- Bea Weston (9/5): - It was clean and breakfast was fresh. The light we're out for awhile and the hotel is near some terrible construction 🚧
- Greg (7/5): Hotel was nice but the traffic not so much - The price was affordable and the location was perfect Shower curtains needed to be updated. The ones in our room was very torn and falling apart
- Ashley (10/5): - Front desk help was extremely helpful and professional.

- Paul (10/5): -
- Rebecca (2/5): Poor experience in a dingy hotel with dismal staff - Was close to the tanger outlet and restaurants The staff was rude, the entire property smells awful. The elevator stank, the room smelled like a wet dog, the comforter was stained with god knows what, the check in and check out both went poorly. The staff checking us out was literally painting his nails at the desk. Smokers everywhere that my little kids had to walk through to get into the building. The bathroom door in the room wouldn’t shut. It was truly awful. 10/10 would NEVER stay here again

- Alexia (10/5): -
- Lisa (5/5): - Clean room. Good access to our event at the Lamar Dixon Center. The staff were not helpful at all. They were more interested in visiting amongst themselves than helping anyone.
- Edwin (8/5): -
- Tyrone (4/5): - Front desk was very helpful and professional.room was very comfortable and cozy Cleaning staff was very unprofessional stole my phone charger caught an attitude and kept hanging up the phone in my face while trying to talk to front desk
- nika (10/5): -
- Mykalia (10/5): - It was clean , & the breakfast was good
- Krzysztof (1/5): - I booked and right after I came to the hotel. I did not have a credit card so I could not get the room. Then I requested to cancel booking without charge. They have not even responded. I was charged for all stay (two nights) but it was clear that I will not be able to get the room. This is not fair.
- Rhonda (7/5): Our stay was a quick overnight stop and the room was sufficient. - The location was great and easy to get to. I booked 2 king bed rooms. Upon arrival I was told that 1 room was not available and they had given us a room with 2 beds instead. I feel like because the hotel was sold out for the night they gave the room I had booked to another guest by mistake and therefore I didn’t get the room I booked. Also the bed was very uncomfortable.

- Evelyn (6/5): Great Stay - The toilet was not clean there was hair on the outer side of the tub. the breakfast was closed no one put a notice out. so we woke up to go down to eat and it was closed. Asked front desk we were told due to thanksgiving no staff for breakfast. It would be nice to have a sign out at front desk to let guest known.

- CARROLL (10/5): Lovely - We really like this hotel. We have stayed in this hotel twice. This day, we had a king suite. It was perfect size for a family of five. Very comfortable and affordable. The breakfast was lovely! (Just a suggestion..I seen this in another hotel) It would be nice to have a set of bedding for the sofa bed ready in the room, instead of having the customer ask for and retrieve it.
- Tamika (10/5): - The location was perfect. I didn't like that the front desk clerk makes a copy of your credit card and driver license. There are too many things in a negative and criminal way that folks can do with someone personal credit card.
- Lyndell (10/5): Great - Everything Everything was good

- Mitchell (1/5): - I liked the hot water in the shower My room had a foul odor, the air conditioner air smelled like the sewer I had to cover my head in bed.. In the early am the emergency door alarm came on then again at 6:50 am Sunday morning.. There was food under the desk house keeping didn't vacuum, on top of all of that ,that room stirred up my allergies 😑 which caused my headache. This was the WORST!!!! stay I ever had.
- Tim (8/5): Staff’s friend lingered in lobby n blocked parking under awning - Not property’s fault, but access is difficult due to street medians

I also like the breakfast time starts at 5am. So Early! Wonderful. Overall, great place to stay. Would come back & recommend to others.
