• Makoto (8/5): - 価格を考慮すれば十分なquality。Mactan new town へのアクセスがよく、必要なものは何でも手に入るし、ビーチ（有料）やレストランも近くにある。また、隣のマッサージ屋さんが信じられないくらい安い。部屋への出張で全身の施術をお願いしたが、1時間半のオイルマッサージで800ペソだった。すごく丁寧で気持ちよく、毎日でもお願いしたい。 問題点として 1) room key が旧来のタイプなので、外出のたびに冷蔵庫の電源が切れるので氷などの保存は難あり。 2) トイレとシャワーの床が段差なく連続しているため、シャワーのたびにトイレの足元まで水浸しになる。（慣れれば上手に対応できる） くらいかな。次回も是非長期で利用したい。おススメでです💛

Very affordable price, room was just fine but Aircon location just besides bed causing morning stuck nose, and anyway, it's noisy window type of unit. Service is friendly, swimming pool is very nice. This will be just fine for a one night stop over in Mactan.

• Gregory (6/5): You get what you pay for - My wife and I had a good stay here. The check-in/check-out process was great. The staff was amazing and always helped out when we had questions or needed to schedule something to do. The room was ok. It was nice having the AC and kitchenette. The bathroom was smaller than expected and looked a little older, but it worked well and they did a good job at cleaning it each day. The location was really the point that makes it a hit or miss. It's nice being across the street from a mall and many food places, but it also means it's very busy and the noise carries through the rooms. We got woken up early one morning to a neighbor playing their music very loudly that even the noise of the AC couldn't mask it. It happened everyday but only one of them was early enough to actually bother us from our sleep. And one night I was about to fall asleep before waking up to fireworks going off right by us. We definitely liked our stay and if you are looking for a short term place to stay then this is a good one. We also wish we would have realized there was a terrace at the top you could go to on our last day there, and that would have been pleasant to enjoy in the evenings. But if you're staying in the city for more than a few days, I would suggest getting somewhere more cozy, away from the busy road, and has more amenities from the hotel.
• KAZUMI (8/5): - 2泊の利用。 リゾートホテルではないので、自分では背伸びせずに気楽に過ごせて、地元の雰囲気を味わえるホテル。長期滞在も立地的にいい。 ドライヤー、ティッシュ、リンス、は無し。 ハンガーは取り外せないタイプのみ。 タオルはバスタオル2枚と足ふきマット1枚 食器、カトラリー、ケトル、コーヒー、冷蔵庫 シャンプー、石けんあり トイレットペーパーは巻数が少ないから何度も補充を頼む必要あり ルームクリーニングは2日に1回 タオル類は無料で交換してくれる エアコン、冷蔵庫はちゃんと効くけど、部屋を出ると電気類は止まるみたいかも、、、もしアイスとか入れてたら？ ドライヤーはフロントに言ってもレンタルもない シャワーはギリぬるま湯 部屋の匂いなし 虫いなかった シーツもキレイだった エレベーター有り 大通りに面してるから、クラクションや車の行き交う音、人の声、音楽はやむを得ない 目の前にMetroや飲食店、路面店そしてThirstyがあり、ホテル周りだけで不便なかった 歩いて10分位にスタバもある 15分歩けばラプラプ像に会える 因みにホテルからラプラプ像までのバイクは50ペソ。 何よりこのホテルの2階のマッサージ店ヌアッタイが素晴らしかった!!50〜100ペソ上乗せで部屋で受けることも可能。 1階にはサロンがありマニュキア、ペディキュアもできた。 朝食は以前は決まったプレートを部屋に持ってきてもらえたような口コミもあったけど、今はフロントを出てすぐ左の店で朝7:00〜のスタイルだった フロント以外のスタッフ達は皆フレンドリーで、オススメの店を教えてくれたり、サロンの予約調整に付き合ってくれた。 価格と立地、設備を考えればコスパ最高!!機会があれば次回も利用候補。

Great service and quick check in. Room good size and clean. Bed is hard, which is typical for the Philippines. Doesn’t have separate shower-wet bathroom. Toilet seat broken. Included breakfast is okay and delivered to room if desired. About 20 minutes from the airport. 350 peso taxi ride. All in all all a good choice for a short stay.

They're incredibly nice, they helped me organize a surprise for my husband's birthday and it was sooooooo great, they are just lovely. They also offered us the van to go to the airport. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely come back here!!! ( and the restaurant is very good too and affordable)

• manos2016 (2/5): Worse two star hotel ever heard, or stayed in - Terrible hotel do not stay there, it’s not worth the $40 dollar a night . never heard in my life that a hotel will charge you for an extra towel when they had only two medium size yellow towel, not even clean. You could check my picture. The shower is a joke connected to the toilet seat . You can only get one key for the room per the front desk. This is the rules. I don’t think the manager has a decency to change these rules . On check-in, they ask you about your breakfast for the next day .

Not sure if it’s always an issue but workers outside were working on the sewer drain and the smell was awful by the road just outside the hotel.

• Catherine (2/5): Go somewhere else - Room was clean, spacious, with refrigerator, hot water kettle and eating utensils. Shower was directly beside the commode, with no hot water. Electricity on and off with blackouts. Wifi was poor. No flat iron for borrowing or for rent. No hairdryer despite listed in their website that each room has. Service in the reception and adjoining restaurant were terrible. Upon checking in, receptionist asked for choice of breakfast, gave my choices for next 2 days and told them I would be dropping by restaurant. Next day, went to the restaurant at 7:15 am, only to be told that the front desk did not notify them of my order and breakfast will be prepared in 20-30 min and brought to my room. 40 minutes later, still no sign of breakfast. Called reception, who connected me to restaurant, server oblivious, told me that they would cook breakfast - this was at 9:20 am. I called front desk to air my complaint and was told that they relayed my order to which I said restaurant said the front desk didn't relay my order to them, the receptionist was argumentative even though the fault was hers, both front desk nor the server in the restaurant did not even apologize. Poor customer service, expect the staff to talk back even though its their fault, trying to put the blame on the customer.
• O6609IKcatherinec (2/5): Go somewhere else - Terrible front desk and restaurant service. Upon checking in, was asked by receptionist for my breakfast order the following day, gave order x 2 days. Following morning, went to the restaurant, receptionist did not relay my order, was told they will prepare breakfast in 20 min and send to my room. 40 min later, called reception who connected me to restaurant, server oblivious, she said they will cook breakfast for 20-30 min. Called reception which had the gall to say that she relayed my order, not even apologetic. No flat iron for rent, asked twice, only to be told they had none - had to go to convention with my suit and clothes crumpled. No hair dryer in the room, even if stated in their website that they had.

If you do want beaches and nightlife then I would find a place on Panglao as that is where the majority of resorts and restaurants are catering to tourist

• karininsingapore (4/5): Okay for price but could use some improvements - Hotel Sébastien is located in a central location with easy access to some nice food and drink options. Staff is nice and rooms are clean. They offer different types of breakfast from the place next door. They serve it at your room whenever you want. Tho the breakfast was always cold and kinda soggy due to the plastic wrap. The fruit seemed old and also tasted bad. One time we didn’t receive our drinks and they stopped giving us jam/butter because we didn’t use it for one morning. No idea why. Also the toilet kept clogging. Super embarrassing to tell them that the toilet is clogged not once but twice! They solved it, no problem. They just need to fix some stuff around. Also WiFi was not great. All in all a decent budget option on Mactan.
• elenakV6969UD (8/5): Nice hotel near the airport - We used the hotel for a layover as we arrived in Cebu in the nood and left for Siargao the next morning. The hotel is nice and the staff very friendly and helpful! The room was also very clean. The hotel serves your choice of breakfast (american, asian, continental or vegetarian) to your room. The hotel is in a good location when it comes to a layover (as we had) but we won’t stay there for a vacation as you couldn’t do a lot and the neighborhood is not really nice...

• aya (8/5): - 空港から車で20分ほどで立地も良かったです。ただ、通勤ラッシュの朝7時から10時と夜17時から22時くらいまでは道路がかなり混みます。到着してホテルに向かう時がその時間に被ってしまい1時間くらいかかりました。タクシードライバーも日曜と祝日以外は毎日混むと言ってたのでスケジュールは余裕を持たせた方が良いかもしれません。 近くにフィリピンで有名なジョリビーとセブンイレブン、マック、ドラックストア、スーパーがあったので便利でした。 色々なサイトを見てこのホテルに決めたのですが、期待していた割には少し微妙でした。 ホテルスタッフの方々はとても皆さん良い方でとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。 初めてのフィリピン旅行だったのですが、色々教えてくれたりサービスもよかったです。 サービスの面は旅行初心者の方にもぜひオススメしたいです。 ただ清潔感とシャワーの水量、エアコンが私は気になってしまいました。 ホテル全体が少し歴史のある感じなので、若干汚れているのと他の部屋は分かりませんがシャワーの水量はかなり少ないのでいつもの1.5倍くらい時間がかかりました。また、温度調節ができないので少し冷たかったです。 エアコンは冷たい風が出るだけで、ドライモードがないのでかなり部屋がじめじめしてしまいました。 清潔感よりも立地やコストを優先する方に合うと思います。 無料の朝食も付いており、出かけて帰ってきたときに次の日の朝食をお願いしていました。 朝は6時以降の好きな時間にに部屋に運んできてくれます。 写真を見せてくれて9種類から選べました。 ソーセージとコーンビーフを食べましたが、まずくはなかったです。コーンビーフは見た目が少しグロかったですがお腹も壊さなかったので大丈夫でした！ 部屋には瓶開けがないので、フロントの方に頼むと開けて持ってきてくれます。 どこかのサイトでも見たのですが、道路側の部屋はたしかにうるさかったです。 現地の方はなんのためらいもなくクラクションを鳴らしまくるので、夜中も音が鳴ってました。 また協会が近くにあり、毎朝5時くらいにかなりの音量の音楽が流れるので目が覚めてしまいました。 ゆっくり寝たい方は耳栓があった方がいいと思います。 このホテルは総合的にサービス面がとてもオススメです。
• thelauramatias888 (8/5): Will stay here again :) - Stayed in here for 2 weeks for a business trip. The room is clean, AC worked well, TV has cable and the staff cleans the rooms regularly. It is near Mactan Newtown where our office is located so going to work was a breeze. Asked for Php1,000 deposit which they gave back to me upon checkout. 2 things need improvement; the wifi, as I have to stay near the door for me to stay connected, but still not good. The food; the selection was really small. By the 6th day, I've grown tired of the food and decided to not take advantage of the free breakfast. All in all, I'd stay here again cos I was able to sleep well, which rarely happens to me when I don't stay at home.

The room comes with a small dining table, a gas stove and some kitchen wares. Also has a laundry room. For breakfast, your order it in advanced and delivered to your room in the morning.

• jgntang (8/5): Excellent Customer Service - Room's AC is very good; appliances are good as new; staff very accommodating but the comfort rooms specially the bath rooms needs an upgrade...water from the shower would spill all over the place while one is taking a bath; likewise, pls provide rubber mats to prevent the customers from slipping. Food in the accredited restaurant can serve better dishes and hopefully, hot ones too. Cebuanos are one of the most hospitable people...thank you for the lovely experience. Will definitely go back and hope to see and experience the suggestions aforementioned.

• Lukeysarbear (6/5): Handy enough but nothing amazing - Nice enough room with OK AC. TV had a few channels in English. Technically there is a kitchenette but it had one glass in it so not the most practical. There are a couple of restaurants nearby (including McDonald's) and a 7-11 with an Atm next to it. Breakfast was poor, just about warm coffee and clingfilmed food which had no doubt been made a while ago and left to steam in its wrapping. Hotel is handy for the airport and has WiFi, staff were friendly enough.. I wouldn't want to stay here long, or on holiday but it's a reasonable bolt hole.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing service - Absolutely amazing team working here. They knew my name from check in And used it to greet me every day. Always trying to help make your stay pleasant. Easy and safe walk (solo female traveler) to Mactan alfresco, 711, grocery store, etc. I was here to dive and the room had all I needed.

They charge extra if there is any kind of soil marks are left on linens or sheets. Make me feel as if I must rent the room and not inhabit it for the fear something will get dirty and I will be charged extra

• KAORI (8/5): これがエキストラベット？ - 大人3人で予約していましたが、チェックインの際に把握できてなかったみたいで困惑されていました。予約時は、キングベット＋エキストラベットと記載され、エキストラベットの追加料金も払いましたが、急遽、マットレスを地べたに敷いたものでした。3人の予約なのに2人と思っていた点、エキストラベットがマットレスを地べたに敷いたもので済まされたことに不満がありました。また、シャワーとトイレが隣同士にあるので、トイレがびしょ濡れになります。シャワーも古く、固定できないので使いにくかったです。 今回の旅行では、ホテルでゆっくり滞在する時間がないので、寝れたら良いくらいに思っていましたが、少し残念に思います。 また、大通りに面しているからなのか深夜と早朝の騒音が気になりました。 この点以外は、良かったと思います。従業員の方々はとても親切だし、徒歩3分くらいの場所にマーケットやレストラン、カフェがあり便利でした。 ホテルでの快適さを求めない方、宿泊費を安く抑えたい方には向いてるかもしれません。

• MASAO (8/5): おすすめです‼︎ - 2018/12/29～2019/1/2まで滞在。世界各国のリゾートからゲストハウスまで色々なホテルに滞在しましたが、こちらはかなりオススメです！！ 立地→空港からタクシーで約20分。比較的わかりやすい場所のようで、タクシーも迷わず一発でたどり着けました。徒歩５分のところに、マクタンニュータウンという場所があります。24時間営業のセブンイレブンとマックがあります。あと、24時間営業ではないですが、きれい目な地元のスーパーと日本食レストラン、カフェもあります。 受付の方→日本語ペラペラではありませんが、片言の日本語と英語で感じよく対応してくれます。また、チェックアウト後も、快くスーツケースを預かってくれました(無料 )。お部屋→広いです！ミニキッチンに冷蔵庫、二人がけのダイニングテーブルがあります。また、ミニベランダもおり、洗濯ヒモをはって、水着を干せるスペースもあります。スーツケースをバーンと広げるスペースもあります。 トイレバス→ウォシュレットはないので、横についてるトイレ用シャワーで代替えできます。シャワーは、お湯はでますが、水量は少ないです。取り外しは可能です。タオルはふわふわでよい匂いもします。 電力もしっかりしていて、ヘアアイロンもちゃんと熱々になります。ただ、ドライヤーは備え付けではありません。１日100ペソで貸してくれます。受付の方にお願いすると、部屋まで届けてくれます。連泊しましたが、毎回掃除も行き届いており、気持ちよく利用することができました。セブに行くときにはまた利用したいです！

My room was on the 4th Floor...large room. 416 I felt very comfortable staying at Sebastien Hotel...Breakfast was included...in the nightly rate and can be delivered to your room at no extra charge. Overall I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again. All staff very helpful.Bar and Restaurant right next door.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 세바스티앙호텔 숙박 후기 - 투숙했던 방의 에어컨은 침대 높이 보다 낮은 위치에 있어서 침대에 누워 있을 때에는 바람 때문에 에어컨을 켤 수가 없었습니다. 욕실의 샤워기가 변기 바로 위에 위치 해 있었고 수압이 너무 약해서 샤워하는데 불편했습니다.
• 김우중 (8/5): 조용한 마을에 있는 호텔 - 세부의 막탄 국제공항에 근접한 호텔 중 하나인 세비스티앙은 라프라프 씨티내 조용한 마을에 위치해 있다. 인근에 막탄 뉴타운이 위치해 있어서 패스트 푸드점, 편의점 등을 쉽게 이용할 수 있다. 그리고 중국식,한국식 음식점들이 근처에 있어서 비교적 저렴한 가격으로 식사를 할수있다. 호텔의 조식과 직원들의 서비스는 좋은 편이나, 방안에서의 와이파이 접속 장애로 전혀 이용을 할 수 없었던것이 무척 아쉬웠다. 또한 화장실안의 샤워공간이 너무 협소해서 큰 불편함을 경험하였다.

• WanderGirl_0928 (8/5): Very Good for a Budget Hotel - We booked this hotel as we only have an overnight stop at Cebu enroute to another destination. The room is spacious for the rate they offer. They have the Basic amenities. One thing I like is the staff are very nice and accommodating amd the spa in the same building.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious rooms with kitchenette - We stayed for one night before flying from cebu airport the next day (about 25 minutes in a taxi). The room was large with a big kitchenette and good aircon. No complaints on the room. Breakfast was basic, but it was included and served in the room without extra charge, which saved some time for an early trip. Staff was friendly!
