• julian (10/5): appreciating hospitality - There is a very attractive manager. She was very friendly and always appeared with us. She gave us a very warm welcome and a very good introduction. Her name is Udumbara and she is a very beautiful and attractive girl who suits her name. Because of her, it seems that the hotel does not have any shortcomings. Even though it says there is a restaurant, the service is very confusing.

She gave us a very warm welcome and seemed to be running the hotel on her own, managing everything very nicely. Facilities are very poor.

Good space Lovely shower with good temperature or pressure Staff were attentive and helpful - our room was set out only for one person (there were two of us), but this was our fault as we changed rooms on arrival (we accidentally booked without aircon). The staff immediately came with extras and sorted everything out immediately! Great air con! Advertised as restaurant, but no restaurant. Very questionable pool - would not risk it. Advertised as wifi in room, but there was not. Mattress & pillows were not overly comfy.

• Krutstrom (4/5): Slitet hotell med fint läge - Hjälpsam personal (vilket behövdes). Slitet och nedgånget hotell i stort behov av renovering. AC saknades. Ofräscht badrum. Badrumsdörren gick i baklås. Vi hade superior room där det enda positiva var utsikten. Platta sängkuddar och endast 1 handduk.

• julian (10/5): ⭐ Good service and friendly staff in Kandy city. - I had a pleasant stay in Kandy city. The lady manager was very supportive and friendly. She explained everything kindly and always spoke very happily. She introduced the hotel and the places in Kandy city very well. I felt very comfortable because the staff were always polite and welcoming. However, there were a few small issues. The mushrooms served were a little watery, and the pillow was a bit small and not very comfortable.

Överkastet gav mig utslag. Den fick använda som täcke. Den var nog inte byt på länge. När jag påpekade då sa de att dem byter sängkläder varje dag. Mina sängkläder var smutsiga.

Mohli jsme mít jakýkoli dotaz a prosbu a on nám vše zařídil. nemuseli jsme se o nic starat a jenom jsme si užívali nádherné výhledy z pokoje. Snídaně byla opravdu výborná a dělaná před vašima očima. Děkujeme vám mockrát za tuto příležitost. Určitě bychom se sem někdy rádi vrátili.

• Sathees (1/5): Not recommended to anyone. It is not a hotel and the photos in booking.com are better than reality. - Nothing Booked and confirmed by email. But when we arrived the owner said he did not look at Booking.com and gave our rooms to others. We were given different rooms with higher price. Rooms are dusty, smell of urine. Hot water only comes out for 2 minutes, then it's cold water. Room doors and bath room doors are going to break anytime soon with rusty locks. The 'hotel' (it was anything but a hotel) staff couldn't even be bothered to clean the washroom properly. The room didn't even look clean as a dirty, used towel was left on the bed which was absolutely horrible. The walls of the shower and bathroom were all cracked and it looked disgusting. Dressing table is very dusty and very old. Also, our room was very dim as there was only 1 working bulb. There was another light in the room but it did not have a bulb at all! Furthermore, we asked for the quiet room, but we could hear the people in the next room talking. How is this meant to be a quiet room?? The next problem was the plug sockets: there were only 2 in the whole room and 1 of them didn't even work. When we put our charger in the other socket, it came out! Eventually, this socket worked at least. Swimming pool looks like an algae grown green pond. If we swim here, we would easily get atypical pneumonia. Reception desk is very bad and receptionist don't know English. When we paid cash, we asked for the receipt for confirmation. They were searching for a receipt book for a while and running up and down. Finally, he got the receipt book, but he doesn't know what to write. We told him what to write and payment. We told him how to spell 'paid', for him to write the receipt. They also took our ID card. When we asked him next day morning, he was searching and gave us other people's driving licences. Complete waste of money and risk of infections!!!

The place is calm and easily accessible from the center, located on a hillside. The view from the room is amazing, perfect for creating an aesthetic vibe on rainy days or at night. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the room and facilities, including a hot water shower, were great. Overall, it was definitely worth the price.

Our stay was comfortable & enjoyable. Good location and friendly staff. The bathroom needs minor upgration, though. Still, it was very neat & clean. Overall, our experience was really great with this hotel and the staff. This place provides great value for money. You won't regret staying here.

• Benabdallah (6/5): Cheerful Staff - There were some damp in the rooms unfortunately. But the staff was very helpful and nice. The sheets and bathroom were clean. There is a nice terrace where you can have breakfast. The hotel is located on a hill but it is close to the center. Overall, for one night it is not bad. The rooms need to be restored and repainted.
