakfast. It's nothing fancy, but very sweet, thoughtful, and includes everything you need. The house keeper lost her key, so two days she couldn't get in to clean.
