The hotel is infront of a main road which is sometimes noisy but accessible to attractions areas by using transport. U can find some restaurants, mosque, street food and minimart within walking distance (100m to 300m). Most important our room were cleaned daily. Good job to the housekeeping department Mr Aep and Mr Iman for making the room clean, thank you.

• Mhd Raihan (7/5): - Overall cleanliness and helpful staff. Breakfast have a nice spread but not tasty. The sound of the choked water pipes is irritating. It is loud and kept us awake whenever someone uses the toilet.
• Santiago (7/5): Good for short and long stays - Good location and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was quite comfy. Breakfast had a lot of options. The wall are quite thin, so you can hear all of your neighbours. This is specially annoying during weekends when families with children populate the hotel. Also, the key card for the room sometimes decides to stop working, and you have to go down to the reception to fix it. It happened two or three times during my stay and it becomes annoying.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with warm smiles and quick service. Breakfast had a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy yet stylish, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. And I’m so happy that i had a great service from Ms. Raisya.

• molita (9/5): Sangat nyaman - Di pusat kota. Dekat dengan pusat kuliner dan tempat jalan2 lainnya. Sofa dan kursi kursi di lobby dan juga tempat tidur di kamar sangat nyaman. Suka banget. Sehingga ketika saya datang dan tidak bisa langsung masuk ke kamar karena kamar masih dalam persiapan padahal sudah waktu check in, ga masalah. Yang perku diperbaiki, mohon agar waktu check in di jaga sehingga tamu yang berikutnya tidak perlu menunggu padahal sudah saatnya check in. Walaupun buat saya bukan masalah besar, tapi ceritanya bisa lain buat tamu yang butuh istirahat segera. Terima kasih Nexa Mercure. In syaa Allah besok2 ke sini lagi. Warna di lobby hotel. Bukan jelek, hanya perpaduan warnanya bukan selera saya . Tapi kan memang kalo ga salah itu brand colors nya Mercure Group ya. Personally, saya lebih suka warna hotel Nexa yang dulu sebelum ada tambahan nama Mercure, yang didominasi dengan warna abu2 dan putih. Kesannya adem, elegan. Menurut saya ya.

• firstavina (10/5): The coziness, friendliness, and deliciousness of hotel at its best - Stayed here for 11 days, and it feels like a second home for me. Cozy place, delicious breakfast, incredible view, most friendly staffs, ever. Thank you to the loveliest housekeeping personnel at 9th floor, Neng Tia, for the fun conversation every day. And also thank you to restaurant personnels: Neng Rani (Catherine), also the omelete+sausage chef, and pastry girl (sorry, I didn't ask their names 😵‍💫) for their best service on every breakfast time. This was easily the most enjoyable breakfast in hotel I ever had in long time. Overall, the most pleasant stay in hotel for me. 🌹🌹 In shaa Allah, will return again one day for more me-time here 😁👍🥳

• K5521VZnassera (10/5): Exceptional Services - This hotel in Bandung made me feel that I am with my family. Especially, Mr. Yana in the restaurant. A lovely smiling person who saves no effort to please his guests. Although my international taste is out of the typical daily menue, Mr. Yana goes of of his way to make the experience memorable. In the attached photo, I had a chat with him about a dish called (shakshoola) which is made of eggs and is common in my home country. He surprised few minutes later by bringing it over to my table. He searched the internet and learned how to prepare it and 😀😀😀 By the way, Mr. Yana exemplifies the hotel culture. Everyone one is guest-focused. But Mr. Yana is in a world by his own.

• Fatmawati (7/5): Short trip to Bandung - Location is great, close to the destinations we want to go. The receptionist and staff are really helpful during the check in. Facilities are really good, indoor swimming pool, fitness center. The rooms have decent size and space, especially to put our luggage. Variety of breakfast is quite a lot and there are different options from day 1 and day 2 we were there. We noticed the staff during breakfast mostly are young, we assume they are probably interns. They are really friendly. However, we could sense they are sometimes confused, especially on the egg corner. I understand that it was quite busy, so they asked more than twice which type of eggs we want to have. Unfortunately, they still prepared more than what we ordered, i hope the eggs won't go to waste... The other example is a young gentlemen who help to clean the table. We choose the used table with the utensils and plates were still on the table. We asked him to clean, then we started to get food. When we were back at the table, there were quite some crumbles and food pieces still on the table. I decided to clean it using wet wipes I have. In summary, having the young staff for real life training is really good for their career ahead, but I would like to recommend the management to provide supervisions for them. Some guests might be in a hurry and such thing could result in bad impression.

• 60denim (8/5): Good services! - We had breakfast twice during our family stay at the hotel, and on both occasions, we were warmly served by Raisya from the F&B team. Her friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience. Raisya was not only helpful, but also showed great initiative in making sure our family, especially the kids, were comfortable and well taken care of. Her consistent service and positive attitude stood out both times. Thank you, Raisya, for your excellent hospitality—you're a true asset to the team!
• DrDouglas1971 (2/5): Were we staying a different hotel from all the positive reviews on here...? - I keep checking to make sure I wasn’t staying at another Mercure in Bandung as so many reviews on here are glowing; full of welcoming charm and praising the great rooms etc. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can think of that was positive about our stay. Check-in was surly and at times the gentlemen checking us in, bordered on rude. Luckily my partner is Indonesian and so could fully understand what was being said! We had booked the highest category of room, well, suite and it was so unwelcoming; dark, dank and dirty. You simply wouldn’t want to sit on the stained sofa, lights didn’t work and others were flickering badly, which is never a good sign. There were no hand towels, no bottled water etc…. The suite, especially the bathroom was very dated. Funnily enough they don’t show a picture of the suite on the website, but as the rooms a category below had been updated we assumed the suites would have received the same treatment - obviously not! I have also never seen in an Accor property a price list showing how much you would pay if a tea spoon goes missing! The upgraded amenities for the suite didn’t appear. You will also see from my picture that the bottom sheet was simply too small for the bed and so stopped 1/2 way down. There is also no sound proofing and so I was rudely awoken at 0400 by a child screaming at the top of its lungs from the room next door. This continued for hours… I appreciate most people don’t need an iron or ironing board when staying here, but I do like to be crumple-free and so politely requested one. What we received was a downright dangerous iron with bare wires and a dirty cloth to iron on. This perfectly sums up this property. At the time we were Gold status with Accor and so entitled to enhanced free drinks but the staff simply said “No”. I even showed them the conditions of the perk, and they proceeded to take a pic of this but still no drinks were offered. The staff were completely uninterested and unhelpful throughout. It was a relief to get in our Grab and head to the station, where our panoramic train awaited.

Especially when you bring kids, this place has a playground in the lobby hotel.
