mercy (10/5): comodo - totalmente diferente , es un hotel , pero como si fueran suites! la persona que nos atendio fue super amable en explicarnos la dinamica del hotel, estuvimos solo una noche, pero nos gusto mucho el concepto. como sugerencia, podria ser que despues de las 10 pm (que ya no hay recepcionista) se pusiera a un guardia en la entrada, ya que hay que ingresar un codigo en la puerta y la entrada esta un poquito oscura y en lo que sacas el celular para ver la clave me demore un poquito. Pero esto es como sugerencia, me agrado todo.

Lyne (8/5): - The staff was very helpful. The on-site parking was great. The bed was comfortable. Location was also close to lots of attractions in town. Suggest going over how to get in and out of the parking facility outside of regular hours during check-in. The hotel is on a busy road. The first night was very noisy so I used earplugs. The second night though was much quieter.

El alojamiento cuenta con cerraduras electronicas con código, me gusto no tener que ser responsable por ninguna llave, pero es extrano. Mucho ruido, no solo de la calle (al estar en una zona muy transitada) sino igual de las habitaciones contiguas. El baño (lavabo, ducha y taza de baño) tenian un escalón para poder acceder, para mi no fue problema, pero una persona mayor o con diferentes capacidades motrices podria tener problemas

Paredes con pintura vieja, el Closet es un mueble que no cierra. La habitación es pequeñita, quiza para una sola cama, tal vez. No hay espacio, ni espejo!!! La luz, fatal. Eramos 3 mujeres, en fin de año... tuvimos que arreglarnos con la luz del celular. La verdad las fotos que muestra la app no corresponden o me dieron una habitación que no corresponde.

Está a 4 calles del centro y muy cerca de diferentes atracciones. La ambientación es moderna. El baño no tiene privacidad, las escaleras muy estrechas, se escucha mucho ruido de un bar cercano.

Brenda (7/5): Great Value for a one night stay - The location is excellent and walkable to the central area of Orizaba. Plenty of hot water to shower at the end of a long ride or walk around town. The stairs. If you are challenged by stairs you will want to think twice about booking a stay here. We had to haul everything from our motorcycles from the parking garage up two flights just to reception and then another flight to our room. Also, to get into the bathroom in the room you had to step up onto a wood platform and then another big step onto the bathroom platform. Very challenging in the middle of the night bathroom visits.

No hay un buen mantenimiento, las sábanas manchadas, las toallas manchadas y transparentes. Ha ido a menos desde que me quedé la primera vez. La ciudad necesita hoteles y ellos se estan aprovechando. Pero eso no quita que la estadía sea confortable.
