Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ όμορφα διαμορφωμένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κάποιος για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή και ήσυχη. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ ευγενική και πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους! Δεν υπήρξε κάτι αρνητικό στη διαμονή μας. Όλα ήταν άψογα.

- Magdalini (4/5): - Η κουζίνα δεν ήταν οργανωμένη. Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα στα ντουλάπια. Ούτε ένα πακέτο μακαρόνια. Έπρεπε να ψάξουμε για σούπερ μάρκετ ή μίνι μάρκετ για να αγοράσουμε κάτι να φάμε. Διέθετε καφετιέρα χωρίς φίλτρα και καφέ για το μηχάνημα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν κρύο. Ψάξαμε να βρούμε το τηλεχειριστήριο για τον κλιματισμό, αλλά δεν υπήρχε πουθενά στο δωμάτιο. Το ένα από τα δύο σώματα ήταν αναμμένο.

- Μαρια (1/5): - Ενω το καταλυμα ειχε ολες τις ανεσεις και παροχες και βρισκονταν σε μια φανταστικη και ησυχη περιοχη θα πρεπει να επαναπροσδιορισουν το προσωπικο καθαρισμου αφου ειχα αφησει προσωπικα μου αντικειμενα εκει με σιγουρια παρα την επικοινωνια με το καταλυμα υποστηριξαν πως δεν βρεθηκε τιποτα.🫤🫤Επισης η σχεση ποιοτητας τιμης δεν ειναι και τοσο καλη 150 ευρω θεωρουνται πολλα με βαση οτι με τα ιδια λεφτα μπορεις να κανεις κρατηση σε κατι καλυτερο.

- Andreas (8/5): Μέτρια για αυτό που περιμέναμε βάση κριτικών - Το κατάλυμα ήταν μεγάλο και όμορφο αλλα μέχρι εκεί Καθαριότητα καμία σχέση με αυτό που υπάρχει σαν βαθμολογία.επρεπε καναπέδες μαξιλάρια να αλλάζονται με καινουρια καλυματα και όχι χωρις καλυματα γιατί ήταν λερωμένα.Επίσης τα σκεύη της κουζίνας ήταν όλα πλυμένα για τους Τύπους που λέμε.Πρεπει ιδιοκτήτες να φροντίσουν με τις καθαροστριες να βρουν μια χρυσή τομή εάν θέλουν να λένε ότι το κατάλυμα είναι καθαρό.επισης μεγάλο πρόβλημα με τα κουνούπια τέτοια εποχή.εμεις καταφέραμε να τα σκοτώσουμε και την άλλη μέρα μπήκαν οι καθαρίστριες και μας έφεραν τα διπλά.

- Pamela (10/5): Its my second time staying there and for sure its my top list for booking in Athens if i find it available - This is a 10/10 place, the only place in Athens that i felt like i am in my own home. You can sense the love that is poured daily to maintain and to make us feel loved and cared. The cleanliness, the quality and the vibe is excelent, the sorrounding is so Zen and the couple that manages the property are the coolest. These service apartments are the reason i reconsidered booking an apartment and NOT a hotel! There is nothing that i dont like about it.

We stayed just stayed one night with my husband as we travelled for the Andre Rieu concert. Perfectly situated very close to the venue. We walked back after the concert. Definitely a place we would return to for a stay over in Athens.

- Penny (6/5): Clean, perfect location, comments as above - Location, cleanliness We booked a 2 bedroom suite as we wanted to have 2 bathrooms, but this was at the sacrifice of a lounge which was not mentioned in any of the advertising. Also the patron door in the main bedroom vibrated regularly throughout the day and night making a very noticeable loud noise, only opening the patio door stopped the noise, which is not ideal.

- Tina (9/5): Superb - Lovely, modern, and very clean apartments. The space was ample and welcoming. The location was in a nice and safe area. The hosts prepared a map and even got up early to wish us a good trip. We'd definitely recommend this place without hesitation. The check-in process was a little slow, especially after traveling several hours.

Bed and pillows are comfy, lots of space to store your clothes. Big balconies with good outdoor funiture. Housekeeping is excellent. We always choose Urban Residences when we don't want to stay in the center of Athens or when we prefer to stay in this area. Mr. Iannis and Mrs. Toula they always go above and beyond to help and please you. Excellent hostesses! NOTHING

It had a big terrace and other amenities you might need. The Olympic stadium is very close so it's a perfect location to stay if you're planning to go to a concert.

Very comfortable bed and well furnished apartment. Very nice, large balcony with good outdoor furniture. Nothing big to dislike, just small thaings like it was quite noisy in the evenings, although it generally quietened down by midnight. A chopping board in the kitchen would be useful. The private parking is very tight, however you can usually park on the street nearby.

The owners of the place were so welcoming and helpful! The area is a very safe residential one and close to bakeries, supermarkets, bus stops and the olympic stadium is just a 15min walk away - for those attending concerts etc. Can’t find any fault!

Hosts ,cleanliness ,facilities and comfort were top class and the location for where we were going (concert at the Olympic Stadium ) made it so easy to walk there. Good restaurants with walking distance. Hosts arranged our taxis from airport and back again next day. Excellent.

- Liesza (1/5): Bad - We booked the apartment not as tourists, but due to its vicinity to the Ygeia hospital as my husband had to undergo cancer surgery there. We extended the stay for 5 more nights, as we could not be sure when he would be able to leave the hospital. He was able to leave 3 nights earlier finally. Our request to refund the pay for the remaining nights or to find a solution for partial refund or keep the payment for the next stay (as my husband will have to undergo a 2nd surgery) was bluntly rejected. Greek people are known for their big hearts and the support they offer each other in difficult times. Its a pity to see, that the big heart seems to have been replaced by the wish for big wallets.

Although I only stayed for 2 nights, the facilities provided are suitable also for a longer stay. The modern design fits very nicely with the family character of the hotel. The owners are very discreet and, at the same time, very helpful with everything you need (information, transfer, etc.) -
