Breakfast was excellent but could have more choices in menu Location was great. I could walk to most destination. I didn't like that the Friday Saturday and Sunday was extremely noisy from music coming from the club area Client should be made area of that prior to completing registration May be a different room might of been better choice..

- Tonesia (8/5): It was good could be improved. - The staff were very hospitable. Breakfast always on time and very well done. The hotel room was very spacious and lovely. The decor in the lobby was beautiful. The air conditioning in the room, was too big and way too noisy when turned on. Bath mats or maybe disposable slippers are needed to use in the shower. You should also try implementing a Netflix account for the TV. Better lighting is needed preferably around the mirrors for taking pictures.

Bal was the worst she's not friendly lack of communication..... they DON'T provide wash towels..... what kind of a hotel does that !!!!!!!! They don't account for or show you paid in full for your stay..... Reah is the ONLY one I like at your hotel she is polite friendly and professional.....NOTHING works in this hotel, the TV, the phone tape over the peep whole 🤦♀️and people comes in your room not invite unlock the door snd come in while you are in the room and it's not housekeeping members of the staff .....WILL NEVER IN LIVE STAY AT YOU HOTEL AGAIN AND WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THEIR AS WELL ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ NOTHING

- Marcus (8/5): It was a pleasant experience and I would stay there again next December. - The location was ideal and the breakfast was great but needed to be changed rather than the same every morning. There was a water leak in the bathroom roof which was reported to the front desk guy at the time but seem like nothings was done. The room we stayed in had a mold smell and there were visible signs of mold. A bit more emphasis on detail cleaning would have helped a lot.

The hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful either any request. I was even guided to find souvenirs. I had a great experience and look forward to rebooking at our next competition.

The location is very good as it was easy to get transport to different parts of town We were always greeted by friendly staff The breakfasts provided every morning were delicious and had a variety of fresh local cuisine The hotel pool was always lovely to use and it was family friendly too The hotel bar was a true delight. There was always a warm welcome and the karaoke nights on a Saturday were so much fun It was an excellent experience all around

One of the staff entered the room without knocking or even calling to see if anyone was inside. Also someone else knocked on our room door because they were visiting someone else in another room only to realize it was the wrong room.

We felt safe and there was security on the compound throughout the day. I would definitely recommned this hotel.
- Natasha (5/5): Difficult to get a good sleep. - I like the staff and location. I was able to deal with the music from the party and during the stay a club of kids were there and they made a lot of noise as the walls are thin. The kids pressed every button on the elevator, which I was able to overlook. However, due to the kids playing around with the alarm system it went off and clear understanding on what the protocol was and time for resolution was unclear. In addition as fire services did not show up to check anything out, I loss confidence in the process and the ability to turn the alarm off with out breaking the system. What would happen if a real issue occurred soon after, was what went through my mind. We decided to leave as our little one was tired and wanted to sleep. Was not worth the risk for us.

- Azad (8/5): - The room was spacious and clean. The plumbing fixtures under the sink could be hidden or enclosed. The dead lock on my door was working so I felt a bit insecure. No coffee or tea in the room. My room was not made up upon checkin. Was transferred to another building for one night. This was disappointing and inconvenient.
- L (2/5): Sorry but who has been writing the glowing reviews???? - The helpful staff tried their best with the awful infrastructure and nonexistent maintenance. From the 1950’s plastic wrapping of lampshades and garish decor to the crumbling walls, cracked mouldy bathroom tiles, ancient taps, old saggy mattresses, dirty floors and dusty surfaces… this room should have been more like £25 rather than £100. Even at a cut rate price, the sanitary situation and lack of maintenance is unacceptable in this day and age, even assuming local Caribbean standards. We only booked because of the (unbelievable) positive ratings which should be removed by Booking.com.

One stain on that was the breakfast attendant; breakfast is 7am-9am, however on the morning of my departure, approximatedly 6:47am, I observed the dining area open, with the sign indicating this as well. When approaching the counter, the attendant folded her arms as though she was cross...I asked about the breakfast options and then was told in a pointed way that the room was closed still. While I clearly understood, there was no need for that bit of attitude. 2. The AC was quite noisy. 3. The massage recliner is non-functional and taped. It was an eyesore 4. Facilities were clean and the bed, comfortable.
