• Els (6/5): Charmant verblijf dat update nodig heeft - Mooie ligging, propere kamers, veel handdoeken en dagelijkse schoonmaak, ontbijt goed voor Italiaanse normen, frigo op de kamer, goede douche. Zwembad niet onderhouden, lawaai van andere kamers, personeel spreekt geen letter Engels, oude stoelen en tafels rond het gebouw. Minder mooi dan op de foto s.

• Concetta Loredana (9/5): - La villa in sé molto bella, e comunque regalava un senso di pace e da lì la vista era superlativa. Nulla, a parte il fatto che alle 00:54 c'erano ospiti che urlavano e bestemmiavano e quindi nel cuore della notte abbiamo avuto un sussulto non indifferente.

La villa pour le petit déjeuner est superbe et la personne qui s’occupe de nous aimable, serviable et souriante. Idéal pour bien commencer une journée. Par contre il faut faire des kilomètres pour aller dîner...
• Elisabeth (10/5): Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt - Es war alles bestens! Ein Zimmer im Cottage mit Garten und einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Alles ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Eine kleine Teebar. Das Abendessen und Mittagessen wurde im vornehmen Ambiente serviert, die Menüs waren köstlich und zum fairen Preis.

Ottimo ristorante con cucina casalinga abruzzese. Colazione deliziosa. L'accesso alla camera prenotata è un po' stretto per un'auto di grandi dimensioni, ma sono riuscito a entrare senza graffiarla.

Trūko puodelių ir stiklinių kambaryje, neturėjome kuo atsidaryti vyno. Gaila , kad jau nedirbo restoranas. Nesusitikome su šeimininkais, kambarinės jau budėjo už durų išvykstant.

• shirley (10/5): - This was a great place...we were welcomed by Virginia, who was lovely. She arranged for us to have a snack as we waited for dinner time. Dinner was wonderful as well as convenient. The suite was very comfortable. We highly recommend this Villa.

Restaurant/bar gesloten in tegenstelling tot de berichtgeving van booking.(en dat is niet de enige keer) We hadden deze locatie uitgezocht omdat er een restaurant was. De "gastheer" adviseerde ons telefonisch een restaurant dat ook gesloten was. Zielloos geheel terwijl de locatie prachtig is.

• Jarosław (10/5): - Ciekawy obiekt - zakwaterowanie na tyłach obiektu prezentowanego na zdjęciach. Rozwiązanie to, skądinąd nieoczekiwane, zapewniło nieskrępowany pobyt w zacisznym zakątku. Bardzo przyjemny personel, doskonałe śniadanie i sprawna klimatyzacja uzupełniły ten pobyt w pobliżu niezwykłego Sanktuarium.

• Michael (8/5): Fantastic! - The main building, the garden, the pool and the beautiful suite. Lack of staff, no drinks available.
• Kate (3/5): Poor - The rooms were cleaned daily which was unexpected but nice. Very bad experience. We booked this place to spend the last few days of a 7 week trip. After spending time at self contained apartments we wanted somewhere that would be easy and relaxing so deliberately looked for a location with a restaurant and bar as well as  outdoor kids play equipment, none of these listed were actually available despite all being listed on booking.com. It is a self check in with no one around to ask any questions. I had been contacted via WhatsApp and when I asked about the restaurant that first evening , I was simply told it was closed . No apology and no prior warning.  When I questioned further they replied it was just this week however on asking around it seems it isn't open anymore. The pool was in desperate need of a clean. We have a pool so understand about pool maintenance. There was a think grime around the edges and the lounge chairs were filthy.  The breakfast options were quite limited, definitely not exceptional. Cereal was put out but no milk provided and I felt like it was an inconvenience when we asked for some for my 4 year old to have some with her cereal. There was no fruit the first day and the second days it was mostly unripe fruit that we couldn't eat.  On the morning of departure I asked it we could push from check out at 10:30 to 11 only and was told that was fine but no later than 11. I speak Italian so there was no misunderstanding here. At 10:30 on the dot the same lady barged in (without knocking) to the apartment while I was half naked ,  despite it being very obvious we were inside (car out front and our kids could be heard).  Again no apology, she just looked at me the grumpily said they would come back later.  We left quickly after that and were gone before 11. 
• Harley (10/5): Beautiful and Amazing Hotel - The owner was so helpful since we took the train and he even arranged for our taxi. It's an off beat location but the place was amazing. The staff were very nice and the food was just first class. It's also about a 5 minutes walk to the Volto Santo Church None
• Eric (7/5): Good - Very nice house, small but clean pool. Rooms were clean large and quite. Cake for breakfast was very tasty. Breakfast bread was very dry, it seemed we were the last so we had to eat the leftovers, wasnt refilled. Staff speaks not a single word english. As i told them i speak a bit italian, they went full speed and all in and i got completly lost.

• Victoria (10/5): Great stay, I would go back without hesitation - It is really beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and staff really nice. The only bad is that we were already asleep when the people who were staying upstairs came to their room and started moving furniture around, very loudly. But, again, not the hotel's fault at all, just people very inconsiderate of others.
• Mateusz (10/5): Very nice villa in the mountains - good base for local sightseeing ba car - -beautiful villa in the mountains -nice views -the apartment was big and had a nice "antique" vibe -the dinner was very good -breakfast is OK for a few days, but the selection will be too small for a longer stay -The host and everyone were very helpful and nice -Close to beautiful small town Manopello (5 minutes by foot) -it's not a hotel, sometimes it's hard to find anyone to get a coffee, there is no bar, you can get some wine but not at all times - it's good to have your own supplies ;)

• Gary (10/5): Exceptional - This place was a fantastic little stone Cottage with a rustic feel in the beautiful mountains..... it was very comfortable and well-equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable and I had a wonderful night sleep. The shower pressure and temperature was also more than adequate and the place was very clean and quiet.... views were also magnificent..... although the staff barely knew a few words of English that didn't matter because we were able to communicate fine and this is Italy after all and it wouldn't hurt for us to brush up on a few Italian words as we expect people to do when we have them visit our English speaking countries, like Australia, where people get charted and called all sorts of derogatory terms if they can't speak English. I love this place and I cannot find any fault.... it is exactly what I was hoping for when I booked it.... there is a swimming pool on the premises which they clean regularly as well in case you need to take a dip in the summer heat :-) and breakfast was also more than adequate and I left there with a very full stomach. In particular there is a jam tart that they cut up into little pieces and this is absolutely delicious as is their cake. The results of bacon and scrambled eggs and other kinds of assortments including yogurt. But the suites, they are in amazing Italian style..... I cannot find any fault

By luck fellow guests were walking around and informed us we had to call the hostess, so we used the guest’s phone, as we did not have the phone number. Not a good beginning to our visit.

• Jenny (8/5): An amazing unspoilt find that was so comfortable - We randomly came across this beautiful unspoilt property. We loved the room and looked out over the land. There was a small but nice pool with loungers. We also sat outside our room in the lounge seats provided. We had a kettle and fridge. It was a wonderful hideaway and the dinner was really nice. So was the breakfast. All so good and the charge was very reasonable Nothing really. There were mosquitos but we were given spray and all was good

• Rava (10/5): Lovely, peaceful place near the Volto Santo - What a beautiful place to stay! Signore Pardi is very gracious and always answered my texts quickly. The Villa where the reception is and the breakfast room are lovely and have beautiful pictures of the family. Maria who greeted us was very sweet as was the lovely Signora who prepared our breakfast. It is a very peaceful place and has a lovely place outside our room to relax and look at the beautiful view. He suggested a lovely restaurant called Il Gattone. Lovely people there as well and good food! Wi-Fi didn't work for us too well, but we didn't miss it. It is one of the most peaceful places we have ever stayed. We also could have used a plastic cup in the bathroom because we get thirsty in the night, but it is a lovely place to stay. They also have Stations of the Cross along the road and the Volto Santo is mesmerizing and captivating. We visited three times over two days.If we ever get a chance to return we will definitely stay at the Villa Pardi!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - La villa è arredata con gusto e l'atmosfera delle sranza è molto piacevole. Le camere si.trovano in uno stabile a parte. Quelle a piano terra sono davvero buie, l'unica finestra abbiamo divuto tenere chiusa perché passavano davanti le persone. La colazione è stata buona ma non c'è stata molta scelte per persone come noi che mangiamo salato non dolce. E cmq si pagavano a parte le uova.
• Patricia (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable, convenient - Our room was quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful to us. The food was excellent! Villa Pardi is also a 3 minute walk from the Sanctuary of the Holy Face, which was important to us since we did not have a car.
