• Antonio (8/5): Agradable estancia a pesar de los mosquitos. - La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del centro y de la playa. Tiene garaje con ascensor. Desayuno buffet está bien. El personal muy amable. Todo muy limpio. Mi habitación no tenía nada de vistas y daba a vecinos demasiado cerca. Hay que subir bastantes escaleras para llegar a recepción, con peldaños estrechos... Muchos mosquitos por la noche (mes de mayo) a pesar del aparato enchufado 24h.

• Elena (7/5): - Me gustó la ubicación y que la habitación tenía un balconcito a la calle. También que las personas de recepción eran encantadoras No tenían mucha variedad de desayuno, en cuanto a dulces y en cuanto a quesos, por ejemplo, para los intolerantes a la lactosa. Hay quesos sin lactosa o con un contenido bajísimo de lactosa que también pueden comer los tolerantes y deberían tenerlos, así como muchos dulces que tampoco llevan lactosa. Respecto a sin gluten no se si tenían. Los que tenemos intolerancia siempre nos vemos un poco olvidados cuando hay cosas similares a las que toman los que no tienen ningún problema.

• Nataliya (7/5): - Strategically located between the main Zarautz station and the sea. Stuff members take their job very seriously. This is a historical building with a pleasant atmosphere. The AC warmed my room very well and very quickly. There were two thick blankets and one light bed cover in the room (but no duvet). The quality-price relation of the breakfast may be improved. For 11 EUR, you get cheap products from Mercadona or Dia. No kettle, even for rent. I could ask for hot water in the bar, but the lady instantly put their fingers right into my cup, as they all do in Zarautz (why use the cup handle, really), so I didn't dare to repeat this experience.

Solamente por decir algo, una almohada adicional me hubiera encantado . Solo por decir algo ,ya que todo fue inmejorable y ojalá volvamos !! Heureusement, le quartier est calme on a donc pu dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte pour faire rentrer de l'air frais

• Heike (8/5): Angenehm, entsprach den Erwartungen - Das Zimmer war schön und groß und ruhig gelegen. Schönes Bad mit Wanne, die nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung gut tat. Eine gewisse Hellhörigkeit: Die Geräusche innerhalb des Hotels (aus Nachbarzimmern bzw. über dem Zimmer sind stark zu hören. Aber stört vielleicht auch manche mehr als andere. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht gut ab, offenbar müsste der Siphon gereinigt werden.

• NOELIA (9/5): Hotel con encanto en un pueblo muy bonito - Hotel muy bonito, con encanto, personal muy amable, y desayuno muy completo. Faltaba un extractor en el baño para los olores y el vaho, el suelo al ser de madera hacia mucho ruido, el cabecero era forjado y tuvimos que pedir un par más de almohadas para poder estar incorporado y la tv tendría que ser más grande.

Las minúsculas ventanas que a penas se pueden abrir con visillos muy cutres y de un color indescriptible. El hotel no está insonorizado y se oye todo. En la habitación de al lado había un señor que roncaba un horror y me dió la gran noche.
