• Sourabh (1/5): Not worth it. Just pretty in picture - Only the staff was good at the villa name - yuan and a girl in the evening were willing to help The villa is dirty mouldy and stinks nothing works in the room

When we arrived so late and exhauste - Stuff are all friendly and hotel WhatsApp response is very quick No choice…but insects easy to come in the room.And room key is hard to close and air conditioner in my room can’t change the temperature or speed.

La literie peu confortable et aucune protection sur le matelas.Pas suffisamment d’équipement en général, très peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner qui était très insuffisant. Grand manque de propreté. Rideaux avec de grosses auréoles , vitres de douche avec grosses traces incrustées.

De hygiëne, dat heel veel dingen stuk waren of niet naar behoren. En de badkamer was heel gevaarlijk voor mijn schoonzus die slecht ter been is. We zijn ook na 1 dag weer uitgecheckt ipv na 8 dagen.
• Solomon (1/5): Don’t book here - Nothing The most disgusting place I ever seen. I did not stay even 5 minutes there. And they took my money and didnt bring them back. There was mice droppings, bugs, geckos and their droppings, bad smell, bed was about to get broken. Literally never saw anything worse than that. Booked a villa and they try to give me some rooms that just stink and are disgusting. I don’t recommend to anyone to book there. Better go sleep in a tent in the jungle

• Lorenz (3/5): Would be satisfied if advertised properly, then we would‘ve got another Hotel! - Very cheap. We booked a Supreme villa, the pictures in the listing for this particular room are completely wrong! Also it‘s a lot smaller than advertised. Maybe 20sqm, adverstised was 51sqm! We told them that the room they gave us was not even close to the one on the pictures and in the description. They offered to upgrade us, for about 3x the price… The pool was quite dirty aswell, green gunk, etc… Also the breakfast was underwhelming, the menu said all the juices were fresh and without added sugar or water. I can absolutely guarantee that what we got was made from orange syrup.

• Tiarra (1/5): Would not recommend to others, it was a very uncomfortable stay . - N/a The beds have little bugs making it very hard to enjoy my stay for 2 days . I got very little sleep because no matter how much Lysol I sprayed the bed still had little bugs . Sheets feel dirty & uncomfortable. Restroom needs work . Sink leaks when you turn it on . The “padio “ door is outdated and it two wooden door that you have to lock with another piece of wood . Bigs can easily come in room . Wi-Fi does NOT work in your room. I sat outside by the pool the most of my stay just to have a connection or use the WiFi. Would not recognize. Nice price but you get what you pay for honestly.
• Mohammed Taha (5/5): - Loved the peaceful location of this hotel, tucked away in nature yet convenient. The rooms are adequately sized not huge, but more than sufficient for a relaxing stay. Disappointing stay hygiene and basic amenities lacking The property is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, and the room sizes are sufficient. However, our stay was very disappointing due to several issues. Breakfast: They do not serve a buffet. The food quality was poor and smelled awful. On the first day, we could not eat breakfast at all because of the smell. Kitchen hygiene: On the second day, we requested access to the kitchen to cook for ourselves. What we saw was disgusting – the kitchen was very unhygienic. Utensils were left unwashed, fruits were rotten (and they still made juice from them), the mixer was not cleaned, and dirty dishes with leftover food were left open. Room issues: No WiFi connection inside the room Bedsheets were not washed No hot water for shower Overall, we had a very unpleasant experience and would not recommend this hotel unless basic cleanliness and amenities are improved.

• Ninon (8/5): Superbe séjour à Asri Dar - Le resort est très beau et bien entretenu et le service est top (Ayuh la jeune fille à l'accueil est une superbe hôtesse qui prend bien soin de nous et qui sait faire son travail à la perfection). Nous avons loué un scooter facilement grâce à elle et dès que nous lui avons demandé quelque chose elle a su agir directement. Le lit était très beau mais moyennement confortable et la piscine a fini par tourné un peu à la fin de notre séjour, mais mis à part cela, tout était très bien merci 🙏

• victor (6/5): Personnel à revoir, lieux super - La chambre propre. La piscine. Le petit déjeuner. Le personnel était réactif mais inefficace. Il y avait peu d'eau chaude pour se doucher. Le petit déjeuner arrivait en retard, malgré l'heure précise à chaque fois. Nous avons tous les jours demandé à réparer la lampe de la piscine, ça a été fait au bout de 5 jours. La piscine était vraiment sale. Pour la nettoyer ils l'a blindé juste de chlore (pas efficace contre les saletés). Après nos nombreuses demandes on avait l'impression qu'ils se moquaient de nous entre eux. Les tasses pour le café et les verres, en chacun d'eux il y avait des traces noirs et des saletés.

• Nethiya (5/5): Great Location, But Disappointing Stay - The villa was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was quite simple, not very special but good enough if you're hungry. The location is very strategic and convenient for exploring attractions around Ubud. They also offer a simple floating breakfast arrangement for IDR 50k, which includes just the basket with four hibiscus flowers. Basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo and iron were not provided unless requested. Every time you need something, you have to request it and wait around 15 minutes for it to arrive. The worst experience was when the electricity was cut off during sleeping hours. We had to stay in the dark with mosquitoes biting us and waited almost 2 hours for the power to return. It was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to rest properly.

• Nicholas (10/5): More like a Sanctuary than a Resort. - Ketut and his colleagues have made a splendid, peaceful, welcoming home for travellers here. We loved coming back each day, and spent days simply enjoying his lovely environment. The location is perfect with easy local motor scooter rental. We found the staff to be joyful, kind and very accommodating. This is a perfect destination for comfort and peace. Thanks Katut and Staff, we're grateful.

• Umar (1/5): Would not recommend - It looked nice. There were many things we did not like about the place. 1- Location. Far out and away from everything 2- Hospitality. When asking for something it would take ages for it to be done and had to ask repeatedly. 3- Hygiene. Ant infections and bad smell coming from rooms. 4- AC. We had a massive problem with the AC not working and swapping rooms quite frequently. 5- Shower water not working. When showering for more than five minutes, the water would either stop working or become misty and cloudy.

Maintenance can be improved - Wood around glass was eroded by termite and hanging clothes were torn at some places. These didn't cause discomfort anyway.

Started from find the location is not really really on the point.. i need to looking around in the dark😔 When i am check in the reception seen like not profesional because they didnt know my reservation and what kind of room i have booked. The first i have room upstair but i really mention that i want to have room near pool.. and when i asking the room they show me but the bad thing i have the sheet torn. I will show you by video i was taken. I told to reception that i will pay for the room tomorrow because I am tired after a long drive and business meeting.. but they knock on my door many times for asking payment.. it"s annoying me. The wall need renewall because the smell so wet. They need to post google map to the point. Overall i love the place.. really relaxing.

• H (7/5): Value for money is ok it worth what you pay that’s all what I can say - I’ve been to better villas but they were for sure better in facilities and locations but now talking wisely this is very good value for money a nice small swimming pool a nice bathroom area and one bedroom Only the street where the villa located is bit spooky But in total you win for the amount you pay I’ve stayed only 3 nights with breakfast varieties are limited but you can survive for 3 nights Plus staff are helpful for sure and they are willing to help you and welcome you always with their smile all the time There’s no blackout curtains so since 6 am morning you will be annoyed by the sunlights

• Tiarah-leione (1/5): WORST HOTEL OF OUR 2 WEEK STAY IN BALI. - The Staff was the only thing we liked. The younger girl helped us with so much. The other ladies will just say "Sorry I don't understand. Breakfast was good. If your a big eater do not order the pancakes because it's literally one thin slice. Well where do i start. There was Mold all over our blankets like they weren't even checked. Under the pillow case The pillow was full of MOLD! so please check before actually paying for the room. No Toiletries were replaced nor the bottles of water. The WIFI is so POOR. The TV is only in Indonesian. Lovely staff though.

• Anonymous (1/5): Stole our shoes and ignore! - big villas and normal price internet connection the main - stole or just put into the garbage our snickers ( cost more then 500$), said that they will talk with manager about compensation and after JUST IGNORING us. So, if you book it - you to be ready to lose your clothes/money and nobody will help you. Also: MANY mosquitos, frogs, cockroaches No sofa in the room or kitchen, so it is really uncomfortable to try to chill sitting on a simple wooden chair. TV from another century. Everything need renovation.
