• Hasmukh (9/5): Home away from home - A wonderful and comfortable Villa close to Morjim beach. The owner Hemant was a very courteous man always asking about our comfort. Komal who ran the household was always available when required and a great cook. We really miss his food. All in all our stay at Villa Baywalk was exceptionally good. We have already recommended this place to our extended family and friends. If we were to make a personal recommendation it would be to introduce proper toiletries in the bathrooms.
• Alpona (10/5): Exceptional! Couldn’t recommend enough - Exceptional! The host goes over and beyond in making sure you’re satisfied to the fullest. We stayed for 2 nights and on the first morning, there was bit of a delay (logistics) because of which we had to skip breakfast as we were on a tight schedule. Our host and his team travelled all the way to the south side of Goa where we were and despite network fluctuations managed to deliver us sandwiches and other bits- some feat! Nothing was ever too much for them and they made sure we were completely satisfied. Very rare in the world of today! Thank you! Nothing

• SunderS_12 (10/5): Great place and exceptional service!!! - The location is great,very near to Morjim beach.its a heritage kind of structure with spacious sitting areas inside and outside.The owner Mr. Lamba the owner was very cordial and arranged for early check in and late check-out...was very flexible. The service was also equally good it's headed by Mr.Ramesh and his team who were exceptionally good at service and the breakfast and snacks served was also of very good quality. Highly recommend the place for groups upto 20 PPL.

• Rati (10/5): Best home stay in Morjim - Amazing place, the property itself is so nice that those who only want to chill, will have every facility at the door. We booked the complete Villa for a family get-together of 17 (14 adults and 3 kids). The beach is walking distance from the villa, and there are comfy recliner chairs to rest or just watch the waves and sunset. Very nice staff all were helpful and their amazing food and hospitality. Owner Hemant, Care-taker Ramesh, Cook Juliet are extremely helpful and caring. They made our stay worthwhile. Breakfast spreads are unlimited and everything is tasty, Juliet made goan style prawns curry for lunch which was loved by everyone. Rooms are huge and well maintained. Overall property is great with lot of greenary. Enjoyed the stay. Would like to stay again. Everything was upto the mark

Special mention Ramesh Ji has made things easy for us. - This place is a very calm and quite place 200 meters near Morjim beach. There are limited rooms and hence we feel at home❤️. Special mention to Mr. Ramesh Ji who has been veryyyy kind and soft spoken. He has helped us in all possible manner from : - keeping ur luggage’s in the room, - providing room service, - leaving the kitchen doors open so that our mid night cravings are taken care of, to - teaching us some yoga tips to be healthy. You can order anything and Ramesh Ji will be ready with it! -The food at the stay was also very scrumptious and purely home made. You get the best aloo parathas there! -you also have some games set there. -the beach is just 200 meters away. -and the place has so many nearby restaurants like the food court which has some amazing menu especially the Goan thali meals. -overall I would give this place a 4.5/5 And this 4.5 will go to the care taker Ramesh Ji.

Mr. Hemant at the property is polite, professional & very helpful, provided a smooth check in & check out process. Housekeeping guy Mr. Ramesh is fast & efficient, very good natured guy. Helped with renting vehicles also. Overall, fantastic experience.

• KenW309 (10/5): Highly recommended - Stayed here for a week and had the most amazing time. I think it's fair to say I've never been so relaxed in my life. The set up at Baywalk is so chilled out and Ramesh and the whole team did a great job of making sure everything went smoothly. It's fair to say that this isn't 'party central' Goa, you need to go to other places for that. However, there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The team at Baywalk can help with absolutely everything if you ask, or they will just leave you to your own devices if that's what you want. Breakfasts are good..I had omelette, toast and jam plus freshly made watermelon juice. I also wandered the very short distance down to the beach each day to get a tender coconut from one of the vendors there. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The shower, hot water, AC, and all facilities work well. Good wifi too. The feeling at Baywalk is more like staying with friends than anything else. It's one of those places that you don't want to leave, but I certainly hope to return one day. Thanks guys for a great time and fantastic memories.

• 834vaishalia (8/5): Good place to stay for couples - It's a cozy little place very close to morjim beach.3 minutes walk and you can hear the beautiful waves.The rooms is alright where you can hear noise from the reception and other rooms and there is no kitchen service. Also they close the doors around 10 pm which is odd when you are in Goa which is famous for it's party and night life. The gal who manages the place is very considerate she arranged for a cake for my husband's birthday and also pick up from airport.My stay could have been better but I think the fact it's so close to beach makes this stay worthwhile.
• asvidh (8/5): Good budget hotel with excellent service - It's a small budget hotel. The rooms are decent sized with air conditioning and kettle etc in the room. There is 24 hour running hot water etc. You get hot breakfast in the morning from the limited menu option but it is well cooked and tasty For the other meals you have to eat out or call for food. There is. Hotel opposite from where you can order food and the staff of Baywalk get it for you. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service provided by Ramesh. Ever smiling and genuinely went out of his way to make our stay super comfortable.
• HTBC (10/5): A home away from home. Peaceful, excellent stay. - I can't recommend Baywalk highly enough. Tucked away, it is incredibly peaceful, quiet and feels very safe (which obviously means a lot as a female solo traveller). The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location - a very short walk to the beach. Excellent staff, particularly Ashish who is very helpful, genuinely very nice and always smiling. He is also full of local knowledge. Ramesh is also brilliant - incredibly attentive, conscientious, very dedicated and makes a delicious breakfast!
• RuthH1353 (10/5): Comfortable & hospitable stay - I stayed at Bay Walk for a week & was very well looked after by Ramesh & the team there, who were friendly & did everything they could to make my stay a good one. They are attentive & happy to arrange anything needed. My room (Saraswati) was spacious & comfortable. It had everything I needed including air conditioning, fridge, kettle, TV, sitting area & large attached bathroom with plentiful hot water. There is a simple breakfast menu. I enjoyed the Indian breakfast option most, and the masala chai is delicious. I ate lunch at Bay Walk on some of the days, which needs to be ordered in advance, otherwise there are restaurants within walking distance. The beach is only a few minutes walk away which was a real bonus, as it was easy to go for morning walks before breakfast or to watch the sunset. The location generally is good. Bay Walk is tucked away in a quiet area but it isn’t too far to walk to the main road. Overall, I was very happy with my stay here & would happily return again in future.
• riadas (8/5): Peaceful stay at tgis beautiful villa - We stayed at the 2bedroom villa, 4 people. The property was clean and well-maintained and looked like a typical beautiful Goan villa. Only one room of the 2 bedroom villa has privacy and the other doesnt. It would have been better if the architecture have been little different. The rooms were cleaned nicely everyday. Breakfast had limited options, but good for the price we paid. Refrigerator and ac were working properly. The caretaker, Ramesh always went an extra mile to help us. The last day we wanted our breakfast lil early and he accomodated us. Location of the hotel is good. 2mins walk to the beach through a narrow lane. Only bad experience was with the parking, since in the morning as agreed by both hotels, we were using parking of the opposite hotel to park our car. But at night the night guard of the other hotel, La Vaiencia, created a big scene for parking there, he wasn't aware and even threatened to damage our car. It was 2 am then. But Ramesh woke up to help us and managed it very well. Thanks to him. A clearer discussion well in advance could have avoided this experience. Would recommend this hotel. Would recommend this hotel to all.

Ranesh helped organise airport transfers and taxis, as well as serving us delishious masala chai and breakfast each morning! Perfect location, ideal for walking to the beach, also close to restaurants and cafes. Would recommend to anyone In small groups or couples after a relaxing chilled break. Katie and Emily

• TrevorSaldanha (10/5): Excellent Home-stay Type of Villa with Large, Well Furnished Rooms - Baywalk Goa is located just about 5 minutes walk from the main Morjim Beach in North Goa and is an Excellent Home-stay Type of Villa with 6 Large, Well Furnished Rooms. They have 3 Double Bed Rooms on the Ground Floor named Saraswati, Yamuna & Ganga, with Saraswati being the largest & Ganga being the smallest. On the first floor, they have 2 two Bedroom Apartments called Kaveri & Godavri, both of equal size and both having two separate Double Bed Rooms, a Kitchen & Balcony. On the second floor, they have a single 1 Bedroom Apartment with a Kitchen, Double Bed Room & a Balcony. All the Rooms are Large, Air-conditioned & Well Furnished and have a Mini Fridge + Electric Kettle with supplies to make Tea/Coffee. The Beds are Large & Comfortable and the Bed-sheets, Blankets, Towels, Linen, etc are clean and of good quality. There is a Large Veranda on the Ground Floor with Tables & Chairs to have your Breakfast which is prepared in the Kitchen, also on the Ground Floor. There is also a Pool Table & Tables/Chairs in the Compound to sit at & relax. Swati the Manager lives on the premises and ably supervises all activities to ensure that all rooms are properly maintained and good service is provided to all guests. Ramesh the Caretaker also lives on the premises and takes care of all the Guests requirements willingly and is very obliging. Varsha & Juliet are local staff who are there the whole day manning the Reception, preparing Breakfast & efficiently attending to other chores as well. All the staff are very well trained and make the guests feel welcome and completely at home. Parking is a bit of a challenge as there is limited road side parking in the small lane outside. There is no Restaurant, but there are several good places to eat at in Morjim. Baywalk Goa is indeed an Excellent place to stay at in Morjim at reasonable rates with Service that is Truly Memorable.
• richardwL5414IY (10/5): Great hotel - My wife and I stayed at Bay walk for 3 nights in late November. The hotel has great rooms that are well furnished and provide good facilities. The check-in procedure is painless with a refreshing welcome drink provided. Outside there are comfortable seating and dining facilities with numerous board games for guests use. The breakfast provided is of very good quality with a range of dishes available. Undoubtedly the star of the show is the housekeeper Ramesh, he runs the place so well, is always on hand but never in your face and nothing is too much trouble for him.

• TrevorSaldanha (10/5): Excellent place to stay at in Morjim - Baywalk is basically a Large Bungalow converted to a Hotel. It has three Regular Self Contained Double Rooms on the Ground Floor that also houses the Reception & Kitchen as well, two 2 Bedroom Apartments on the 1st Floor with small Private Balconies attached to each Room and one 1 Bedroom Apartment on the 2nd Floor with a Large Private Balcony attached to it. The Ground Floor also has a Large Veranda Area with Tables & Chairs and there is also seating with Tables and Chairs in the Compound. The Kitchen is neat & clean and two local ladies - Varsha and Juliet come in every morning to prepare Breakfast, which is served either in the Veranda or in the Seating Area in the Compound - wherever you prefer. Breakfast in included in the Room Tariff & is freshly prepared and tasty as well. You can choose to have any items for Breakfast from the Menu & it will be promptly prepared fresh & served to you. Both Varsha & Juliet cook well and are very courteous & obliging too, making you feel very much at home. They make good Egg Omelettes, Aloo Parathas, Upma & Poha among other things for a sumptuous Breakfast. If you so desire, you can even use the Kitchen yourself to prepare any special items that you may want to & they will have no issues with the same. They also have a handyman - Ramesh who is an elderly person who lives in the premises & takes care of all your needs, including bringing you any items that you may need, cleaning your room, serving you, attending to any additional requirements that you may have, etc. He too is very polite and obliging and all of them make you feel like you are staying in a lovely Caring House, not a Hotel. The Property is very well maintained & all the rooms are Tastefully Decorated and well maintained. All rooms have a Split AC, LCD TV with Satellite, Mini Fridge, Tea/Coffee Kettle with supplies, Electronic Safe, Cupboard & a Fold-able Clothes Drying Rack as well which is useful to dry clothes that get wet at the Beach. The Decor, Furnishings, Linen, etc are all very good quality and very clean as well. They have a Large Central Solar Water Heater, so you get 24x7 Hot & Cold Water in the Bathrooms, which is very good. The Property is just a 5 minutes walk from the Main Morjim Beach, so it is very conveniently located as well. Parking is however in the small lane outside which though safe, is not very convenient. The first time you drive to the place, you may tend to get a bit confused even with Google Maps, as the Property is located in a small, mud road path off the main road & not so prominently sign posted, but you will get there eventually. For a couple, the 1 Bedroom Apartment on the 2nd Floor (Narmada) is the best, because it is Large & also has a nice Private Balcony as well, affording you good privacy. Unfortunately, there was some minor problem with the AC in this 1 Bedroom Apartment that took a day to be attended to, so we could not have the pleasure of staying there & stayed in one of the Ground Floor Double Rooms (Ganga), which was also good. All in all, a great place to stay at while you are in Morjim, if you are looking for a nice homestay kind of a place which is tastefully furnished & makes you feel totally at home. Certainly a Highly Recommended Place that we will surely patronize again during our next visit to Morjim.
• LightPacker759589 (10/5): It's a home away from home - The villa ia situated in a very quiet place hardly a minute walk from the beach, best to stay with your family and friends. Our family needed a nice place to stay for 3 nights where we could spend quality time without any disturbance and noise pollution and we found it here in Baywalk. We have experienced a great hospitality here by Ramesh ji Ms. Juliet and Ms. Varsha. The breakfast was homely and service was amazing. The villa Manager Ms. Swati was more than helpful in arranging the airport pickup and drop, assist at check-in and check-out. All the humble people here made our stay memorable and we will visit again. Highly recommended!
• nidhig16 (10/5): Homely place with great food and very hospitable staff - We stayed there for a couple of days. The place is at a walking distance from morjim. The place gives a very homely feeling. We hardly stayed in our room. Mostly we spent time in the living room chit chatting with other guests and their staff who are very friendly and hospitable. Uncle Ramesh made sure that all their guests had a wonderful time during their stay and gave best effort in doing so. Food is delicious just like home cooked food. Tea lovers don't miss their tea!
