- Yihsin (10/5): This hotel has been amazing, very clean and spacious. The breakfast is delicious. - The room was big, clean and staffs were very nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The shower had very nice water pressure. The bed was very firm which was fine for me but not my husband who sometimes sleeps on his side. They also requested you to not flush toilet paper down the toilet which is weird for modern plumbing and them using thin toilet paper.

- Tzu-Chen (3/5): Disappointing - I like the convenience of the location and the wide range of restaurants to choose from. The cleaning service was very inconsistent. Somedays they did clean my room, but not entirely (skipping the bathroom sink). Somedays they did not clean, despite my sign hanging out saying "Please Do Clean," the cleaning crew still skipped my room. During my stay, I saw the sign from outside that the hotel did not meet the standards of Taiwanese fire evacuation.

- 心愉 (10/5): - 整個雙人房內設計很貼合住宿旅客的需求，不管是在廁所，客廳擺設沙發，旁邊一個小吧台，放東西或是聊天都很棒，每個設計都能感受到站在旅客可以好好休息的角度去考量後再加入美觀，很棒棒的住宿，以後來三峽就住熊旅了！ 而且這個價格盡然還有早餐，早餐也很好吃，真的很適合家族和出差的人，附近商店也很方便，重點對面還有自助洗衣店，真的省去還要找洗衣的煩惱。💯💯💯💯
