• Ed (2/5): TRAVELERS BEWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRAPPY MOTEL - The lobby. Nice decor The rest is awful. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!! This is a cheap Motel with a new paint job. TRAVELERS BEWARE !!!!!!!. This is a Motel 6 from the seventies that has been mildly revamped. The internet pictures are highly misleading. We’ve been at Dazzlers before in other parts of the world. This is nothing like a Dazzler. The resort fee that they charged is a joke. Hotels with a resort fee are not cheap motels. The A/C unit is as loud as I’ve seen. It’s like trying to sleep in a plane with an open door. The breakfast was also below standards. The can’t even make decent coffee. Nothing good about this place. STAY AWAY. PAY HALF THE PRICE AT A CHEAP MOTEL and get the same. Shame on you Wyndham. Shame on you. As you can tell I did not enjoy my stay.

• Fatima (10/5): Excelente . - La atención, las í tal aviones muy hermosas, las habitaciones limpias , la ubicación muy buena . El desayuno variado y muy sabroso. La ducha es un poco difícil de abrir, colocar una ducha de mejor calidad .

Excelente relación calidad-precio. - El area de juegos estuvo excelente, muchos juegos para los niños, bancos que se mecen para los adultos, la piscina aunque pequeña bien. El desayuno bastante bien, el area era muy bonita, el chico de la recepcion del desayuno bastante amable, nos ayudó a hacer el chocolate. A pesar de ser un hotel pequeño tenia practicamente todo lo necesario, un area para comer con microondas y bebedero con agua, hielo, etc. No hay ascensor (aunque es de solo dos pisos) cuando uno lleva muchas maletas es incomodo subirlas por la escaleras.

Fue las peores noches de mi vida. Hasta tarde funcionan las lavadoras y temprano a las 6am encienden las puras secadoras. Y ese colchón queda uno cómo en un hueco!!! Yo me hospedo con mucha frecuencia en la zona pero este hotel si fue el peor. Hasta vi bichos caminando en el bano.

• LHODAMMIH (6/5): We enjoyed the breakfast and the amenities. - Everything is good, but the receptionists/staff are not so interactive, not welcoming, and the cleaners, I believe, are a part of the operation; they won't even say hi or even a simple good day. Still, we leave a reasonable tip for cleaners. My experience in other hotels, with all staff from top to bottom, will let you feel at home. And also, the TV in our room is not working. The good side is our kid really enjoys the pool and the playground. There are other kids to play with. We will surely come back. Hope the staff will be more friendly. The way the staff interacts. They are not welcoming.

The pancake sector is amazing, but not everyone like it :D We loved the quality of everything, really good. I liked everything, was really good. The biggest problem is because we spend a lot of time in the parks, and want to come back and rest in the swimming pool a little bit, but is not clear what is the allowed times.

• Nascimento (10/5): Estadia perfeita no Magic Moment, atendimento excepcional, experiência 1000 de 10 !!! - Minha experiência foi simplesmente maravilhosa. Eu e minha família ficamos 17 dias no hotel e fomos muito bem acolhidos do início ao fim. O atendimento é 1000 de 10, de verdade, equipe atenciosa, carinhosa e sempre pronta para ajudar. Tive duas situações durante a estadia em que precisei de ajuda, e nas duas fui atendida com muito cuidado e atenção. Me senti acolhida e segura, foi um atendimento que realmente me marcou. Já estive em Orlando outras vezes e já fiquei em hotéis muito recomendados por brasileiros. Sempre tive boas experiências, mas nenhum deles superou o que vivi no Magic Moment. O hotel é perfeito para quem vai com criança. Tem várias atividades, personagens no café da manhã (Minions, Mickey, Minnie, Homem-Aranha) e uma piscina maravilhosa, inclusive aquecida. A estrutura ajuda muito: tem máquina de gelo gratuita, micro-ondas liberado, máquinas de snacks e bebidas, lavanderia e uma recepção que vende itens básicos caso precise de algo. A limpeza é impecável. Toalhas e roupas de cama muito limpas, cheirosas, de qualidade. Travesseiros confortáveis e chuveiro muito bom. A localização é excelente: ao lado de Dollar Tree e IHOP, pertinho de Walgreens, Olive Garden, Chick-fil-A, Red Lobster, Waffle House, além de mercados como o Aldi super pertinho (dá até pra ir a pé) e Walmart há 5 minutos do hotel de carro. Também fica a cerca de 10 a 15 minutos dos parques da Walt Disney World e perto de lojas como Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls e TJ Maxx. Outro ponto que fez diferença foi o clima do hotel, muito leve e alegre. Tem um funcionário no café da manhã (não sei o nome) que recebe todo mundo com tanta muita alegria que já começamos o dia no clima da Disney. O custo-benefício é muito bom, vale muito a pena. Resumo: experiência 1000 de 10. Hotel maravilhoso, recomendo demais, principalmente para famílias com crianças. Somernte o café da manhã que poderia ter mais variedades de frutas, bolos e pães.

I tried to check in early and they didn’t have a room but then they let other people check in early. The staff was not helpful when my room wouldn’t open because the door was stuck. I had to talk all the way back to the office to get a different person.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas, el espacio de juegos para chicos muy completo, la pileta y la limpieza general de las instalaciones excelente. La ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de los parques de Disney. Los detalles, como los personajes para los chicos en el desayuno. El servicio de desayuno excelente. El wifi perfecto. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos! No tengo nada para decir que no me haya gustado. Solo felicitar a todo el personal por la calidad de servicio.

• Samuel (10/5): Geweldig hotel voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen! - Als je met jonge kinderen in de buurt van Orlando moet zijn dan moet je dit hotel boeken. Wat een geweldig hotel is dit zeg! Grote speelplek met enorm veel speeltoestellen, een voetbalveld, volleybalveld en een heerlijk zwembad. De kamers waren goed, het ontbijt was erg goed en het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij komen in oktober absoluut weer terug!

• Jaiver (1/5): No volveré y no lo recomiendo - Solo el Hombre que sale animar los niños en el desayuno Todo , es feo , la habitación terrible su cama súper incómodas y toda la noche se escucha un ruido que no pudimos descansar , las almohadas demasiadas altas y duras , mejor dicho no llegues ahí , no vas a poder descansar .
• Jessica (10/5): So wonderful! We would stay again if in the area! - Amazing. Very nice when you have a kid wanting to play with others. Area was so nice and magical! I’m from a rural area, there were people there from all over USA, Portugal and not sure of the other areas.
