Jose (7/5): Beautiful place but lacking the stress-free onsen experience and details - Beautiful gardens, rooms and outdoor baths Lack of care for the small but important details. Stressful buffet dinner and breakfast experience taking away from the ideal stress-free onsen experience. We’ve been to plenty of onsen and ryokan, and this was the most stressful dinner and breakfast arrangement, with too many people arriving at the same time, creating huge queues to get your food or even to look at what was available. This was off-season and nowhere at full capacity; I can’t imagine how this would be at its peak. I would recommend the management team create more slots for arriving at dinner and breakfast to avoid so many people joining at the same time and to recommend better times.
Sachie (10/5): - 施設の古さは否めないけれども、それを感じさせないくらい、掃除が行き届いていました。そして、スタッフの方がにこやかに声をかけてくださり、気持ちの良い宿です。バイキングもスタッフの方々が細かな心配り、気配りで汚れたら綺麗にしたり、トングやスプーンなど交換したりしていて、安心して気持ちよく、食べることができました。料理長も挨拶に来てくださり、感激しました。湯上がりに飲み物、アルコールが飲み放題。天気が悪かったが、その分、早く宿に行き、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。また、ぜひ訪れたい宿です。
Yumiko (7/5): - 部屋は広く使えてよかった。景色もよかった。延長コードは役に立った。食事のスタッフが各テーブルを回って挨拶されてたのは好感が持てた。テーブルが剥げかかっていて、手に黒いものが付着した。もともと不揃いな点描等がすごく苦手なため、手を見た瞬間の気持ち悪さがたまらなかった。新しいものと変えるか塗り直したほうがいいと思う。バスタオルとタオルに加えて室内で顔を洗ったりした時用にタオルがもう1枚あったらよかった。

Marina (10/5): Increíble - Fue increíble, Japón auténtico. Elegimos una habitación que era típica con futón en vez de camas occidentales, y en el hotel te prestaban kimonos (gratis) para poder ir por las instalaciones con él. Fuimos también al baño termal privado, en el que pudimos ir mi novio y yo juntos (ya que los públicos no son mixtos), y fue una gran experiencia :D El buffet tanto del desayuno como de la cena muy completo y muy bueno

Although I had some concerns about buffet-style dining, we were blown away by the quality, diversity and quantity of fantastic food. This was not clearly like any buffet I have ever known back home! Everything was perfect!

Hysieng (10/5): An amazing stay! - I liked everything! It was such a nice hotel, the room was really spacious, if only we had more time, I would've loved to stay longer! The place had a beautiful garden and an outside onsen. Facilities were great! They literally had everything you'll need to relax. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. They had a buffet style food in the food hall. There's a lot of choices, but I don't think it tasted as good as it looked.

KAZUMI (8/5): - 元旦の宿泊だったので周辺の施設は殆どが閉まっており三佛寺の投入堂にも登れませんでしたが、ホテルではゆっくり出来ました。部屋が広くて静かでした。バイキング式のレストランでは料理長がテーブルを廻って挨拶をしてくださいました。高級料理ではありませんが量は充分で美味しくいただきました。お正月にしてはコスパがかなり良いと思います。

Alicia (2/5): Very poor - Targeted at local Japanese extended families. The room itself has little facilities; just a huge empty toom with a relatively ok view; the only plus side was that it was large enough to fit many people (good for big families). However the building was old and it showed; bathroom was small and old. Given that I paid almost 300sgd plus per person for a night it left much to be desired. There was little flexibility in terms of preparing a bento when needed to leave early. No service to speak of besides staff offering to take a photo unprpted at dinner. The buffet though a large selection did not have many well cooked dishes. Mostly seemed for mass crowd. The translated signs had a few glaring mistranslations and not much explanation of facilities and the parking attendent did not even try to help once he found out there was a language barrier. If I did not pay so much to stay.... This might have been acceptable but the price point was entirely not worth it and will not be repurchasing.

tsuyoshi (10/5): シャワーの水圧と激励 - 大浴場のシャワーは、水圧の強いのと、水圧がそれほど強くない物があり、好みに応じて、カランを動く必要があります。しかし、温泉もサービスも非常に良い温泉旅館だと思います。昨今の世情の中、頑張っていらっしゃると思うので、スタッフの皆様にも健康に留意して頂きたいです。また機会があれば、利用したいと思っています。

Toby (10/5): Everything you could want for a relaxing stay - I was looking for a really relaxing stay in Misasa and this hotel did not disappoint! There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. The hot spring baths are enormous and provide ample opportunity for bathing both indoors and in outside pools. The food was sumptuous and the staff incredibly friendly. This hotel may lack the river views of other hotels in Misasa, but that mattered little as the centre of the town is only a short walk away, while the stay is equally luxurious at a more affordable price. I highly recommend a stay here.
