• Manuel (1/5): - Close to the freeway Upon checking in the clerk (older Asian male) was rude and unwelcoming. As soon as I walked up to the window, he blurted out, "no more rooms". I replied that I have a reservation, and slid my ID under the window slot. He verified my information and slid the key card to me. Upon trying to open the door the key card wasn't working, so he had to come open the door manually with a regular key. He seemed bothered as if it was my fault that the key card didn't work. Once inside it reeked of cigarette smoke. I don't smoke and reserved non smoking room. Went to use the bathroom and there was absolutely no toilet paper anywhere! I had to go back to the office for a third time to ask for a roll of toilet paper. The room look dingy and unsanitary. The order of smoke was so pungent that after about an hour I couldn't take it anymore and had to leave.

• Robert (7/5): Friendly staff, comfortable room and decent parking - The room was pretty comfortable including the bed and bath. Also the staff was very friendly. I really would have liked an outlet near the bed to charge my phone. I had to plug it in by the TV and so get out of bed to check to time during the night.

• Gavidia (1/5): - The area has alot of drug addicts. Alot of sketchy people coming in and out of rooms. Cops driving the property. I ended up leaving and just drove home. And there was a dead roach in my bathroom
• Guinness (2/5): when I first walked in at 1am in the morning, it was hot and humid, it never changed - This is a place that was always reliable before. It has changed so much over the past few years… The AC didn’t work and the room was super hot and stuffy, it was so uncomfortable and gross. The room wouldn’t go under 81 degrees

• Geraldine (4/5): Vagabond Hacienda Heights never again - Light switches worked sometimes and sometimes not.. Carpet badly worn. Drab decor. At least it was quiet for sleeping.

• Sherly (1/5): If your rooms are going to be disgusting the stuff should at least be nice - Location Everything dirty i asked a none smoking room he said ok but the room smelled like some one was smoking there for 50 years disgusting the guy in the front desk so f rude threw my id at me just so rude but the guy in the morning at check out was different and nice

The first room he tried to put me in was super dirty and disgusting, crackheads everywhere but I did let him know I needed something cleaner. He gave me an upstairs room and it was 100xs cleaner. • Verified traveler (2/5): Nothing like the pictures. - First the front office staff was rude. The rooms are outdated and bedding sheets looked durty. Furniture ripped. Towels hard as a rock. Air conditioning was not working properly. They had a car air freshner clipped in the air conditioning.I have stayed in other Vagabond hotels in California. This one felt like you were staying in a motel.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The place was absolutely disgusting, diety, had little roaches on the bed. The shower had tons of mold,paint was coming off. The light in the bathroom did not work. The microwave and fridge were dirty. The whole place is run down and nasty.

Everyone is professional and efficient. It was such a fast and easy process to check in. Housekeeping service are friendly and professional as well! Vagabond Inn in Hacienda Heights is the place to stay!
• Shealyn (4/5): - Front desk staff was very snappy and I felt super uncomfortable, he gave us the wrong room from what I actually reserved which caused some problems. The bathroom door didnt lock or fully shut, but I mean for the price you get what you get.

• PATRICK (10/5): - I had to cancel my reservation last minute, so I called the hotel to notify them. I knew my reservation was nonrefundable, but the hotel staff advised me to call Expedia to inquire about a refund anyway. So I did and was issued a complete refund! That was totally unexpected and I appreciate the hotel staff for the advise! Thank you Vagabond Inn!!!
• Pranavi (2/5): - The images shown regarding the property is different from the place where we stay. It was not seems to be safe and terrible experience with other room people staying drinks sitting on stairs or standing in front of there room makes others uncomfortable. Room service is not bad but the room and cleanliness is not up to mark even the beds have stains and towels are not clean. Changed almost 3 rooms one doesn’t have proper power supply other do have items like Tv, telephone, mirror and microwave but doesn’t work. There is no choice for us as we found this after paying the money so we have to stay 3 nights in this hotel.

• Amy (2/5): - The room was nothing like the picture on the website. The room was filthy. Holes in the ceiling Lamp shades were dirty and stain. Headboard was torn Sink was not attached to the wall it was falling off the wall. Stains all over the floor.

• Cheyenne (7/5): It was very well, I woke up refreshed. Some mornings I didn’t want to go to work because I was so damn comfortable. Cl - It’s tucked away. Not a lot of traffic. Feels comfortable. I had no worries about having my work truck parked there There wasn’t anything there not to like . Maybe a bigger TV. Other than that I was able to work throughout the day and come back to a very decent place.
