• Philip (7/5): Great stay, great value and will return. - The location, price and cleanliness, as well as the helpful staff were all great. I thought there were specific areas in room 205 should be addressed. Under the mirror near the bathroom has peeling and cracked paint that is an easy fix. The bathroom floor: the edges are not sealed and look like they contain dirt, under the toilet you can see where the previous toilet was sitting, and the molding at the wall base should be replaced. I hope this is helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
• Theron (9/5): Very reasonable price for a very clean room. - Very reasonably priced. Cost was 1/4 of beach front room at competitor's location. Room was exceptionally clean. Heater worked wonderfully. 3rd floor room and no elevator. Spouse has mobility issues.

• susanbG4380UE (10/5): Best motel we've encountered in our coastal driving trip! - We are doing a Maine coast driving trip, staying at a different place for 1-2 nights along the way. This was one of the best places we stayed! Firm mattress, no carpets, hot shower, good functional WiFi (even though our room was at the end of the complex), refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker - all good. Everything we wanted in a 1-night motel stay. And it included breakfast (which we haven't sampled yet). The room was very clean with plenty of storage and room to move.

Photos of the property featured an apparently newer building at the back, which has nice balconies; however, the actual property we were booked into was a typical 3-floor motel. The bathroom had a stain on the ceiling, which looked like it had been there a while. Also, the bathroom was so tiny, it was practically impossible to turn around in it. There was a discrepancy in info about check-in time: booking.com website says 3-11pm; email from USA Inn ways 3-9pm. There also was a discrepancy in room description: booking.com website says "dining table" - there was a table, but only a desk-type chair, i.e. no chairs to use for sitting at the "dining table." Also, weirdly, the confirmation from booking.com states we requested free parking, but we didn't; we assumed parking would be free.

• Gay (6/5): - The night before we arrived, I was awakened by a text msg from the INN at 3 o'clock in the morning wanting me to send my car ID info. Not happy about that. Our room was in the front of the building, and the road noise was terrible. We had issue with heavy footsteps/kids running in the room above us at 10 pm but after a call to the front desk they quieted down. The neighboring room shower was loud enough to keep you awake. Beyond that beds were comfortable and room was decent for the off season rate we paid.

All the seafood you would ever want in the world. The room was immaculate. It had the refrigerator the microwave the coffee maker plenty of drawers and hangers say hanging your clothes on bathroom was separate from where you wash your face and hands which was perfect. It was so reasonable when I made the reservation I thought maybe they might be something wrong with this Motel it was the fourth of what you would pay any place else and we so enjoyed ourselves and it was quiet and it was so clean. I would recommend this and all of my friends and anybody that I don’t even know it was a fantastic Place to stay in. The management was beautiful.

• Fogle (7/5): Good for what we needed - They were flexible with the check in we arrived late and I had to contact them the day before and let them know I would be late checking in. They called that night and I was able to give them the card information over the phone and get the key left for us. It was in a good location and the price was good for the area. It was odd that a hotel ended check in at 9 pm and we did have to climb to the 3rd floor which might have been tricky if we had a lot of luggage.

Ogunquit's Shore Road, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove close by. Reasonable basic room, nothing fancy but clean with comfortable beds. Check in lady was very nice. First floor rooms around back a little noisier but convenient for luggage transfer.

They do offer 3 k-cups in your room; I thought that was nice. Anything additional is $1.00 per cup. The reason for my 4 stars is how loud the people were above us. Oh, my! Floors/walls are thin. We could hear everything. 😞 I would stay here again, I would just ask for a room on top floor. 😄
