Our entire experience was truly memorable, comfortable, and filled with warm hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the pickup and drop arrangements were coordinated extremely well and made our travel very smooth and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect — from room upgrades and housekeeping assistance to food service and overall guest care. Everyone was extremely humble, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Kunj, Assistant Front Office Manager, and his amazing team members: Neha, Narendra, Uday, Sangeeta, Suprity, and Bhumika for making our stay so smooth and pleasant. We would also like to appreciate Satendra, Assistant F&B Manager, and his team for the excellent food and service. A heartfelt thanks to Mohit, Housekeeping Manager, and his team for maintaining such cleanliness and prompt assistance during our stay. The property should have some internal audit process to check all these things in the room. Further, while the food quality and the breakfast spread is fine, the Idlis are somehow not soft while I have stayed in other properties of Courtyard Marriott in other cities and there the Idli is soft and yum

They have this background music which sounds like a record is stuck. It plays the same 3 beats about 10 times then the next 3 beats 10 times all at volume. Perhaps play some local Indian music or spa sounds. This is not pleasant and goodness knows how the staff working in the foyer/eating area are not zombies hearing it day in/day out. Apart from that our stay was fine.
