Michael (6/5): - Consistent. I ordered breakfast with the order taker and never received my order. After 15 minutes or so, I asked her about my breakfast. She apologized and offered to order it for me again, but at that point it was too late. I had to leave for a meeting.

Dani (9/5): Sour check in. - Location, great things walking distance. Had a friction with staff in the am. I’ve stayed at this Brentwood location a LOT, like around 15? I don’t even know, maybe more. They have been accommodating my early check ins in every single one of them and that’s why I come back to this location. I’m aware is not guaranteed, but again this is Nashville, not Manhattan (where I also live). The new manager didn’t respond my questions, refused my early check in first attempt that I was OK with, came back at 11 am and tried again, said no again; tried again sitting in front of her; had an attitude with her ‘BRB sign’ she made sure I heard when she left reception. Your team knows me at this point, I come to this hotel all the time, never had problems with the other girl with the beautiful nails front desk. Once she was so sweet saying ‘I can’t check in anyone before 9-10’ which was totally understandable. I will give this hotel one last shot. I was ready to cancel my booking which she also said it was impossible; when I was already at the hotel in person, because of the attitude. I have no problems with her, even after days it happened, but Im a hostess as well who sets the tone for the stay, and this was the only time in years I had an issue. I was ready to book the other hotel next door because of this. I ended up checking in almost noon. Most of the time I don’t even spend the night. I was ok with any room, ‘upgrade or downgrade’ I said, I could care less, ‘NO rooms available’ ‘-Technically check ins are 3 pm…’ - I’m only at this location because of early check ins and the staff know me and I stayed MANY TIMES, check again. I am not a Hilton member and I don’t care about the status because I don’t need it. What I know is that I have been a client for years and build a relationship with THIS location. I apologized to her, she didn’t to me. She is new and said ‘never seen me there’ - quote. I also didn’t ask her name.

The staff is awesome, the room is clean, and the breakfast is good. It’s in a safe area and it’s still close to Nashville, as well as a great mall. I believe that the person who assisted me during the check in process was Mr. Cho and I wanted to say that he provided phenomenal service, as well as the 2 people who were working in the restaurant during breakfast. This hotel will continue to be our first choice. Thanks for another great stay!

HappyTraveler76 (10/5): Lovely and Convenient Hotel in Brentwood - As a solo female traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The front desk staff, especially Kendra, went above and beyond to make my stay even better. When I discovered an issue with the toilet running in my room, I called the front desk and Kendra immediately took care of it. She personally brought me a key to a nearby room, which I really appreciated — she didn’t have to do that, but it made a big difference after a very long day of driving, The room itself was beautifully appointed — modern and very clean. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had on the road in a while. It was the perfect spot to rest after a long drive. The shower door kept sliding open when I was showering - not a big deal - as I still had a wonderful shower. Also, this hotel provides a lot of towels!!! Usually, hotels limit towels - but this Hilton knows how to make a guest feel like a queen. I highly recommend this hotel—great location, fantastic service, and a wonderful place to relax! Finally, I just have to emphasize again how Kendra’s warm and personable service made me feel right at home—it was the perfect, much-needed welcome after a long day on the road. Please pass along my appreciation to her and treat her to a gift card for a nice lunch or dinner as a token of gratitude.

annedG5202MW (10/5): Great experience! - We had an awesome experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Brentwood. This was the second time staying there as we have family nearby. We try to stay at Hilton Garden Inns when we travel or for my work, so I’ve stayed at quite a few across the country. This is the nicest one I’ve stayed at. It’s quiet, the employees are kind and helpful, and they even had cookies and something delicious to drink in the lobby. We stay in Brentwood quite a bit and will always stay here. Thanks for an awesome stay!

dunwoodywoman (4/5): Not worth the price…go somewhere else - First off, they charge $10 to even park in the street as well as their parking lot….how is that even legal? When we got there and checked in, we got on the elevator and it got stuck with us in it so that was the beginning. After 10 minutes we got out due to the emergency button and switched to our room. No discounts or customer care here which would have been appreciated. Would have been nice to receive a free breakfast tickets? But no… I noticed how dirty and dated that ugly hall carpet was and it’s worse than when we stayed there 6 years ago. We got up to eat breakfast which used to be no charge and got gouged on that at over $12.00 each. We stayed one night and left the next morning to visit family in the area as we used to live there and have stayed in other hotels in Maryland Farms which were comparable and had free parking and breakfast. No….won’t stay there again due to noisy rooms with people slamming doors at 5:30 am leaving. Maybe need signs on the hallways or rooms to remind the inconsiderate folks staying there. I don’t like to be gouged when I’m paying almost $200.00 a night with includes taxes so will stay somewhere else. Long time Hilton member here..go somewhere else.

Suprised that this location is starting to harge $10 a night for parking...we parked in the public street free spaces in front of the hotel...how can they charge for that?! Ridiculous! The rest of the parking is combined hotel, businesses and retail...how can they charge for those either!? Nothing but a money grab by Hilton! Other than the above, safe area, quiet at night, retail is conveniently close, but not right on top of the hotel...

One definite plus was that our accessible room had a bench in the shower which is the first time we have encountered this in a hotel. Definitely good safety feature in addition to the safety rails. One drawback was that the shampoo, conditioner etc were attached to the wall behind the bench and were thus awkward to reach. Muzette in the restaurant was friendly and attentive to her customers. She is an asset to your business. The hotel is readily accessible to 65.
