KAI (5/5): 現地の従業員と食事は非常によいが、、、 - 料理の内容は非常に良かった。従業員の対応は良い。設備がかなり古い。問い合わせが全国共通のコールセンターのため詳細がわからなかった。また、音声案内が長く無駄に通話料がかかった。チェックイン時点で食事の時間が遅い時間しか選べない。駐車場の位置が遠い。わかりづらい。

kazuyo (9/5): 温泉も食事も眺望も最高です - 夜も朝もバイキングでしたが、予想以上の豪華さでした。ライブキッチンのステーキやフレンチトーストに感激しました。部屋からの眺望が素晴らしかったし、部屋も広くて清潔でした。フロントで周辺のイベント案内をいただけたおかげで花火も見れました。競技の大会で宿泊しましたが、温泉でゆっくり疲れを癒すことができました。また利用したいです。清潔で良かったのですが、建物自体がふるく、部屋のお風呂やトイレが窮屈に感じました。大浴場があるので部屋のお風呂は使用しませんでした。思い切って、ユニットバスではなくトイレと洗面だけに改装されてもいいのでは？と個人的には思いました。

Nagai (7/5): スタッフの対応がすばらしいです - スタッフの方々の対応は気がきいていて丁寧でとても良かったです。宿泊する少し前に、お風呂と夕食だけを大江戸温泉全体のホームページから追加で1名チャットで申し込んだのですが、「かいけ」のほうに、Booking.com から申し込んでいた私たちと同じグループの者であることをすぐにしっかりと伝えてくださり、とても助かりました。食事の内容はお値段相応と思います。バイキングスタイルで調節できるのは助かりました。浴衣が選べるのは良かったです。子供も喜んでいました。館内の施設は色々古いですが、卓球やカラオケなど追加料金なしで使えて、子どもたちも楽しんでいました。お湯は良いのですが、お風呂が全体的に古いです。シャワーの水栓が壊れているところがありました。
