- Madeha (10/5): - excellent hotel! the manager was super accommodating. he sent someone to get us after we got rocks thrown at us at a restaurant (this is not how algeria is don’t worry). he also arranged for us to stay a little longer since our flight was so late. very great and helpful staff. clean rooms.
- Benamar (10/5): Mérite un 5 Etoiles pour son accueil - Cela fait la 3 -ème ou 4 -ème fois que je séjourne dans cet Hôtel bien situé proche du tramway. En général j'étais satisfait mais pas plus, cette fois j'ai ressenti beaucoup plus, un grand changement à tous les niveaux ,il y a du avoir un changement dans la direction? Dès l'entrée je pense avoir été accueil par le directeur, qui à toute suite demander qu'on m'aide pour mes bagages, grand sourie à l'accueil, chambre prête avant l'heure d'arriver, personnel d'étage prévenant et agréable. Salle du petit déjeuné grand changement dans l'accueil, tenue impeccable, service impeccable, buffet complet et digne des standings en Europe. Pours mon départ idem même soins de la direction qui demande comment nous allons, si le séjour c'est bien passé et accompagnement par une navette à l'aéroport, excellent chauffeur. Je vais donc mettre cet hôtel dans mes favoris et le partagerais avec tous mes contacts sans aucune hésitation. J'ai occupé la chambre 802 avec une belle vue très lumineuse avec ce soleil.
- Francisco José (10/5): Estancia en el hotel - Lo mejor del hotel diría que son las habitaciones, la comodidad de las camas 5 estrellas y el servicio de restaurante tanto desayuno como las comidas, tiene el plus de contar con una piscina interior, un gimnasio de buena calidad y un bar tipo pub en el que puedes tomar alguna bebida bien preparada. Añado servicio de peluquería y servicio de masajes relajantes invidual o parejas

- Benamar (6/5): Hotel moyen pour un 4 étoile - Dans cet hotel suite a ma réservation chambre avec une literie moyenne, menage dans la salle de bain tres léger. Etat du bureau moyen et poussière, de la poussière sur labTv les fenêtres. Pas de taxi oblige devant l'hôtel et ceux du meme groupe obliger de marcher pour aller sur un grand axe

Mais jacuzzi et sauna ne fonctionnais pas dommage ! Sinon les personnes à l'écoute, 👌 super expérience je pourrais même revenir.

Finally, I had to rebook another hotel for stay. But when I asked for the refund of the booking, the hotel did not feedback to the confirmation from Orbitz. I will never select this hotel, never recommend my friends to select this hotel.

Además el personal se ha mostrado muy amable en todo momento. Cuando vuelva repetiremos el mismo porque nos hemos dado cuenta que es el que mejor se adapta a nuestras necesidades de ocio y trabajo.
