In a great location and very walkable to places. Breakfast was delicious and staff very pleasant to talk to. The cup in room was dirty, so didn’t use. Closet and drawers smelled very musty so did not use.

Sheets and bedding were great, but there were toothpaste spatters on the mirror - small things that made it feel less clean.

Chambre petite et salle de bain très petite. Pas de pression dans la douche, et exceptionnellement pas d'eau chaude suite à une panne électrique. Promiscuité avec la chambre d'en face, fenêtre ouverte, nous entendions le voisin ronfler. Nous aurions aimé être prévenu de la panne électrique avant 21h00, afin de trouver une autre location. La panne était connue depuis le matin... . La gestion du problème par la propriétaire n'a pas été très commerciale (la rentabilité est sa priorité). Pour 15 euros de plus, nous avons trouvé le lendemain à 400 mètres, un bien meilleur hébergement.

Le lit comfortable, ma petite chambre solo, la décoration dans toute la maison, la dame qui m’a reçue, la propreté, le quartier, m’asseoir sur le petit balcon le matin et entendre les oiseaux, les gens que j’y ai rencontré. Si je retourne à Lima j’y reprendrai une chambre. J’insisterai néanmoins pour une chambre au premier (ce que j’ai eu) plutôt qu’au rez-de-chaussée. L’ambiance y est plus jolie.

- John (9/5): Bohemian guest house - This is a great little guest house well suited to a couple of old hippies like ourselves. Breakfast was prepared fresh each morning and was excellent. the house is located in between central Barranco and Marifloris both of which are walkable. there are good local facilities with local shops, coffee shops and a variety of restaurants close by, although you may wish to take the walk down the promenade into central Barranco which is about 10 minutes away.

- Léa (10/5): Bonne communication, bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix - L’emplacement etait au top au sein de Barranco, l’un des meilleurs quartiers pour séjourner. La propriétaire a ete très réactive quant à notre heure d’arrivée après le retard de notre avion et nous a proposé le contact d’un taxi à un tarif correcte pour le chemin aéroport-logement. José le chauffeur de taxi a ete extrêmement sympathique et nous a donné plein d’infos sur Lima et a réalisé un Check’in rapide et efficace. Je recommande ce logement et ses propriétaires !
- Sandra (6/5): Overall a nice find in the heart of Barranco! - Really like the location and vibe of the place. The service was courteous and excellent. The rooms were large enough, neat and very clean. I loved the common areas where you can lounge, chat and meet the other guests. I cannot speak for the food because we chose to have breakfast outside, but we have used the kitchen, namely the refrigerator to hold our beverages. There are two kitchen and plenty space if you’d like to make yourself a meal. Internet worked well. We also had a very late arrival at 10pm at the airport. Casa Nuestra was kind to arrange a car to pick us up so late at night and come show us our rooms..it was close to midnight! We had two rooms: one upstairs and one downstairs. The upper was great! Specious and a Small bathroom but all renovated and clean. Unfortunately the room downstairs was a touch less then ideal. The room had a distinct odor which didn’t fade with or without open windows. It was probably coming for the sewer line. I think it can happen in a large city like Lima, so not a biggie for us, but perhaps next time I’d ask to have a room upstairs : )

Y todo está hecho con mucho cariño. Especial mención a Bercy la cual siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar y a hacernos sentir muy en casa y acogidos.

- Cal Lisi (10/5): Home away from home in Lima - We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. This house was so homey. I loved the decor in the common areas. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our hostesses, Versa and Carmen, were very kind and offered good recommendations. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and bars. The soap in the hand soap dispenser is for both hands and body. I would just suggest an extra dispenser to use for the shower.

- Claudia (8/5): - This place runs like a bed and breakfast. You don't really see the staff that works there but everyone is extremely kind. There isn't really a checking in situation. You just ring the bell and the woman that works the house lets you in and then you get a code to use for the keypad to the house and your own room for the rest of the stay. The area is extremely walkable and close to a lot of the best stuff in barranco. The space is super adorable though pretty small rooms for three people. Super affordable and really cute space. Recommend for someone that's just wanting a good home base for an excellent location. We walked home late most nights over the weekend we were there and felt safe. About 15 min walk to all the restaurants.

The made to order breakfast in the communal kitchen, was a plus! Just a little bit noisy in the room i was staying in. Since i was next to the living room. But it added to the homely atmosphere. Er is een leuke gedeelde ruimte en balkon om te chillen. De host Varci was geweldig, ze hielp ons om boekingen te maken en gaf ons tips voor Lima. Het ontbijt was heerlijk! The room itself looks original sufficiently equipped and there's a beautifull painting on the wall. There are 2 kitchens at each floor. In the 1st floor it's a big one that has everything that's needed to cook a good food. Verci made me feel so welcomed and at home. We had good conversations, she gave me good tips, was helpfull anytime. She's such a great persona to be in this business, felt like she's a mother taking care of everything. She's originally from a little village in the Amazon! Thanks for this experience, my first impression of the Peru btw.. The walls are not soundproof, prepare your earplugs if you're lightsleeper.
