- Tricia (10/5): - The Jaslin hotel is a great deal for many reasons. The cost per night was great, the hotel is clean and staff are welcoming and helpful. While they do not have parking on site the parking available in Chinatown is convenient and CHEAP!!! It was a great place to stay for easy access to the water taxi, Rate field and Soldiers field.

In short, the gym needs a full assessment and a total makeover. Other than the gym, the Jaslin Hotel is a great place to stay.

The welcoming staff was a rule person that spelled out the hotel rules rather the hotel availability of service. My trash cans were full till I departed.

- Brandi (6/5): Clean average hotel - The hotel was average- I expected more for a 3 star hotel. Even though we were in Chinatown it felt like your average American hotel. They could have done so much more to embrace the feel of Chinatown. The staff was nice- just don’t call and ask for directions on how to get there using the L from midway. The rooms were clean but small, and towels were very rough feeling. Overall it was a nice experience in an average hotel.
- Charles (8/5): Its Not the Four Seasons But Its Fine - If you're going to be in the Chinatown area and don't expect a Four Seasons experience this place is fine. It was clean, it was comfortable but it was nothing fancy. You can walk to McCormick Place, but for most anything else, other than Chinatown, you'll probably need another mode of transportation besides legs.

Rarely know any information. The room smell dirty, with their old carpets. Anything you ask is charged extra. Even if they have a room available, empty they won’t let you in unless you pay the fee if is before 2pm, not even 15m earlier.

- Michael (4/5): - The location was nice. This is the 1st Hotel I've ever been to in 64 years that did not even have coffee in the lobby in the morning. Not even a cheap continental breakfast for guests. My wife would have like to a decaf coffee for the coffee pot in the room. They did not have any. The WIFI was very poor. It took at least 10 seconds to pull a web page on our phones. Not much coverage there from AT&T there either. had to stand at the window. The room safe was inoperable. It needed batteries. The battery cover was broken. I could not get the hotel to fix this for us so we could put our valuables in the safe while we were out of the hotel. I asked for a different room and even though rooms were available we were unable to get moved. There was a man outside of our Hotel in the morning wearing nothing but his shorts passed out on the sidewalk. I couldn't tell if he was beathing. For all I know he might have been dead. There is no parking there. You have to park a block away on a lot owned by someone else. If you cant scan a QR code and pay using your cell phone don't go there. Parking was just under $20 a day. I am handicapped and it took almost everything that I had in me to walk a long block to get to and from my car.

- Darleen (8/5): - Great stay that met our needs. No bells and whistles but clean and friendly staff. We were in town for a basketball tournament and it was an easy 15-20min walk away from hotel. Chinatown across the street made eating options easy, walgreens also across the street for other needs. Overall a good choice if you don't need a poil, hot tub, breakfast options, gym. Starbucks is next door too.

There a lot of good restaurants and shopping since it is in Chinatown. Some of the staff members were welcoming while others were not. The room was clean when arrived. There is not a lot of toiletries provided so prepare to bring your own.

- Sydney (6/5): - The staff was great, but it wasnt clear how to get in and out initially. There's no breakfast or kitchen. The elevator was making creaking noises and i couldnt verify the elevator service date - it looked like it said 2016! When we got to our floor, the 5th floor, the ice machine next to the elevator blows hot air as soon as you exit. Our room had a motel style ac unit under the ac and a thermostat on the wall. Neither worked and our room would not cool down past 78 degrees. The mini fridge clicked randomly, but I only needed it for one night so I just made do but I personally wouldnt come back. I may have just had a bad room but it hasn't the best for me personally.

- Monique (8/5): - This property is conveniently located to all of the places I was there for. It does not have parking. It does not have valet. There’s a parking structure a couple of blocks away. Now for the room… The toilet does not flush properly. The toilet had low pressure. The water would go down but not remove the waste. The front desk offered a plunger, but the toilet was not stopped up. Pressure issue. It would be a nice touch if they offered coffee in the lobby.
- Verified traveler (8/5): a nice stay - As per requested, front desk assigned me a quiet room on high floor. Room was a bit old but fairly clean, spacious and quiet. I had a roll-in shower bathroom which was spacious, but there was no barrier which led to water splashing all over the bathroom floor after shower. I feared that water might run into bedroom, but front desk assured me that it would not be my responsibility if it happened.
